"Young master, Miss is calling you in the dining hall," a voice came from outside the door.

"I will be there in 5 minutes," I said. After hearing my response, the voice replied, "As you wish, young master."

After getting ready, I approached the door, grabbed the doorknob, gently twisted it, and opened the door. I started going down the stairs and headed straight to the sixth door. With a 'click' sound, the door opened to an open room with a long table placed in the middle. Different types of food were on the table, and elegant patterns were printed on the plates. The windows were on the right side of the table, with sun rays illuminating the spacious hall, giving it a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Two human figures could be seen sitting on the chairs, talking to each other. As they noticed my presence, they stopped talking.

The lady sitting to the left of one of the main seats said, "Sit." I complied and sat down on the chair and started eating quietly, ignoring the presence of the other two. Watching me eat silently, the lady's face turned into a beautiful smile that could charm any man. Seeing that smile, all the present maids started trembling, which told about the meaning of that smile.

"You should forget about that matter," the lady said. But she didn't get any response. Just as she was about to say something, the man slammed his hand on the table with an angry expression and shouted, "STOP IGNORING US!" After hearing him, the red-haired man said, "We will talk about this after breakfast." After hearing him say this, the black-haired man was about to say something, but the woman intervened and said, "Ok, we will talk about it later, but it looks like you need some punishment."

As he heard"punishment," the red-haired man's body stiffened, but it gradually relaxed, and he started eating his food. As he ate his second bite, the black-haired man and the woman started choking on their food, but the red-haired man didn't even spare a glance at them and spoke "val".

A person in a butler outfit came out from under the table. After seeing the two figures choking and a white foam escaping from their mouth, Val said to the red-haired man, "Now I have done what you asked me to do, please keep your promise, sir," in a begging tone.

Listening to his begging, the red-haired man said, "Don't worry, Val. You have helped me greatly. Your daughter and wife are at your home. Now, did you get what I asked you to bring?"

After listening to what the red-haired man said, Val was about to run to his wife and kid to hug them, but he quickly calmed down and started taking out a gun and a bottle of wine from under the table and placed them on the table.

"Get out," the red-haired man said. Listening to him, Val hurriedly left the hall.

After opening the cork from the wine, the red haired man poured some for himself and started drinking. While drinking, he said to the black-haired man and woman, "You guys didn't help me when I was down. You didn't even try to comfort me. You just kept torturing me mentally and physically."

"Why is that? I am your one and only 'son.' I don't know why you guys despise me so much." The only answer he got was silence.

As if expecting the silence he grabbed the gun that was placed on the table and aimed it his head. "Those two should be dead by now. Thinking about their death, finally, I felt at peace after so many years," he said, and pressed the trigger.

Bang.

After that, only the sound remained. The world remembered him as a cruel person, but only the sound remembered his true self.
