10 Rangers Together

"Am I seriously supposed to ride a horse into battle?" Said Jayden to Chen Hao and Kenny.

"It is a time honoured tradition...."

"All the red rangers rode a horse into their first battle blah blah blah, but don't you think it is kinda outdated?" Jayden interrupted Kenny's monologue.

"Let's puts it this way, do you think it would be cooler to meet your new team while riding a horse... or stepping out of a car." Chen Hao asked Jayden a question.

"I suppose the horse would be cooler." Jayden said while stroking his chin thoughtfully.

Kenny facepalmed and said," Just go, the nighlogs are not going to be waiting for you to get ready."

Jayden then summoned a white horse using symbol power and started it ride it towards the area where the nighlogs would be appearing.

Kevin(Blue Ranger) POV:

Kevin is currently running at his fastest speed towards the mansion.

While making his way towards the mansion he saw a black coloured car with a Shiba Clan symbol on it.

He saw that the car was currently stopped on a red light.

'Shiba Clan symbol, that must be the red ranger.' Kevin thought to himself.

Kevin jumped infront of the unmoving car and walked towards the side door.

He brought his right hand close to his chest in a salute and said,

" It is an honour to serve the Shiba Clan, I am Kevin the 18 generation Descendant of Leven clan, and I am here to pledge my undying loyalty to your cause."

Kevin saw the door of car open a beautiful lady walk out of the car.

"I didn't know that the red ranger is a girl?" Kevin thought out loud. Realising his blunder he continued,

"No... no, I didn't mean it like that..." Kevin tried to explain.

"It's okay, I am Mia the Pink Ranger not the red. The lady said.

"Ah yes I am the Blue Ranger, I hope we can work together to serve the Shiba Clan our fullest potential." Kevin introduced himself again.

Mia(Pink Ranger) POV:

Mia was sitting in the back seat of the car.

She was thinking about what her new life might be like when somone jumped right in front of her car.

The man introduced himself as a ranger loyal to the Shiba clan.

Mia decided to step out of the car to greet Kevin. After all they are going to be fighting the nighlogs together, she wanted to leave a good impression.

"I didn't know that the red ranger is a girl?" Kevin said.

Mia's eyebrow twitched at Kevin's remark.

Thankfully Kevin corrected himself allowing Mia compose herself and say,

"It's okay, I am Mia the Pink Ranger not the red."

"Ah yes I am the Blue Ranger, I hope we can work together to serve the Shiba Clan our fullest potential." Kevin said.

Mia sighed inwardly to herself.'I hope he's not this enthusiastic all the time.'

Mia was thinking of a reply when she was saved another person entering the conversation.

"Hey! I heard you both talking, I am Mike the green ranger." He introduced himself.

Mike(Green Ranger) POV:

Mike was making his way to the mansion at his own pace. Not too fast nor too slow, as long as he can make it there on time.

When he saw an idiot jump in front of a car. Luckily the car was stopped at a red light or he might have gotten run over.

Then Mike saw the interaction between the Mia and Kevin. Deciding to introduce himself to his future colleagues, Mike walked towards them.

"Hey! I heard you both talking, I am Mike the green ranger." Mike said to them.

'Hey Hey.... That was the best you could do.' Mike thought to himself.

Thankfully he was saved from any further embarrassment by the introduction of another girl.

The girl waved her hands at them all and said," Hello everyone I am Emilia but you can call me Emily."

Mike looked at Kevin and Mia with a questioning gaze. They both looked back at him.

'Is this the red ranger?' Kevin conveyed with his eyes.

'No way she looks too adorable.' Mike replied back with his eyes.

Mia rolled her eyes at the two and decided to ask the question," Hello Emily it is nice to meet you."

Emily(Yellow Ranger) POV:

Emily was walking towards the mansion when she heard a commotion on the road.

She saw 3 people introduce themselves as the rangers eachother.

'They all look like nice people.' Emily thought to herself.

Emily approached the group and introduced herself.

"Hello everyone I am Emilia but you can call me Emily." Emily said with a large smile on her face.

Emily has always been an observant girl, she instantly understood what the group was thinking.

'They think that I am too young to be a ranger.' Emily thought to herself.

Emily saw Mia roll her eyes at the two people in her group and decided to say," Hello Emily it is nice to meet you."

Emily nodded her head at Mia looking adorable.

"Are you the red ranger?" Kevin directly asked.

Emily shook her head at Kevin and said," No I am the yellow ranger."

While the rangers were introducing eachother they noticed a new person approch them.

They all looked up to see a handsome young man riding a white horse towards them.

The horse stopped close to them. The man on the horse looked down towards them.

"I am Jayden Shiba, the Red Ranger." The man introduced himself.

Jayden's POV:

(A/N: I am trying a 1st person POV for this section tell me how it feels.)

I was riding my trusty steed to combat. It almost felt surreal.

I thought about the history of the power rangers. Not just from this world but all the other ones as well.

Am I really worthy of being a ranger not to mention the red ranger.

But regardless I pushed these thoughts to the back my mind rode towards the epicenter of the attack.

While on my way I saw a group of 4 people introducing themselves to eachother.

Kenny had already shown me a picture of each of the rangers so I instantly recognised them and walked up to them.

"I am Jayden Shiba, the Red Ranger." I introduced myself.

"I am Keven, I hereby pledge my undying loyalty to the Shiba Clan." Keven said without missing a beat.

"I already know about all of you." I stopped them before they could introduce themselves.

"You can introduce yourself to me later. Right now we need to kill some Nighlogs." I explained to them.

I got off the horse and started took out the samuraizers.

"This is a samuraizer. I hope you already know what it is." I showed them the samuraizer.

After waiting for all of their agreement I continued.

"I will make one thing very clear. I expect alot from myself [Pause] and while I don't expect you to do the same I do expect you to take your duties seriously." I said before pointing the samuraizer towards them.

Kevin is the first one to step forward.

"I will not disappoint the trust that you have placed in me." He said while taking the samuraizer.

Mike is the second one.

"I understand the dangers that exist with being a ranger. I have promised my father to be stronger than him... you will not have to worry about me." Mike said while looking serious.

'Now that he mentions it I should probably meet his father at some point.' I thought to myself.

Mia was the third one to take the samuraizer.

"I have been training my whole life to protect the world. I promised the children back in school to protect them, I am not going to be backing off now." Mia explained her goals to the group.

It seems that she isn't loyal to me. Not like it matters as long as she is willing to fulfill her job as a ranger.

Emily is the last one to step forward.

"I understand that my elder sister was supposed to be the yellow ranger instead of me and I am not foolish enough to believe that I am as good as the rest you." Emily said.

"I really don't know if I am really worthy of being a ranger but I promise that I will work twice as hard to not let you down." She took the samuraizer.

Next Chapter is going to be the first fight of the rangers.

Also I will be slowing down the updates to 3 chapters a week.
