"Um I'm Perseus Silver and I'm 16 years old and dating your beautiful daughter? Is that what you're looking for? I mean like we pointed out earlier, everyone here is a reincarnate if you believe in reincarnation"

"That's true" she then placed down her drink "But you see, that won't work on me, it's been passed down for generation amongst us seers, a few shamans even knows it, even though it is in very few numbers. Every few centuries or so, there would be a few chosen ones born into this world, they would then turn out to be heroes, villains or even scholars.

"They are believed to be reincarnates who've remembered their past life, and the first seer have found such a person, when she looked into their past, she saw past his birth, and saw his memories of another world that the man lived in. He was also-"

I didn't let her finish as I warped all of us to Zach's personal base and arrive at his training ground, the one where we had our private conversation and where the other gods won't be able to see what we're talking about.

"You are one of them" She nodded in satisfaction

"Don't speak, if the other gods hear this, they'll kill you on the spot!"

"Warn me next time" Cordelia said as she got up "It still hurts to fall onto the floor"

"Sorry" I apologized

-Damon, call Zach to tell him that we're borrowing his private base for a bit, he might sense intruders and come to accidently kill us-

Damon got out his amulet to make the call. Dabria and Nova then appeared in front of me.

"Now that is dangerous information that you're holding" Nova said

"Please don't kill her" Cordelia pleaded him

"I'm not, but it's complicated, this isn't someone a mortal should know" Nova rubbed his forehead

"Don't worry, the first seer didn't tell the man that she knew, she kept it to herself and only passed it down to a successor" Marella reassured

"What was the price?" Dabria asked "How many years of your life did you lose to know all this? You must have lost a few decades at least just to find Perseus"

"65 years" Marella answered and shocked Cordelia greatly

"Mother, that is the most stupidest thing that I've heard! You are so stupid!" Cordelia scolded her

"It was a small price to pay, besides I can live for a very long time, I'm a nereid, that's only about 1/5 of my life" Marella replied "When I first got this power, I asked for a person who will be able to bring a change into this world, and it told me 'to look for the reincarnate' and later-"

"Just stop please, I can't handle all of this in one day, I really can't. I'm this close to a nervous breakdown. Apart from us, who else did you tell?"

"None, not even my best friend, my former husband nor my parents" she shook her head before looking at me sympathetically "How old were you when you die?"

"A bit over 19, I wasn't that old, shit I'm not supposed to talk about this"

"But that's so young, how did you even die?" Cordelia asked

"Lightning strike, my world didn't have magic to defend against that so you can see how that would go."

"That's truly unfortunate, the chances to even get struck by one is less than 1%" Marella commented

"Should we wipe her memories?" Siege suggested

"No, that would mean wiping out a few decades worth at least" Nova answered "It would be too suspicious when people find her not remembering the past decades and try to find the culprit which would lead back to us"

"And she is still the former lover of the current king of Neelofar, we might even make an enemy of them" Dabria added "Endangering the Silvers"

"And here I thought I can take it to my grave, what do we do?"

"We can wipe Cordelia's memory for today and just tell her she passed out from exhaustion, but it would require her consent" Nova suggested "And she's your girlfriend, so if anyone here is going to discuss this to her about it, it's you, we would ask for the mother's consent but right now, we're supposed to smite her if we follow the rules."

Damon then came back.

"He gave us permission to use all the facilities, just as long as we clean them up afterwards, or restock the food and drinks we took" Damon said

"Yeah, we do have permission to smite Marella but we're not gonna, so we'll leave for now and give you 2 some space to decide what to do" Dabria said and signaled the others to leave

"I bet you want to break up with me for real this time, huh" I was really nervous, so I just sat on the training ground

"You and your pessimistic thoughts" she sighs and approached me

She just embraced me and stayed like that for a while. It calmed me down a bit.

"Remember that time I said that I thought you were a summoned hero from another world?" she asked

"I thought you were joking"

"Well half of it was, it just happens in the stories all the time, a summoned hero coming to save another world from a demon lord, and you are too talented to not be one"

"Well I'm not a hero, I kill people and I'm selfish, I do things only for my own gain."

"You know those orphanages that you anonymously donated to every time? They thought that the royal families were the ones who did it you know, but we couldn't claim the credit, they are still asking who the donor is so that they could thank them in person, you're aren't as selfish as you think"

"Don't tell them that I did it, they don't need to know. Besides I did it only because of a promise that I had to keep no matter what, I'm still a selfish person"

"You were an orphan in your past life, weren't you?" she pulled away but still held me close

"Yeah, and an immigrant at that, to lessen the casualties of their own citizens, we were forced to fight for them in the hopes of getting a citizenship despite being children, I got it in the end after my few years serving them, but I immediately left afterwards, I couldn't bare to fight for them after what they did to my siblings"

"You don't have to tell me" she smiled "You were probably going to reveal all of this later anyway, so I'll wait, I'll be here for you."

"What-what about your memories, do you want us to wipe them?"

"I'd rather not, but if you feel uncomfortable with me knowing, you can" she just kiss me softly "You have my permission"

"Then will you accept me as who I am? Even though I'm mentally a decade older than you?"

"Well you still act like a child sometimes, so it doesn't matter, I'll treat you like how I always have. You'll go back to your organization after this, right? Come back quick, my friend recommended us a great place for dinner, we can have a date then"

"Fine dining or casual dining?"

"Casual dining of course" she answered "I know you don't really like to dress a bit more formal than usual"

"Won't a home cook meal taste better while being cheaper?"

"Cheapskate" she teased "Am I your first girlfriend?"

"Y-yeah"

"Good, I won't have it any other way"

"Is it alright if I kiss you again?"

"You're my boyfriend, silly. I don't think you need permission for it" she laughed

"I'll have you kn-"

"Shut up" and she did, she shut me up good
