Talks in Council!

Hearing Danzo, everyone in the room nodded, and seeing this, Senju Clan Head thought of something and said, "You are right, but you are looking at short-term benefits. I am sure you all know that First Great Ninja War won't be the last war, and I am sure that in the next 10-15 years, the other villages will start again. Do you agree with me?"

Everyone nodded at it. With the way other villages are acting, they are sure that in a few years, another war will start.

"Considering this, wouldn't it be better for us to start training Medical Ninjas now, and then improve this plan so that Basics of IryoJutsu could be taught in the academy too."

Senju Clan Head said and everyone thought of the point. Then, Mito who had closed her eyes opened and said, "To fill the vacancies of the Ninjas that will train in IryoJutsu, those in roots could come out and take missions in light."

Hearing, this everyone in the room glanced at Hokage and Danzo. After all, it is known that Root is handled by Danzo, and this is allowed by Hiruzen.

Danzo looked at Mito Uzumaki and said, "The Root members should remain hidden as they are the village's Shadow."

Mito looked at Danzo and asked, "I have met a member of Root, and the seal you use on them is so lousy. Besides, the village's shadow is to protect the village and work for the welfare of the Village, not one's personal welfare. I am sure you understand this Danzo, Right?"

"I understand this, but what are you trying to say, Mistress Mito?" Danzo asked while feigning ignorance.

"It's nothing. I just wanted to remind you all that, if you think your actions are for Konoha, it doesn't necessarily mean that they will benefit Konoha. Because of this, I just want you to all think before acting. If I found someone acting on behalf of Konoha, while his actions damaging it, I will be forced to take action against them." Mito said while looking at Hiruzen and Danzo. They both acted as if it isn't for them, while they inwardly cursed and sweated.

"Mistress Mito is right," Hiruzen said with a smile.

It has been four days since the meeting and despite the many advantages presented by the Medical Ninja 4-man squad, Danzo and the elders were hesitant to accept it. However, Tsunade made it clear that all major clans would receive extra benefits regarding medical techniques. This forced the Clan Leaders to push for the new system and it was ultimately passed by the Hokage.

Since then, Tsunade has been extremely busy as she had to deal with the system, and with her being in charge of Nara Clan Head, and Yamanaka Clan Head, she along with the Ninja in Hospital had been preparing the materials of different levels.

In Senju Clan, Akira fought against Mito's clan, while the original watched the fight, and pointing the mistakes he made. Then, a boy appeared in the Training ground, and seeing him, Mito snorted and asked, "Why are you here? Is Snake not teaching you anything?"

Nawaki looked at her grandma, who is fighting another boy, and the grandma who said this. He was kicked out by Orochimaru when he heard from Tsunade that Nawaki didn't meet Mito for months, and he hadn't even thanked her for this.

Remembering what his Sensei said, Nawaki looked at Mito and said, "Grandma, I came to meet you."

"Really?"

"Yes!"

"Ok, you have met me, now you can leave," Mito said with a smile on her face, which sent chills to Nawaki. Even though Mito said to leave, Nawaki knew that if he even took one step back, his buttocks will look like Monkey's.

"Ahahah! How can I leave like this? Grandma, I haven't seen in you months."

"And what were you doing?" Mito asked as she appeared at his side and put her hands on his head.

"Training!"

"And why were you training?"

"Because I don't want to go through the same thing again," Nawaki said, and hearing this, Mito understood that he has matured, after all, if it was before, he would have shouted...

"And I want to become a Hokage Too!"

'Maybe I thought too early.' Mito thought and then put a seal on him, and Nawaki felt his body getting heavier.

"Grandma, what are you doing? Why am I feeling heavier?"

"It's a new seal I designed to train. From now, whenever you will practice Taijutsu, be sure to pour chakra into it, then you will have more progress. Next time when you will meet Snake, tell him that I have allowed the use of Shadow Clones, but do it in moderation. Now you can go, next time, try to come on your own, instead of coming because someone said so."

Hearing her, Nawaki became embarrassed and he left the place while walking slowly under the Gravity seal.

"Enough!" Mito said and hearing this, Mito's clone dispersed and Akira stopped, and sat at his place. She appeared at his side, and transformed Kurama's chakra, and gave him a 'cloak'.

The cloak healed all the wounds in his body, and started to strengthen it, while Akira meditated while feeling warm.

"Woman, when will you stop using my Chakra??" Kurama shouted in the seal, and hearing this, Mito smiled and asked, "When will you stop resisting? You can naturally recover chakra easily, so why would resist all the time? If you will stop resisting and cooperate with me, I will remove all the chains and seals I have put on you."

Kurama became silent as he heard this.

'This woman! I am afraid the world will be destroyed by this crazy woman if I voluntarily gave my chakra to her. But....'

"Sigh! I accept this, now remove these damn chains from me, they always tingle me and it's annoying." Kurama shouted and she felt he had stopped resisting. Feeling this, she appeared in her Mindscape and saw Golden Chakra appearing around Kurama.

"What is this Golden Chakra?" Mito asked.

"Remove these chains first!"

Mito looked at Kurama for a minute and then removed the chains and seals around him. She had known him for a long time, and she knew that Kurama may be a violent angry demon fox, but he isn't a liar.
