1. Blue Sea Pirates=Chore boy, seamen, petty officers, lieutenant, warrant officer, commander and captains

2. Grandline Pirates=Captains, commodore, Rear Admirals

3. New world Pirates and Yonko Commanders=Rear Admirals and Vice Admirals

4.Yonko=Admirals

5. Pirate King=Fleet Admiral

As there is no concrete power level in one piece world this is a rough estimation of power levels existing in one piece. Note that there may be some discrepancies as rank and bounty may not be able to tell the exact power level.
