( Yuuki's POV )

Matsu: [ one month you say, I wish you could tell me everything but I have something important to tell you. ]

Yuuki: same here, but you go first.

Matsu: [You see while we were looking for you we detected another reincarnated person in the same world where you are. ]

Yuuki: Yes, I know, I just ran into a group that was working for him, that's why I wanted to tell you that our stay is going to be extended and I need you to prepare some things.

Matsu: [ say no more Yuu-tan! I know exactly what you need, I will talk to the rest of the girls, I will prepare the interdimensional antenna and when everything is ready I will send it along with some of the girls, just make sure you have a big place to set everything up. ]

Yuuki: Thanks, but I also need you to talk to Hilda, and tell her I need help with some mind control.

Matsu: [ mind control? What happened on your side? ]

Yuuki: We are fine but some of those who attacked me were being mind-controlled.

Matsu: [ I see, then I'll talk to everyone else. ]

Yuuki: oh and could you tell Vivi that I need to talk to her, I loved you bye.

Matsu: [ bye-bye~ ]

Shortly after I hung a portal appeared in front of me and my goddess Ana came out of it and when she saw me she ran to hug me.

Yuuki: Ana, you are the expert in mind control.

Ana: I wouldn't call myself an expert but I know how to deal with that kind of thing.

After saying that she looked at the affected girls and suddenly her hug became tighter and a shiver ran down my spine.

Ana: Yuuki, why are those girls wearing your clothes?

Yuuki: well, stuff happened.

After explaining everything to Ana, I met up with the others who had also finished their mission, Tsukiumi and Haruhime approached me first, and after a quick explanation, they went to where Ana was while I stayed behind.

Yuuki: Hey, how did it go on this side?

Elze: no problem, it was easy... why aren't you wearing a shirt?

Yuuki: Um slimes?

Linze: Um! Um!

Elze: Wait a minute, now that we are in the ruins of the capital it is time to look for treasures!

The three girls looked at me with huge smiles and twinkling eyes excited at the thought of hidden treasures and I couldn't help but smile back, I guess we have some time.

I used a neutral magic [search] to scan the area for treasures and that kind of thing and I soon found something buried among the rubble of the old capital, and with a not-so-small explosion from Linze we opened the way to an underground chamber, Linze illuminated the path with magic and I started taking photos of everything just in case.

Linze: What is all this, that is not ancient language?

Yuuki: Better to let the experts figure it out later, let's continue.

The place was full of strange writing and the most eye-catching thing was a stone door sealed with earth magic.

Linze: well, open the door Yuuki.

Yuuki: You know, usually when something is sealed it's for a good reason, but let's open it anyway!

I cast my magic on the door and it slowly opened to reveal a small room with some kind of crystal sculpture on a pedestal.

Yae: what is that?

Yuuki: some kind of artifact? It belongs in a museum, let's take it.

I walked towards the artifact but at that moment the light began to dim, I looked at Linze in confusion but before she could speak the room began to shake and collapse, Acting quickly I picked up the girls and teleported us out of there.

From outside we saw the cave collapse into itself and we were silent for a moment.

Yuuki: Well, there's nothing else we can do here, let's go back home, and let's not talk about this again.

Linze: maybe... that's for the best.

Before we could disappear the artifact we found shot out of the ground and started going crazy, It seemed that it was some kind of battle automaton, with six legs, an insect-like appearance, and a red sphere inside its transparent body.

Yuuki: Girls stay behind me, I'll finish this quickly.

After everything that had happened, I wanted to return home soon and put on a shirt so I attacked with a [Storm Dragon] with [boost] but my attack was absorbed by the automaton, supercharging it, it stretched out and shot one of his legs towards me to attack me, my barrier bracelet activated but his attack had no problem passing through it, I caught his attack with my hand and I activated my kakuja armor.

If magic wasn't working I'll destroy it with brute force, I cut off a big part of his leg and I threw that into my storage, then I ran towards him and sent him into the air with an upward blow, I created many portals around it and I beat him up while I jumped from portal to portal, With each blow I broke parts of its body that the automaton regenerated using the excess magic it absorbed from me, I put all those pieces inside my storage and when its regeneration speed slowed down I aimed for its red core and I stabbed it with my sharp claws and without its core, the automaton could not maintain its shape and the crystal turned into dust.

Elze: What was that thing?

When I landed and undid my armor the girls ran towards me while I was collecting the automaton remains to question me but I had no answers.

Yuuki: I don't know, but I'll talk to the duke about this. For now, let's go back, I think we've earned a break.

When we returned to the inn the twins and Yae were busy talking to Micah while I returned to my room where my Sekireis and the crow girls were crammed in there but I didn't have time to talk, I just took a shirt and teleported to the capital, Tsukiumi told me that she couldn't leave me alone so she came with me.

We appeared at the entrance to the duke's mansion, I had visited so much in the last few weeks that the guards did not even question my sudden appearance and they just opened the gate for us and as we walked towards the mansion, Sue opened the door and she ran towards me with a huge smile on her face.

Sue: YUUKI!
