A few hours later, Albert was surrounded by three monsters.

The goblin on his left jumped forward and struck him, albeit blocked by Albert's Bonk Bat. This gave the other two goblins a chance to attack him, so Albert kicked the second goblin on the stomach, utilizing the difference in their height to attack him from out of his reach.

After that, he spun his body and slid his bat before swinging with all his strength to the third goblin.

'Bonk Smasher.' Albert consumed two Bonk Bites and used the maximum power of his Bonk Smasher, smashing the goblin's club and head.

Albert made a small smile and took a step back, inviting the first goblin in. Seeing how easy it was to bait the goblin, Albert hit it on the head, pushing him to the ground. After that, he hit the head a few times until it died before making his way to the last goblin that was still struggling to get up after that kick.

"Good. I have gotten stronger from all this too, and I think I will end the hunt here." Albert smiled when he saw the sky had begun transitioning to orange. 'Show my status, Bonkey.'

"Two days and I have become level 4. Good progress." Albert felt satisfied. He then severed their ears before making his way back to the town.

Upon entering the town, Albert immediately went straight to the guild.

He opened the guild's door to find a slight change from the usual situation. The guys were still drinking together like usual, but the normal empty counter now had someone lining up on it.

"Hmm?" Albert frowned when he saw the same female warrior that led the group of ten back when he hadn't visited this town.

Since Fila was busy, he thought about waiting for her not far from the counter, but Fila immediately picked up his presence and turned to him.

"Ah, you must have finished your job." Fila waved her hand with a smile.

"Hmm?" The female warrior, who was writing a few things on the counter, suddenly stopped and took a glimpse of Albert. "Someone new? Well, that's rare."

"Of course. He's a promising newbie." Fila nodded with a little smug smile.

"Hoh?" The female warrior, whose name was Alisa, squinted her eyes and looked up and down, observing his physique.

"…" Albert tilted his head in confusion and felt a bit uncomfortable, so he tried to ignore Alisa's gaze and asked Fila, "Can I finish my part? Or should I line up?"

"Sure. I can do it for you right now." Fila waved her hand, treating it as no big deal. "I have sent you to kill goblins today, so how many goblins have you killed?"

"Ehm, I lost count to be honest." Albert scratched the back of his head while making a wry smile. He just lied because he could easily count the goblins with a single glance of his mission. He thought by doing this, he could make himself appear innocent, keeping his current character alive.

"But you must have killed so many of them, right?" Fila took a glance at Albert's pockets. They were bulging, so she thought, 'As expected from my Albert, he's done exceptionally well today.'

"Y-yeah. So, I am thinking of using this money to buy a cheap bag to hold my belongings." Albert nodded and started taking out the goblin ears.

"Ah, you can buy one in the equipment shop three blocks from here." Fila gave him a solution before she was stunned, never expecting Albert to bring so many ears here. "How many did you kill again?"

She started counting the ears, leaving Alisa confused.

"Huh?" Alisa obviously had no knowledge about Albert's circumstances, so she didn't know why Fila acted this way.

"I have counted them. You have killed 25 goblins in total." Fila facepalmed and sighed in defeat. "You have truly done a great job. With this, you can get 50 copper coins and buy a bag and your identity. The identity only cost you six copper coins, so I think it won't be a problem for you, right?

"I refrained myself from making it yesterday because you may want to buy something with those 20 copper coins. Now that you have more, it shouldn't be a problem for you." Fila smiled, showing how she cared about Albert's situation.

"Well, thank you for your consideration." Albert smiled. Even though he couldn't believe her fully because of that incident, he was still thankful that Fila was thoughtful of his condition.

"It's alright. Do you want me to issue an ID for you right now?"

"Yes. Please. Take everything you need from the goblin ears." Albert nodded in agreement.

"Good. Let me grab some tools and do it for you."

Before she turned around, Alisa coughed, grabbing her attention. "Fila."

Fila came to a halt and glanced at Alisa. "Ah, are you done?"

"Yes. So, I will be issuing a mission to create a subjugation party. This is going to be this town's trouble, so I am expecting them to participate. I will be leading it personally."

"Oh, that's good. It will be easy if you're leading them." Fila nodded in agreement. "I guess the town can feel secure from this year's wolf mating season."

"I will do my best, but yeah… They're always traveling around the forest in their mating season to find a place to settle down to give birth, but this usually brings so many casualties. So, we don't want the wolves to come near the town. If only they're leaving this place."

Albert's eyes brightened when he heard their conversation. He thought, 'Wolf mating season? There's such a thing here? Will those wolves be horny since it's called mating season?

'If they're horny, I will be able to bonk some wolves and hope to finish the next mission. After all, this is better than randomly beating some horny people in this town. I can't really use the same excuse like when I beat those three thugs.'

Without thinking much, Albert had already decided to take any chance he got.
