Dream

In an endless place of darkness, a white speck of dusk could be seen. It was naturally standing out from its surroundings and was an oddity.

That same dusk after a brief moment started vibrating before it then enlargened.

The speck of dusk then started growing as if it was aging. It began to take the shape of what seemed to be a human. But there was still something odd about it.

It didn't have any legs.

The speck or now could be called figure seemed to be floating in the void.

A seemingly endless amount of time passed after that, and the figure suddenly opened its eyes in panic.

"Where am I?" The boy asked himself while looking around this dark place. Wondering why someone had turned the lights off.

Although he too likes to sleep in the darkness this is somewhat over the top even for him.

The boy then tried to recollect their memories since everything felt out of place.

"Ah, I remember. I was walking home after coming from school along with my little sister. But why is my memory foggy after that?" He wondered

"It is because you are dead, my child." A hoarse yet calm voice sounded trough out the area.

Looking at where the voice came from the boy named Luke then saw a giant shadow envelop his vision.

'WHAT THE FUCK, this has to be a dream right?' He thought to himself.

"It is not a dream my child, you have died and been sent to the void to reincarnate once more." The voice said

Having read something similar in a novel before, Luke then asked the being "Does that mean that you are god?"

"You are indeed correct."

Knowing where this could take him, Luke who was excited tried to figure out what types of powers he should ask for before even having gotten confirmation.

"Slow down child, although you are somewhat correct I do not allow people to choose their powers for themselves, instead you will draw lots," God said as a box with a hole in the middle appeared in front of Luke.

"We will begin with what type of world you will be sent to, It may be one you've never heard about or one you are very familiar with. It all depends on your luck." He mentioned

Even though Luke was disappointed, he couldn't argue with the god who would help him achieve one of his long-lost dreams as a teenager.

Taking his arm and then putting it inside the box, Luke then squirms it around before then picking out a piece of paper.

He then proceeded to read out loud the words written on the paper.

"Slice Of Life Anime Mashup"

Luke then celebrated knowing that he wouldn't get sent to a dangerous world such as DC or Marvel. But he then got confused reading the ending of the sentence.

"Wait, I thought you said a world, why is it a mashup of multiple worlds?" he asked god

" Do not worry my child, it is something you will figure out along the way. Now onto the next one. You will need to draw lots for what type of ability you will get" God said somewhat playfully.

Luke then proceeded to once again pick up another piece of paper inside the box

Now this time it stood, "Sing-in System".

"Nice, a System. But a sing-in System? Is it the ones where my first encounter with things such as buildings give me a skill?" Luke wondered.

"It is as you say, you will get a skill when you Sign-in, but it is only permitted in buildings and famous places. And you only have the chance to Sing-in once. After that, the place will be registered as used. ," God answered his question.

"Now, since everything has been chosen, it is time for you to leave this place and enjoy your new life," God said

"Wait I still have more que-." Before he could ask god the reason as to why and where he would be sent, his body stopped moving and his eyes dilated before they then closed.

Luke's body then vanished from the spot.

"What the"

"Where am I?"

I looked around confused as I found myself in an unknown room.

Before I could get up to investigate more, I got hit with one of the most excruciating pain I has ever felt in my head. I squirmed around the bed while holding my head tightly

Memories of the body I'm currently inside started flooding his mind. I sat there enduring the pain before it went away after 10 whole minutes.

"Huuuf, Huuuf" I took multiple deep breaths

"HOLY SHIT, that felt fucking awful. But I at least know whose body I'm in." I tried to think about the positive side

I had just regained this old body's memories and although I need a bit of time to gather all the details, I still knew the simple things.

Such as the owner of this body name being Haruki Kusakabe. A 17-year-old boy living in an apartment alone.

His parents live in the countryside since they enjoy peace and quiet. But Haruki moved to Tokyo to study in a high school here. So his father sends him money to pay for the bills and for groceries.

He would also be transferred to a new school in two days on Monday. And apparently, the name of the school was Sobu High School.

Although It sounded a bit familiar to me, it's impossible to recognize something just by the name of the School. Who knows maybe I'll meet a few anime characters there.

I may not sound excited but the truth is that my heart is beating like crazy. I mean who gets the chance to reincarnate into an Anime world that you have always dreamed of?

I also had crushes on multiple anime girls, It wasn't anywhere near obsession but more of an appreciation for their beauty.

Not wanting to sit on the bed all day, I stood up from the bed and made my way to the big mirror across the room.

"Wow, although this body is skinny the face is a bit handsome if I have to say."

But I didn't forget the biggest aspect of the body, and that was my 'little brother' after all it's gonna be hard to satisfy any woman.

After turning my drawers down I stood there with my jaw on the floor.

"What a beast, It's even bigger than my last one and that's a fucking achievement alright.

Well with this I guess I didn't have anything to worry about after all."

Pulling them back up again then proceeded to open the door and go inside the bathroom to take a shower.

Yo, the author here. I just wanna say that although I've somewhat recovered from my injury. It'll take longer to post even these chapters so don't expect 1 chapter a day like previously.
