1 Chapter 1

'This girl is becoming a pain in the ass.' Franklin Hall thought to himself as he rubbed his temple.

"Marian, could you please pay attention to this lesson?" Franklin asked her as he looked at her.

"Whatev's old man." Marian said causing his eyebrows to twitch as the students snickered at him.

Marian Brown is a young girl of 19 who is studying at a renowned University. She is a beautiful girl with blond hair, fair skin, and blue eyes and a great body type. However she is also quite a rebellious girl in her college who is known to speak back to her teachers and she also has low marks. She fools around with her friends and joins them in gossip as well.

Franklin decided to not provoke the girl and proceeded with his lesson on physics as said girl kept on talking with her friends, something which he knew about. The day went on and the last class of the day which Franklin took had ended. Tomorrow it will be the start of the summer vacations for the students.

"Alright, I've given you the assignments. I know it's your vacation but do not forget to do them. All of you can return to your own homes now." Franklin said to his students as they all started to pack their bags.

"Hey, what are you gonna do?" Marian's friend asked her curiously.

"Don't know but I'm sure to make it a blast." Marian said with a smile.

"Except for you Marian, you will need to come to my office to talk about matters regarding the school. I'll be waiting." Franklin said before he left the room.

"What?!" Marian said shocked but he was already gone.

Franklin had reached his office which is quite vast and has books as well as he placed the textbooks on his table and sat on the couch.

'I really am Franklin Hill now.' Franklin thought to himself as he looked at his hand which has a pencil.

But that pencil is hovering a cm over his palm as he smiled.

'Then again, this was a good decision.' Franklin thought to himself.

He is a reincarnator who came into the world of Marvel and into the body of one Franklin Hall, the one who became the supervillain Graviton, the Master of gravity. He was a supervillain with enormous potential but due to his fragile ego, unstable mind and great amounts of arrogance he was defeated, something that he didn't have.

After he had died he was given a choice to be reincarnated into a Marvel character which is why he chose him since his power has a great many applications and has enough power to go toe to toe with Thor of all people. And that is not counting the intellect of the man.

But he isn't a saint, at least not in this life. In his previous one he helped others, tried to live up to the expectations of his parents and worked hard. But the anxiety and the pressure resulted in him dying due to a cardiac arrest due to anxiety. He never expected that he would die like that as a teenager. So he decided to live in the Marvel world without any restraints and do as he pleases as like in everywhere else power dictates what one can and can't do.

As he was musing to himself the door to his office opened and an irritated Marian entered with a scowl before she went and sat on the couch in front of him. And while he doesn't like her attitude he will admit that she has a pretty nice body, which is the same for almost all the people he has met in this world.

"So what do you want to talk with me about?" Marian asked him.

"Yes well, they are currently on their way. We just have to wait until they come." Franklin said as he got up as she clicked her tongue.

He then brought snacks on a plate and placed it on the table as she ate it as she looked at her phone without giving him much thought. He just sat there patiently as he read a book about the human psyche. Not soon after the door to the office opened again as the occupants looked at the two new arrivals. However Marian's eyes widened when she saw just who the two of them are.

"Mom?! Dad?!" Marian said shocked at seeing her parents here.

Both parents saw her and gave her a disapproving look which made her nervous. She had been hiding the fact that she has been fooling around from them while also using editing to change the image of her marksheet to not raise suspicion. But now here they are right in front of her in her teacher's office.

"Mr and Mrs Brown, welcome." Franklin greeted them with a smile as he stood up.

"Good evening Dr. Hall." The both of them said at once.

Franklin then told them to sit with their daughter as she is nervous and gave Franklin a glare which was seen by her parents as they pinched her causing her to look at them in surprise.

"Now as to the reason why you are here. Marian, I had called your parents here to talk about an arrangement that they wanted to make." Franklin said to her.

"What kind of arrangement?" Marian asked nervously to which he gestured to her parents.

"Marian, the both of us have come to the decision that you should study with Dr. Hall for your summer vacations." Mr. Brown said to her.

"What!? With this old man?!" Marian immediately asked in shock as her parents gasped at her words, something which she noticed we well.

'Crap.' Marian thought to herself.

"For you information Marian, I'm 26 years old." Franklin said to her.

He has asked the deity to make Franklin a bit more younger than in the comic since he was a bit more older than the current him. But fortunately, he had only entered into his body after the accident which imbued the man with gravity powers so he had all the prior knowledge and experience of the man along with his memories as well.

"We're sorry Dr. Hall about her behaviour. We should've been more careful." Mrs. Brown apologised to him.

"I've already gotten used to her insults. You should first tell me about the arrangement." Franklin said to them.

Marian looked at her parents uneasily as they looked at her from either side.

"Marian, Dr. Hall showed us your real marks and also told us about your behaviour at college. Did you know that you were about to be kicked out of here due to your marks." Mr. Brown said to her.

"Kicked out." Marian said surprised.

"Yes, your poor marks and attitude had put you in an unfavorable position as they had thought about kicking you out. It was only due to Dr. Hall asking them to give you a chance that you are still here." Mrs. Brown said to her.

"And considering the fact that you have such poor marks we have made the decision to send you to tutor with Dr. Hall for your summer vacations so that you can excel at your studies." Mr. Brown finsihed for his wife.

"But but, my vacation..." Marian said to them.

"It doesn matter. What matters is for you to study and get a good job so that you can be okay in the future. Dr. Hall is a respected scientist and he has offered to teach you, of course as this is like a tuition he has to be given some money but the amount wasn't absurd and affordable." Mr. Brown said to her.

"But for me to be with that old man for two months." Marian said aghast.

"Do not call him that young lady, I did not raise you to act like that." Mrs. Brown said to her angrily.

"Our decision is final Marian, for the next two months you will take tuition with Dr. Hall and get good marks in the next exams." Mr.Brown said in a tone of finality.

Marian looked at her dad and then mom and they had the same expression before he hung head head down as she knew she couldn't oppose her parents in a situation like this.

"Fine. I'll do as you two say." Marian said with a tired sigh as Franklin smirked a bit.
