Richard stares a the message for a good couple seconds
Richard: "DAMN IT!"
Richard, still recovering from the unexpected turn of events and feeling a mix of frustration and disbelief
Richard: "I guess I don't have plot armour after all"
Richard: "I'm on my own for this, so I need to think"
Richard scratches his head a bit
Richard: "Unless someone attack's her, she is extremally slow because I have her other sword"
Richard suddenly gets a bright idea
Richard: "Unless someone attack's her"
Richard: "what if i just make the area around me naturally kill her."
Richard: "Wait I already did that."
Richard: "I guess I just need to make the environment kill her before she just cuts it"
Richard notices Youmu prepare to attack, but due to her agility being 30 times less than it was before, Richard could see it in slow motion.
Richard: "so slow..."
Youmu had swing her sword more than 10 meters away from where Richard was, she did not even try to get close to him

Richard: "EHH!?"
Richard had suddenly found himself right in front of Youmu and she was reaching for the katana that Richard has stolen
Richard could see her in slow motion though however and just backed away, getting back to being 10 meters away from her
Richard: "What was that!?!"
Youmu: "I cut the space between me and my katana"
Richard: O_O
Richard grew a face of seriousness
Richard: 'i need to figure out a way to make this area deadly to her'
Richard: 'Think man, think'
Richard: 'we are in a place with nothing but hydrogen, even the damn atoms are minimal'
Richard: 'just one neutron, one proton and one electron'
Richard: 'if only I could combine these atoms to make some dangerous elements'
Richard suddenly has a stroke of genius
Richard: "I think I know a way to beat you now"
Youmu just looks at him with a stoic face while Richard puts his hands together while his eyes begin to shine brighter
Richard: "Six eyes lets me control mana to an atomic level, aka I can influence individual atoms"
Youmu looks at his with a confused face
Youmu: "I don't know what atoms are but they wont help you"
Richard: "then watch this!"
Richard begins to use his six eyes ability to navigate to all the atoms in the area and begins to use his cursed technique on them
Richard: "Cursed Technique: Lapse blue"
Suddenly all the atoms in the area began to be pulled together with extreme force, hydrogen turns into helium then that turns into nitrogen and all the atoms in the area get controlled to have exactly 92 hydrogen atoms fused into the, except leaving 1 electron out of the picture. all of the spare electron got send upwards into space
The air became colder, the dust particles coalesced, and an eerie green glow enveloped the space.
Youmu, sensing the change, felt a subtle discomfort in the altered environment. The unique fusion of elements created an atmosphere that was no longer suitable for a being of her composition.
Youmu: "What are you doing?"
Richard, maintaining his focus, continued to manipulate the atoms.
Richard: "I'm manipulating the very fabric of the atmosphere. This is an environment that won't be too friendly to you."
Youmu, realizing the potential threat, assessed the situation. The air was no longer just hydrogen; it had become a concoction of elements that could pose a danger to her.
Youmu: "You think making some green dust will stop me?"
Richard: "Of course not."
Richard: "But this will"
Richard: "You might want to pray that you can heal this off like I can"
Richard: "Cursed Technique: Reversal Red"
Immediately after Richard uttered these words a single atom had its neutron break off and fly away, but this is not a normal atom, these are the combination of 92 hydrogen atoms, or in other words
Uranium-235
The neutron that got send flying hit another atom or uranium, and after the atom got hit, it split in half realesing 2 more neutron, then the 2 neutron hit 2 more atoms and they released 4 more. in a fraction's of a second these hits became more numerous
16 then 32 then 64 then 128 then 256 then 512 then 1024 then 2048
Richard: "HAHAHA!"
Youmu looks at him confused but held her sword her her, ready for what's to come
Richard: "I, am, Atomic"
Youmu: "???"
Richard: "Cursed Technique: Hollow purple"
A purple shield of cursed energy surrounded Richard in and instant
Richard: 'Now I wont be affected by the blast"
Richard waits for what's to come but gets a little confused
Richard: "That's taking a while, did I even d-"
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*
The hundreds of pounds of uranium all had a chain reaction all at once. Causing a cataclysmic explosion that tore through the fabric of the altered atmosphere. The once serene space above Hakugyokurou erupted into a chaotic display of energy, shockwaves, and radiant light.
The shockwave expanded rapidly, distorting the very essence of the surroundings. Youmu found herself at the epicenter of the explosive reaction. The force of the blast seemed to defy the laws of the celestial space they were in.
As the explosion subsided, a moment of eerie silence engulfed the cosmic theatre. Richard, who had initiated the reaction, stood at the edge of space, his six eyes shimmering with a mix of exhaustion and triumph. The atoms that once composed the unique atmosphere now existed in a state of chaotic dispersion.
Richard dispersed his hollow purple shield and looks over to where Youmu had been and stretches his arms
Richard: "Well that was a challenge, but at least its over"

Richard after saying this notices something out the corner of his eye, its Youmu but all of her flesh has been destroyed and only a charred skeleton remains along with a sword imbedded in it.
Richard: "Oh, the skeleton is still attached, and the sword is still here?"
What Richard saw was a charred and burnt skeleton holding a sword that in directly in its ribcage
Richard: "Did she stab herself?, why?"

Richard: "How can the Survive condition not be cleared, she's a skeleton right now
Suddenly out of nowhere, the skeleton had started to shake and muscles started to flow out of the sword and attach them into the rightful places on the skeletons body, then the veins and arteries. And then the clothes grew into place, and then the skin, like a rapidly rewinding film, mended itself until Youmu Konpaku stood before Richard once again. The charred remains of her previous form were now completely restored.
Youmu: "I don't know what you did but its was pretty smart, since it negated my Instant Counter ability"
Richard, still processing the unexpected turn of events, tightened his grip.
Richard: "HOWWWWWWW?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
Youmu smirks while answering Richard
Youmu: "I cut it"
Richard: "Cut what!?"
Youmu: "I cut the potential of me being unable to regenerate after 50 seconds"
Richard stares at her dumbfounded
Richard: "O__O"
Youmu continued to explain, her expression holding a mix of amusement and confidence.
Youmu: "The Embodiment of Cut not only cut's physical matter but can also sever metaphysical connections and potentials. I observed your techniques and sensed a particular potential, a thread of vulnerability that could be severed. So, I cut it."
Richard, still trying to comprehend the nature of Youmu's abilities, took a step back.
Richard: "You can cut... anything?"
Youmu nodded confidently.
Youmu: "Indeed. The Embodiment of Cut allows me to sever anything—be it physical, spiritual, or conceptual. It's a power that transcends the boundaries of mere blades."
Richard, realizing the extent of Youmu's abilities, gathered his thoughts.

A Light emitted from the Neutralizer as Richard activated it. The surroundings seemed to ripple, and a momentary distortion enveloped the space. Youmu, noticing the change, focused her attention on the light, and cut it"
Youmu: "What was that?"
Richard: "damn it!"
Richard: "The book, Take it out into my hand"

The book materialized in Richard's hand, radiating an otherworldly glow. Richard opened the book, revealing pages filled with strange symbols and ancient text.
Richard: "Let's see if this really lives up to its name."
With determination, Richard focused on Youmu. The book responded to his intent, flipping its pages as if guided by an unseen force. A surge of energy pulsed through the book, and shot forth, aiming directly at Youmu.

Youmu had put her sword back in its sheath
Richard: "ehh? where did the book go, Hey! where did Youmu go!?!!"
Richard turns around to see Youmu with her back turned to him and sees that she had sheaved her sword
Richard: "Why are you moving diagonally upwards?"
As Richard attempted to comprehend Youmu's cryptic movements, he noticed a peculiar sensation. It was as if gravity itself had decided to play a prank on him. He felt a gradual tilt, and to his horror, he realized that his head was slowly sliding off his body in a dramatic and surreal manner.
Richard: "What the... Why am I sideways?"
The disconnection between his head and body continued, defying the laws of anatomy and physics. Youmu, still with her back turned, seemed to be unaffected by the bizarre occurrence.
Youmu: "You are already dead."
She reiterated her enigmatic statement, her voice carrying an air of finality. As Richard's head completed its descent, he found himself in a state of existential confusion
Richard: "Shapeshift!"
Despite the bizarre circumstances, Richard attempted to exercise his abilities to regain control of the situation. With a desperate plea, he invoked his shapeshifting power, hoping to rectify the unusual disconnection between his head and body.
However, the enigmatic force at play seemed to defy even Richard's shapeshifting capabilities. Instead of restoring balance, his disembodied head found itself caught in a surreal limbo, neither completely connected nor fully separated. Just connected by a single vein.
Richard: "I can work with this, Reverse Cursed Technique!"
Richard focused on reversing the peculiar state of his existence. The ambient energy crackled with an otherworldly intensity
After a couple seconds the flesh that should be at the neck had suddenly sprouted and attached Richards head back together
Youmu, turning around, glanced back at him, a hint of surprise in her expression.
Youmu: "Oh?, you survived my Instant Counter?"
Youmu: "Just die already, your making the fight three chapters long"
