War declaration.

( Yuuki's POV )

Now that Shido was in the hospital indefinitely, a substitute teacher took his place teaching, this teacher was kind of clumsy but still, she was a good teacher and after her first class, Saeko, who always kept her distance from the other students, had joined our group and we started talking about our new teacher.

Kyoko: So, what do you think of the new teacher?

Yuuki: Compared to the weasel, she's definitely an improvement.

Kyoka: yeah yeah, we all know you hate him.

Student: damn, the new teacher is beautiful, I think I'm in love.

We weren't the only ones talking about our new teacher and after hearing the comment of one of the boys in my class I thought of the moment the class ended, the teacher left the room and she tripped in the door and almost fell face first, she said the word 'blunder' and she carried on as if nothing had happened.

Before the next class started I reached into my backpack and pulled out two small little boxes and put them on my desk.

Yuuki: hey girls, I have a gift for you.

Kyoka: um? A gift, what is the occasion?

Yuuki: These are something like amulets, you know, so that you are safe.

The twins opened the boxes and they saw the barrier bracelets, they recognized the bracelets that my sekireis and I were wearing and they tried them on immediately but they also noticed that Saeko was already wearing one.

Kyoko: hey how come Saeko already has one?

Saeko: oh this, Yuuki invited me to practice at his dojo and he gave it to me the night before~.

Saeko has a huge smile as she touches her bracelet affectionately, the twins look at her suspiciously and then they look at me with a smile and closed eyes.

Kyoko: Yuuki, we want to train in your dojo too, you don't mind right?

Though I wasn't about to turn them down, their tone told me they wouldn't take no for an answer.

Yuuki: I don't mind but can I know why?

Kyoka: for our dear little sister of course! Her rivals keep increasing and she is still doing nothing.

Kyoka: we can't let that continue.

I think the same, that's why I thought about inviting Reina and Saya-shi on a date, and I guess now I have to think about Lilith too.

During our lunch, I also gave a barrier bracelet to all my other friends.

after class we all headed to cafe Endou because today was my first day working part-time there, Saya-shi acted normal at school and when the others were around but whenever we were alone she would blush and couldn't look me in the eye, and I didn't miss any chance to tease her.

Halfway through my shift Lilith and her sisters walked into the cafe and she looked at me with a huge smile, we sat together to talk and my sekireis and friends were also close enough to hear, besides them the only other customer, Saya-shi and her mother were also listening.

Yuuki: I'm going to ask you one more time, are you serious about what you said yesterday?

Miyabi was looking confused between me and her sister, clearly, she had no idea what had happened between us last night.

Lilith: No, I'm even more serious than before, I arranged a meeting between our parents this morning to talk about it, and guess what, now I'm officially your fiancée~

As Lilith smiled her sisters couldn't believe their ears and four of the girls also cried out in surprise.

Yuuki: you work fast, don't you? Any reason why I wasn't invited?

Lilith: I wanted to surprise you~

Yuuki: You have done nothing but surprise me since I met you, you are quite bold you know?

Lilith: you don't like that in a woman?

Yuuki: No, I like it a lot.

Lilith: perfect, you know, at first when our parents met they were all very tense but in the end, they all treated each other like old friends, we are basically one big family now~

The more we talked, Lilith seemed to be making a statement to the other girls in the cafe because I could see how the other girls were growing upset, and when Lilith noticed this she stopped being subtle, she eyed them all and slammed her hands on the table, she got up and moved to the center of the cafe.

Lilith: I know that all your girlfriends in Tokyo have an advantage over me but I will not let anyone in this city get in front of me.

Lilith stares at Reina as she made her statement but that statement was addressed to everyone in the cafe, Reina stared back at her with a frown and after a few seconds Saeko stood up.

Lilith: and who are you, do you have something to say?

Saeko was facing Lilith with a refined smile but she had a defiant aura around her.

Saeko: That's right, I'm ready to throw my hat in the ring.

Lilith: Ho, even after what I just said?

Saeko: Yuuki understands and accepts me like nobody else, I had already decided to always be by her side, I'm just making it official.

Lilith: jeje I think I like you already.

Lilith and Saeko were laughing together but I could see sparks of rivalry between them, taking advantage of the situation Kyoka and Kyoko pushed Reina to the center of the cafe and Mamako did the same with her daughter, Reina and Saya-shi felt the pressure that Lilith and Saeko were giving off but they didn't back down, earning them a respectful nod from both of them.

But that didn't end there, the next ones to get up were the two silent girls between us, Felli and Julie joined them and sparks flew between them, Lilith said that she accepted the determination of all of them, and just like that I won six fiancées.

The rest of my shift was a bit awkward but at least there weren't any new surprises when I finished work Lilith mentioned my 'night shift' and that caught the attention of some of the girls.

I told her that after a little training we would go to the MBI building where we started our night shift, Lilith insisted on coming with us while Julie walked Miyabi back to her house, During our training, Reina and Saeko only concentrated on fighting each other while Lilith was practicing with an SA80 rifle.

Today we finished early because Lilith was very impatient about our patrol and She called Julie so we couldn't meet her at the MBI building, but when we got there, Felli was waiting for us with Julie.

'huh, this is going to be interesting'
