CH - 13 - Hedge Fund Homeboys - Part - 3
Noah as soon as he read the message and saw Central Park. He took out his phone and called his father.

[CUT TO - Castle]
[INT. KENDALL APARTMENT, LIVING ROOM - DAY]
It's a modest sized room that is a bit too cluttered with furniture. Beckett and Castle sit with Mr. Kendall, victim's father, 50, gaunt, full of regret and Mrs. Kendall, victim's mother, mid 40s, still in shock.
Beckett asks the couple "Do you know what he was doing at the park so late into the night?" to this Mrs. Kendall replies "No"
Beckett continues "When was the last time you saw your son alive?" suddenly Castle's Phone rings... Castle says excuse me and stands up moves to the side and answers the call.
"Tell me Son. Yes his name was Kendall.....How did you find out??.....Ohh" and cuts the call joins Beckett in her questioning.
Beckett asks " Do you know, maybe, where he could have gone after his Part time?"
"He was usually with his friends." the couple replies
Beckett to confirm asks "He didn't come home for dinner?"
The couple replies "Most nights, Donny ate out or at someone else's place."
"He hung out with a pretty tight crowd at St. Judes. They've all been together since grammar school." Mr. Kendall says
Mrs Kendall added "Donny used to have them over all the time."
Castle studing their house says "Only, you moved recently. Right Mr. Kendall??"
"Yes, a few months ago. I was a partner at Lehman. And when it went under, well, we... we took a big hit." Mr. Kendall replies.
Castle kinda sympathetic says "That can be pretty tough on a teenager."
Mrs Kendall hearing this says "You get used to a certain way of living, but it was no one's fault."
Castle continuing his line of questioning asks "Do you think Donny was depressed? "
Mr. Kendall shakes his head while replying "Donny was strong. But to lose everything you have... We were just getting by."
Beckett giving them space concludes "I'm very sorry for your loss" and leaves with Castle.
[INT. OUTSIDE KENDALL APARTMENT, HALLWAY]
We see Beckett and Castle head toward the elevator. Beckett asks Castle out of curiosity "How did you know they moved?"
"Either the Kendalls really like art, or that Chinese screen was meant for a much bigger apartment. I wonder how they could still afford St. Judes."
"You know the school well don't you? " Becket says being suspicious Castle since the crime scene.
"Oh, I've been kicked out of all of New York's finer educational institutions at least once. The irony is, now that I'm rich and famous, they all claim me as alum and want money.... (pause).... Plus Noah start their from tomorrow."
"It is just so rough being you." Beckett says with sarcasm
To which Castle replies "My cross to bare."

We see Serena walking up to her mother, Lily, who is talking to a friend. While we can hear murmurs about ... Murdered..... How unfortunate.....So young.....
We as Serena closes the distance to her mother hear Lily taking to her friend " So I told him: Forget it, I don't care if it's mahogany. It clashes with my sofa... ""
Serena interrupts "Mom… mom! Hey."
Lily seeing her daughter goes "Oh, Serena, darling." surprised to see her.
They embrace each other in a hug. Serena then asks "So, where is he?..... (Pauses for response).... (Seeing no response she guesses)....What, they haven't let him out yet?"
Lily abit embarrassed in a shushed voice says "Let's not discuss this right now, ok? I thought you might want to see some of your friends." clearly wanting to avoid talking about Eric at this gathering
Serena irritated replies "Thanks."
Serena notices Nate on the other side of the room, Blair opens her bedroom door and walks into the room, blocking Nate from Serena's view, Serena and Blair hug.
Blair trying to make small talk says "Hi, Serena, so good to see you."
Serena also replies "Good to see you too" but not willing to continue the conversation.
Blair says to Serena seeing that she is not interested in staying "Come, we're about to have dinner."
Eleanor adds "I'll set a place for you at the table next to Blair."
But Serena clearly not comfortable being here denies saying "Yeah, actually... there's somewhere I have to go."
Blair asks "You're leaving?"
Serena replies "Yeah, I just… I don't feel well. I just wanted to come by and say hi. I'll see you at school tomorrow."
Serena turns to leave the party.
Blair hearing the reply comments "School… so I guess she's back for good."
A girl beside Blair asks "Didn't you know she was coming?"
Blair covers up by saying "Course I did. I just… wanted it to be a surprise.

[CUT TO - Noah and Chuck]
We see Noah and Chuck discussing with each other.
Chuck says "Now where do we find a good lawyer."
Noah replies "No need to worry about that. I know just the firm. In fact let me just...". Noah saying this proceeds to make a call.
"Hello Jessica. It's about business.... Sure I will send my cofounder / Friend over. His name is Chuck Bass. He will be playing a more active role at the company. So I think it I better you deal with him. Yes, so when are you free. Ohh I see....let me just check hold on."
Looks to Chuck and asks "Buddy you have an appointments for the next few hours??"
Chuck replies "Nothing really important. Why??"
"Hmmm and where are the company documents?"
"At the residence. "
Okay then.. (goes back to the call)....sure we he can do the meeting today. He will be there by 1." and proceed to cut the call.
Looks to Chuck and says "Buddy let's go. You need to meet with the lawyers representing our company at 1."
Chuck looks at the time and gets up says " Lets go then I only have 3 hours I need to do a prep before that take the doc from the residence and get changed."
"Yeah. Let me just ask Alexis if she is coming or not." Noah replies.
(A few minutes later)
We see Nate, Chuck and Blair having a conversation. Noah joins them and says "Chuck, let's go. I will drop you."
Nate and Blair says "Leaving so soon??"
Noah replies "Sorry guys. Official business"
Blair counters saying "With Chuck.."
Chuck a bit offended says "Yes, at least I close a deal, unlike some who clearly can't"
And proceeds to walk off.
Noah with a chuckle says his byes and leaves.
Chuck and Noah walk towards the Elevator and see Serena waiting.
Seeing their friend Noah calls her saying "Serena van der Woodsen, have seen you in a while"
Serena noticing Noah and Chuck says "Hey, Just arrived today. So, guys how have you been. ??"
Noah says "Same old" looking at the elevator door opening and walks in.
Chuck replies "A bit dull but now that you are back that won't be the case anymore " and walks in to the elevator. Serena smiles at the comment and follows in.
[Skip a few scenes - EXT. WALDORF RESIDENCE]
We see Serena, Chuck and Noah standing by the pathway. The Valet brings Noahs Car around hand him the keys and opens the door for him.
Both Noah thanks him and tips him. Opens the door one leg in looks to Serena and asks "You sure you don't need a ride I can drop you..."
Chuck opens the door and is already seated in the car. Serena says "No. I am good. Thanks for the offer. Hey Noah, where is Alexis?"
Noah hearing this says "Okay as you wish.Alexis is still back at the gathering with her friends. Anyways it was nice meeting you again Serena." and proceeds to drive off.
Noah then drops Chuck of at his residence. And before leaving reminds him "Tell Jessica I said that we will be needing either Harvey or Louis representing. No one else will work for us unless she herself is willing to do it." Make this very clear to her.
Chuck replies "Okay. I will say words verbatim. See you later" after saying bye, Chuck leaves.
Noah also drives off.
