4 Chapter 2: My Life My Rules

As the doctor told the caretaker in private while Rey is with the kids in the play area in the clinic. The caretaker was dumbfounded to know that Rey was a Gun nut with his quirk.

"Yes ma'am this child has a brain of a gunsmith or a gun manufacturer he knows how to make that gun easily without any restraints or any issues with understand how to use it as well which is a problem" he said as the caretaker was listening "Wait so Rey is a problem? what do you mean?" The care taker named Coraline asking the quirk doctor " Because of his quirk is this goes to public any villain or terrorist will want to kidnap this kid because he can make weapons in any form or shape which can cause mass destruction to not just to us but to the country as well" he said as Coraline was worried about the orphanage "I suggest that you have to watch over your child to have a good life and raise him as a good man so that he may have a better life of either being a hero or a person with a vision to protect not just us people but also the lives he save with his quirk" he said as the Caretaker nodded and smiled and began to lead the kids back at the car.

4 years later

Rey is now 8 years old in the orphanage many of the times he spent on was helping the other caretakers including Coraline to clean up and other chores. While many of the kids are playing around and using their quirks as for Rey McMillan he was sent to a police station to train him in gun safety and other gun programs he must be in. Many of the police officers were shocked to see a child who doesn't know about guns knew how to assemble and disassemble a gun without any issues. Even the Police Chief was shocked to comprehend that a kid who is 8 years old already the kid is the youngest gun nut. Rey on the other hand didn't mind about the shocked faces and jaws dropped due to him being that young he's an actual gun nut at a very young age.

His quirk he calls it Weapon Maker he has flashes of blueprints and production as well as the process of making a weapon. From blades, blunt weapons, guns, bows, energy weapons, and etc. as long as he sees the weapon or touched a weapon he sees. This includes explosive throwables or robots used as a weapon like armed drones or turrets (requires further insight) the more he understood the weapon the weapon can become a reality as well as fictional weapons.

Ryu who is currently 8 years old many of the kids didn't see him because he is usually inside of the orphanage helping with chores as well as doing research in the internet with the shared computer. In his elementary school he was a bit of an outcast since no one knew his quirk until a kid who has a powerful quirk wanted to mes around with him. Throwing insults to even messing up his alone time until he has enough and immediately created a flintlock pistol from whatever he has in the school and pulled the trigger toqards the bully but the bully didn't die but he missed on purpose. If Rey wants his alone time to himself and if anyone messes around with him you will either have a bullet right to your leg or head since he has some mercy he missed on purpose. The bully didn't move was was shocked in fear frozen in place at the same time he began to piss on the spot due to the fear.

Elementary school

Rey was alone like usual in his spot after that incident. Many kids were thinking he's a villain because he almost killed someone but he talk back saying that is the true face of reality. Even the teachers were shock to hear that he is already that mature for his age. Many of the kids began to hate him for his attitude but Rey ignore their rants since he doesn't care. Rey wanted to be a vigilante than becoming a hero because of several things. First being that he hate the lime light, second he doesn't want to wear skin tight clothing because it's a staple for heroes, third he doesn't want to do wierd things infront of the people even though it looks cool for other people for me its cringe, and lastly he wants to earn that title the hard way that being becoming a vigilante be favorable for not just the public but also have a favorable outcome to many of the heroes as well.

Timeskip 10 years later

Rey Is now 18 years old he has finished both elementary and highschool since then Rey can feel that his time has come to leave the orphanage he was raised finely. Since then the government game me some starter money with 10k Dollars and an small apartment with a bathroom and some amount of spacing. Since then he was taking part time job in a fast food restaurant taking the afternoon shift 12 pm to 6pm. At night he was working on some guns he might used for his vigilante work he usually visits abandoned warehouse and junkyards with many scrap metals to even scrap wood and bring it back home in bulk and searches the internet with what gun he wanted to make since then his first gun he wanted to make was from Destiny the Ace of Spades. He then scouer the internet about the Ace of Spades from Fandom to even Wikipedia about the gun itself as soon as he got the information and photo reference of the gun he began to have flashes of the blueprints, images of the gun, and even producing one as he began to make each part separately. Every detail from even the weapons functions he got it right after building everything even adding the original paint job he can't believe in his eyes. He has the Ace of Spades or Cayde-6's gun in his mind he was overwhelmed with not just joy but also excitement that the first weapon he had in mind is this gun he will used this with a sniper rifle. As he began to think what gun he wanted to make until he used to play a game called Cyberpunk 2077 re remember the time he used one of the rifles there but he can't remember it properly so he began to search. While he was searching in the internet he came across many sniper rifle which he was intrested but he has one he wanted to make which was the Breakthrough. According to the rifle's description it has the ability to charge up into a powerful shot as well as a mod that can help the rounds to break through walls and cover easily also allows ricochet. Which he began to search around the internet for the breakthrough rifle from images to information and the type of ammunition it uses. Then his brain begins to see the gun he wanted to as he began making as well which was a bit tricky since this gun is very futuristic and what he has was a bunch of scrap metals and some basic tool but thankfully he utilized easily as well as a bit of programming even thought he doesn't know how to program but he then manufacture the gun quiet easily.

After making the guns he wanted to make he then check the time it was a bit late since then and went to bed for now as he wanted to make more guns. But for now his vigilante debut will take a while to become a reality since he need an outfit to wear and more guns he needed for his work.
