As we traveled to the Kalos Region, Cynthia and I enjoyed the cruise along with all the amenities it offered. Though the first night I fell asleep, I was dragged into Giratina's domain. There Giratina left me be, but I knew was watching me. During my time in their domain, I used it to slowly increase my Psychic ability.

As I used Giratina's domain to increase my powers, I was able to see glimpses of Giratina's past. From these glimpses, I could see that Giratina was telling the truth. They attempted to balance the universe while Arceus was content with letting things sort themselves out. Dialga and Palkia did not care either with Eternatus feeding off the chaos.

I was mulling over this information and what it meant. The allies I was making with some of the legendary Pokémon could make it easier for us to fight Arceus if it came to that. For now, I pushed these thoughts to the back of my mind, instead enjoying the present. During our travel to the Kalos Region, Ralts I allowed to evolve into Kirlia. She also finished mastering her moves.

Now I just needed to let her absorb items to increase her stats before letting her evolve one more time. Once she evolved the final time, she was in the clear of just power leveling and reaching her maximum potential. Finally, we arrived in the Kalos Region, letting me now teleport here instantly should I choose to.

"So where to now?" Cynthia asks me as we book a hotel in Shalour City, the place we arrived first.

"Not sure, I have this gut feeling that my last team member is here in this region. One that will help me greatly in my future journeys," I say to her shrugging since Giratina seems to be guiding me here.

"Ok, so where is this gut feeling leading you?" Cynthia asks me as we relax for the rest of the day in the hotel.

"Westward," I say since that is where the feeling is directing me.

"Interesting, " Cynthia says while giving me a suspicious look.

"Does it have to do with the Orb?" Cynthia says giving me a glare.

"Yes, Giratina seems to be leading me somewhere. Again I trust Giratina, mostly," I say shrugging my shoulders as Cynthia just sighs and nods her head.

"Ok, fine," Cynthia says.

We spent the first few days, just getting to know the region and the map. Before heading west, stopping at Coumarine City, then heading to Lumiose City. Once we reached Lumiose City, we spent a couple of weeks there. Since it is the largest city in the Pokémon League. With almost 25 million citizens in the city alone.

Tourism is the biggest major industry of the city due to its famous landmarks, such as the Prism Tower, which serves as the city's symbol, and the Lumiose Museum. A wide variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants are spread throughout the entire city and are popular with both tourists and locals alike.

The outer portion of the city is lined by tall office buildings and wide brick and cobblestone boulevards, while the avenues of the inner portion are lined by smaller Parisian-style buildings. The wide roadways throughout the city afford safe and easy passage for both automobile and Gogoat traffic. A large canal also runs diagonally through the city.

Lumiose City has five gates connecting it to outside routes. In the southeast is the Route 4 Gate, in the southwest the Route 5 Gate, in the northwest the Route 13 Gate, in the north the Route 14 Gate, and in the northeast the Route 16 Gate. It is connected to Kiloude City via train from Lumiose Station.

We ended up spending a month in the city, with Cynthia dragging me all over the place sightseeing. We even were able to stop at the local gym to watch some local trainers battle the gym. Cynthia even took part in the Battle Institute, fighting local trainers and winning the small competition she took part in.

"Can we do a duos competition?" Cynthia gave me a hopeful look.

"We can do them on the way back, first can we find my last team member?" I say to her and she sighs but nods her head.

"Thanks, plus I could possibly use them in the competition, that way I can grow closer to them," I say to her and she nods her head.

"Yeah, I get it. Though better make it up to me later," Cynthia says giving me a look that I know what she is referring to.

"Definitely will," I say with a knowing smirk as she blushes slightly but nods her head.

We then headed toward the town of Dendemille west of Lumiose City. Much like the anime, Dendemille was a town located on the side of a large hill. With the town on the side of it going up several layers on the side. It was an average-sized town in this world even with the unique layout, maybe a population of ten thousand or so.

We spent the day there, with the next morning heading toward the Frost Cavern west of the town. Where I believe that Giratina was leading me, once we arrived at the Frost Cavern, we saw people coming and going. This was one of the popular sightseeing places, along with the trainer area due to the ice type of Pokémon in the area.

We walked into the trainer area, where I followed the feeling which was growing stronger the closer we got to where it was leading. Then we reached a dead end, which brought us to a wall of thick ice. After walking around the area, I figured we needed to go through the wall of ice.

"We have to get through the wall don't we?" Cynthia says as I nod my head and bring Leo out.

"Leo please begin melting the ice wall here. Just head straight, though I'm not sure how far," I say to Leo who begins melting a way through.

We walk along behind Leo who is melting our way through, after a sixty feet or so Leo stops. We peek past him and see it opened up into a small underground cavern. Leo walked inside with us right behind him. The cavern looked old, very old, like it hadn't seen life for several millennia before we breached it.

"What the hell is this place?" Cynthia says as she begins writing down notes of the place.

I feel the presence ahead of us and growing very strong almost pulsing outward toward me. I begin walking toward it, with Leo following behind me and Cynthia staying by the entrance noting everything she sees as Garchomp is watching the place we came through.

I follow this decon and it begins pulsing rapidly as I arrive in front of a pitch-black egg-shaped object. The object looked like a much larger version of a Pokémon egg, though completely black in color and it had three black horns atop of it.

'Don't touch it! I feel a great dark energy attached to the object,' Annihilape says to me appearing next to me as I was tempted to touch the egg-shaped object.

'You say you trust me. If you do, then you will touch this egg and become the master of my only surviving creation left in this world,' I hear Giratina's voice say through our connection.

I then look between Annihilape and the egg, before sighing and touching it. As soon as I made contact with the egg I fell it attempted to drain my life force completely. However, as soon as it attempts to drain me, Giratina blocks it and instead supplies its endless energy to the egg. Once the egg absorbed what it could, it cracked and shook the ground slightly after creaking.

"What's happening?!" Cynthia says running over and seeing the egg now break open with Garchomp standing in front of her protectively.

Leo and Annihilape do the same to me, standing in front of me as the egg wakes up and releases its energy. Which washes over the group and makes everyone except for me kneel. The energy appears to be the same strength as Rayquaza, a God Ranked Pokémon. Instead of affecting me negatively and forcing me to submit, the energy seems to envelop me like a familiar hug.

Appearing in front of us was a huge Pokémon with both avian and draconic traits. The back of its body is black with white spots along the wings and back; its front, head, and neck are bright red with branching, black lines throughout. It has a pointed, beak-like snout, bright blue eyes, a black, forward-curving horn over each eye, and a thin, antenna-like growth behind each eye. A feathery gray ruff encircles its neck and billows out over its back. Its wings each have three spikes along the bottom edge near the body and five large, black claws on the tip. It has small, birdlike legs with gray talons. Each foot has two toes facing forward and one pointing backward. Its tail is similar in structure to its wings, including the five claws on the tip.

'Yveltal,' I think seeing the extremely feared and ancient legendary Pokémon.

Yveltal stared at us all with a judgmental stare like it was looking into our souls. Then as it made eye contact with me its eyes widened. It then bowed its head slightly to me.

'Go ahead and capture them,' Giratina says to me as I take out a Poké ball and toss it toward Yveltal.

The Poké ball absorbs Yveltal falling to the ground which immediately removes the suppressing aura letting everyone stand once again. The Poké ball then shakes once, before stopping and clicking, showing that Yveltal was successfully captured. I walked over and grabbed the Poké ball and the connection to Yveltal was immediately established. Making us connected just like I was connected to Giratina.

"What the hell was that?!" Cynthia says as this all happened within a minute.

"My newest team member and ace," I say while looking down at the Poké ball.

"What kind of Pokémon is it?" Cynthia says while looking at the Poké ball with a worried expression.

"An ancient one and the child of Giratina," I say now understanding why Yveltal was accepting of me. We both are connected to Giratina, making us almost like siblings in a way.

"That Pokémon, no offense, felt deeply… evil," Cynthia says and I nod my head. Since Yveltal was known for absorbing the life force of other people and Pokémon to keep its immortality, at least according to the legends from my past life.

"I wouldn't say evil, but more misunderstood. It just has to do what it does to survive, now that it has been reconnected with its parent. It no longer has to worry about 'surviving' like it did before," I say understanding that it had to kill before since its connection to Giratina was severed and there was no other way for it to survive.

"Ok…" Cynthia says taking my word at face value.

"Everyone, meet Yveltal. Our newest team member," I say bringing out my team and releasing Yveltal.

This time when Yveltal appears, they don't release their aura keeping it in check. My team then hesitantly greets the ancient legendary Pokémon. Though Kirlia being happy-go-lucky, runs over and eagerly greets Yveltal who seems happy at the little happy Pokémon.

'Shit, I need to call Oak. Since registering Yveltal might become a hassle and I need his backing to help me keep the others off my back,' I think as both our teams now are greeting the last member of my team.

"Yveltal is kinda cute looking now that it doesn't feel like it wants to murder me," Cynthia says snapping me from my thoughts and looking at Yveltal.

I slowly nod my head, while going back to thinking. Though compared to every other Pokémon we have Yveltal is the largest. Since they stand at 19ft (5.8 meters) with a wingspan of 62ft (18.9 meters). I then pull out my phone to call Professor Oak to ask him for help.
