Seeing them so eager to know what happened next, Arthur knew that they had completely believed him.
However, for his plan to fully work, he needed to bring this story to its climax.
So, with that in mind after taking a deep breath, Arthur took a quick glance left and right pretending to be careful before continuing to speak
"However, that was until under the leadership of the so-called gods of various races, a coalition was made against us as they feared our power"
"Not only that, but they spread lies and confusion within our ranks causing us to fall from both outside and within."
"Fortunately, our innate advantages still existed making it impossible for them to wipe out, if not those genocidal maniacs would have succeeded!"
Talking about this, Arthur clenched his fist as if recalling a painful memory, even the three elves seemed to feel something as they unknowingly frowned their faces at his words
"During the war, the women, children, old or young. None were spared as the demon clan seemed to be truly heading toward ruin"
"Realizing this, the strongest representatives from each tribe took their people to all corners of the world to hide their kin in hopes of avoiding annihilation"
"And the coalition, after seeing this felt the demons divided were not a threat anymore and decided to end the war after declaring their victory"
Saying this, Arthur took his wooden sword and drew on the ground, a picture of a globe with arrows going in all four directions representing the division of the demons
"However!"
"Hundreds of years later and during my investigations on my quests to unite the demons, I found out that the church of light as well as several other parties who participated in the war back them had been capturing demons and experimenting on them"
"Envious of us, they aim to extract our innate talents, long lives, and other abilities from us"
"Rather than hate us, it seems they want to be demons themselves"
"Just like you just now, a giant blob of flesh withering in pain. If my guess isn't wrong then you were most likely captured from your families and made into this by one of their experiments"
"And as for how you got here, you were probably disposed of since no one ever ventures deep into this forest anywhere"

Hearing Arthur say this, their minds seemed to explode as memories and images of the past came rushing in
From being kidnapped as child to their home and village being burned down, the screams of their parents and fellow villagers as masked men in black came and took away everything they knew and loved
Remembering all of this, they couldn't help but clutch their head in pain as more and more memories kept flooding their heads
"Arghhhhh!"
Dropping down on their knees, the three of them screamed to the sky as their eyes popped in agony
Seeing the scenes where they were tied up, injected, beaten, and done all kinds of experiments, they remembered the part where they were put into one chamber together which in turn caused the three of them to merge together
Remembering the agony the three of them encountered and felt while wondering as a blob of flesh all through the forest
The three elves seemed to have gone through heaven and hell in these few seconds that passed, however, Arthur couldn't help but be confused after watching them like this
*What is going on? Isn't this meant to be some story I made up to fool them? *
*If that's the case, then why are they behaving like this? *
Watching the elves wriggle in pain, Arthur couldn't figure out what was going on
Luckily, it seemed that he didn't need to think too much, for as quickly as the pain came, it soon left as the elves slowly regained their selves as they digested their newfound memories

Panting in relief, the three elves took a look at each other before each kneeling before Arthur on one knee
"Ava greets the master"
"Mio greets the master"
"Anna greets the master"
Taking some sort of knight's oath, the three of them knelt in unison leaving Arthur confused by the sudden situation
Didn't the panel just now show that they had no names, then why do they suddenly have names?
Fortunately, it seemed that the three of them had seen his confusion and quickly spoke up
Standing up from the ground, the elf named Ava spoke explaining what had just happened to Arthur
"Thank you, master, just now the three of us just received some memories of our past and while it may not be all complete but among with some other things, we remember our names and recognize the fact that you saved us"
"And as blood elves, we always repay our saviors, so now under the moon which signs high above the sky, I Ava along with my sisters Anna and Mio swear to always follow the master!"
As she said this, Mio and Anna beside her also stood up and took similar pledges in turn.
Seeing this, Arthur couldn't help but feel confused
*?? What's this? If they remembered some of their past, then shouldn't they have figured out I made up everything just now? *
*If that's the case, then they should be against me now for deceiving them not swearing loyalty to me! *
Talking to himself, Arthur couldn't help but be confused by the current situation, had it not been for their connection with the soul seed and he could tell that they weren't lying then he would have thought they were up to something
*However, since that's the case and they're not lying, then I might as well make the best of the current situation*
Thinking of this, Arthur soon had a smile on his face as he turned to face them with a warm smile on his face
"Well then welcome to the team Anna, Mio, and Ava, although we just met but I'm sure with you by my side, we can restore our kind to its former glory as well as free our comrades all over the world"
"So looks forward to it you three, a world where suffering like yours does not exist anymore!"
Hearing Arthur say this and thinking about their past, the three of them calm their anger at their captors as they looked forward to the new world that Arthur presented before them

Nodding their heads, the three of them silently promised to make Arthurs's dream a reality no matter the situation.
