3 Chapter 3
(A.N- This will be an AU version of the original story, as it will help me make this story more interesting. So read this chapter a bit as it is quite an info dump about the AU world of MHA. If you dislike this then I am really sorry.
Also, there will be some OC non-important characters but there won't be an OC main villain or really powerful OC characters apart from mc.)

The first thing that I noticed after coming to this world as it is quite different from how the original anime was.
In the anime, the hero association was said to have been the most righteous organization funded by the government as it's one of its most important branches for handling crimes and suppressing villains.
Now from the information that I received from the clones that were doing spy work for me and handling my underground connections, I came to know that this world is much darker than what anime was which made me think if this was an alternate universe of canon.
Here the hero association was one of the most corrupt and evil organizations funded by the government to do their shady works.
The Hero organization was involved in almost all shady things, they had total control over media, so creating a narrative that suited them wasn't a problem most of the time.
As people knew quirks got more powerful as each generation passed on, so the government ordered the Hero Association to find adults or even children who had a strong quirk so that more powerful quirks can be obtained by experimenting on them.
Some children with powerful quirk and no parents or powerful backing were enlisted in the Hero Association to do shady underground stuff that the general populace had no idea about since the hero association has complete control over the media.
Speaking about general people, the perspective these people had on heroes was nothing sort of that I had seen in anime. These people were brainwashed to the core using media and all other kinds of things, so most of these people only worshipped heroes to that degree that for them a hero can do no wrong.
All Might was basically a living god here.
The Hero Association's role in this world had grown to this degree because this world still being more technically advanced than our earth due to presence of quirks, still has harsh rule against military use or even use of nukes.
There were nukes,but they weren't developed to such heavy extent as in earth, just because of people's crtitsim and and government different policy, one of which being no first use, the country which first used nukes would be heavily ostracized and to ensure mutually assured destruction doesn't happen, all country have to stand against that country that uses the nukes first, for stopping it either by economical sanctions or cut off from rest of the world to destory it economically or even sometimes using extreme force and confronting that country.
Due to this there weren't any nukes used during past several years.
The people of this world still majorly depended on hero's rather than their own military.
Most research on this world was focused on how to make quirks, and how to make quirk more powerful.
The association also let many psychotic villains out, so they could create havoc in society.
As these villains killed, robbed, and molested civilians the more general hatred was sent to all villains, while simultaneously increasing the popularity of heroes.
Heroes in this world are the worst, they kill if it benefits them, people think of them as Superman but in truth, they are more like Homelander.
Just thinking about themselves their popularity, money and they would do anything just because they are heroes and powerful.
Kids were brainwashed from an early age about who heroes are and what heroism is.
Just like a certain ninja world.
All in all the hero association wanted total power, creating more villains in the process of defending 'peace'.
Just like a certain country, if I think about it.
The power they had was also because the total heroes in a country also represented the strength of that country on a global scale.
All might is just not no. 1 hero in Japan, but all over the world. The only one who is on the same level as him is a hero from America, Blast.
While Endeavor may be no. 2 in japan but on a global scale, he is quite weak.
So every government in this world wants to create a truly powerful quirk, mass produce it, and increase their firepower
Most of the good heroes, like All Might, knew about the government doing all this but I think they don't to this extent.
I don't think all might would approve if he knew the government was experimenting on children and the Hero Association's involvement in this.
Anyone who went against the association would be hunted down, killed, or sent to prisons like Tartarus to rot there forever.
The number of heroes that were wrongfully put in Tartarus was quite huge, among them I recognized one canon character.
Lady Nagant.
Early she was an obedient servant of the association, but as she knew their true faces. She decided to go against them, which is why she was put down.
People here couldn't use their quirk freely, as it would largely reduce the impact that government and association have on this world.
If people could freely use their quirk, then the government would be in true trouble.
So people who have different and dangerous quirks are either shunned by society as a result of direct propaganda from the government or mercilessly experimented with.
After knowing all this I decided the most important thing for my mission was to.
Take down the Hero Association.
As for villains, it was quite simple, as most of the Villian organizations all over the world were been headed by a single figure.
All For One.
So handling villains won't be any hard task after I take him down.
After knowing about Association I kind of understood, why many chose the villainous route.
All for one was no different, he just wanted to use these people to achieve his own goal. So I decided he has to go.
As for hero association, they are too far gone, the only thing I can do now is to take them now and remake them with my own people from within.
For this, I need to create a powerful Villian Organization.
I also need powerful members for this organization to truly take the association down.
As for how they will go down had already been decided as I would expose their all crimes to the world and also what had the government done.
I knew government will just shoulder all blame to the hero association if they get heat, and if enough people knew what these people were doing, the government will immediately lose their support.
The new government would do what the general populace wants as they want their support.
For removing the hero association from the top, I will make my organization headed by heroes that would be more powerful and popular than the heroes from the association.
Just like how powerful and popular Avengers were that not even government or SHIELD could do anything to them.
'Guess I will have to be Tony for my Avengers team', I thought.
I was quite happy with my plans, for which I will have to make and lead both hero and a villain organization.
Now for members for my new Hero Associaton or Team, that way I would like to say it. I can definitely get people from real canon characters as they were really powerful, and some other powerful heroes from all over Japan.
For students in UA, I can slowly make them to my side after exposing what hero association is and what some heroes actually do or I can just motivate them with my words.
A little manipulation can take you really far places.
Now for members of the villain organization, I really have work cut out for myself.
I have a few people in mind that I would like to join.
There are many heroes who will join me as they know the true side of the association and some who were wronged by the association.
For villains there are plentiful, I wonder should I make the meta liberation army join me?
But their goal is true freedom where everyone can use their quirk freely, which I feel would lead to anarchy in the society that will not be good for my mission.
So I am really conflicted right now.
aargh, so much thinking and planning, it's hurting my head.
Come to think of it just a week for the UA exam.
Guess time to make these mongrels my bitches.
Oh, all this thinking, and I totally forgot about the most important aspect of my plan.
What shall I name my both Hero and Villian organization?
As they will be the most powerful organizations, their name would also be the most important.
Names that will put fear in people's hearts.
What shall I choose?
Oh, it's already midnight, time to sleep.

A.N- This will not be a harem story, because I find it hard to believe a harem would exist in the world of MHA which is really similar to ours. I also don't see any characters who are ok with a harem in MHA.
To sum up, harem in MHA would suck and be cringe.
You can choose who you want as a love interest. If I found them interesting I would definitely add them.
