Past Meetings of Akira, and Shouko

Koishikawa Korakuen Garden, located in Bunkyo in Tokyo, Koishikawa Korakuen Garden creates a very peaceful and elegant sanctuary in the city of Tokyo.

This traditional Japanese garden provides a different view each season, with plum trees blooming in spring and falling leaves in autumn.

Since it wasn't a weekend, there weren't many visitors in the Garden, most of them were high school students on a date.

Akira, and Shouko walked along the cherry blossom trees, holding hands like a couple.

"Spring in Japan is very beautiful, but the spring scenery at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden is more stunning because of the traditional style." Akira said suddenly.

"Un, this scene can only be seen for a week, before all the cherry blossom leaves fall." Shouko slightly tightened her grip on Akira's finger.

No one tried to get her to play together, after she turned down invitations from other kids.

Shouko planned to read books until the end of the School Trip, but things didn't go as smoothly as she had thought.

"Hey." A boy's voice sounded from ahead.

Looking up, Shouko saw three boys, who were wearing their Seijo Elementary School uniform.

The boy who was standing in the middle, folded his arms across his chest, and sneered:

"You read a book alone here, it's boring, you know? Don't you have any friends? You're alone when everyone else is playing."

"I don't need friends." Shouko said indifferently, ignoring when the boy was in front of her, and continued reading.

Seeing the precious ribbon given by her mother as necessary like a toy, tears started welling up in Shouko's eyes.

But the three boys ignored that, and were happy to see Shouko start crying.

"Could you three please stop laughing at other people's misery, you damn children."

Shouko, and the three boys turned their heads to look at the source of the sound of the person speaking harshly just now.

"Nakano Akira..." Shouko said the newcomer's name.
