Sung-woo exhaled: that was a lot of work.
Sung-woo then took out the last fruit in his shirt. It was a crushed peach.
Sung-woo look at it: no point in wasting it.
After finishing eating his peach, Sung-woo saw Yeong-shin coming his way and passed Yeong-shin sword back.
Yeong-shin looked around: it seemed like the courthouse was mostly cleared of zombies.
Sung-woo: yes but I saw a lot of zombies running outside. They should be headed toward the village.
Yeong-shin: what should we do?
Sung-woo: most of the people in the village should be infected by now. What you should do is fortify the courtyard.
Yeong-shin nodded and went to gather some survivors to close all the doors around the door and kill any leftover zombies. Sung-woo went into the prison killing the zombies that were distracted by the prisoners.
Sung-woo cleared the prison then went to Seo-bi cell. He saw Seo-bi curled up in the corner of the cell.
Sung-woo call her name: Seo-bi
Seo-bi body jumps then looks up. Sung-woo opened the cell and went to Seo-bi. Seo-bi springs up toward Sung-woo. Seo-bi slapped Sung-woo across the face with tears in her eyes.
Seo-bi crying, grasping Sung-woo shirt: why do you keep doing it? Why did you leave me?
Sung-woo stayed quiet.
Seo-bi with tears running down her face: I wanted to help. Am I that useless to you?
Sung-woo pulled Seo-bi into a hug and patted her head: I'm sorry.
From the cell across from Seo-bi cell was governor Beom-pal: hey are all those creatures all gone?
Sung-woo glared at Beom-pal for breaking the moment he was having with Seo-bi but told him: most of the zombies are cleared around the courtyard but the villagers are being attacked.
Beom-pal got out of his prison after unlocking it: what should we do now?
Sung-woo backing away from Seo-bi but still holding one of her hands said: I had Yeong-shin and the surviving officer fortified the courthouse so it should be safer.
Seo-bi: what are you going to do?
Sung-woo thought about the plot and remembered the prince should be running for his life right now. Maybe I should go help him. Sung-woo noticed there was a lot of stuff that changed in the plot because of him , so he worried the prince might die halfway through.
Sung-woo decided: I will head outside to save someone.
Seo-bi clench Sung-woo hand: who?
Sung-woo: someone important.
Seo-bi with a jealous tone: man or woman?
Sung-woo: geez, he's a man. Relax.
Seo-bi calming down said: I want to come too.
Sung-woo rejected: no it is too dangerous, you stay here and help Yeong-shin organize people and calm everyone down.
Seo-bi with an upset look: why do you always put yourself in danger and leave me alone?
Sung-woo sighed, looked up, and said: why God, why? There are so many fish in the sea. Why am I stuck with this one?
Seo-bi punched Sung-woo: what's wrong with me?
Sung-woo smiled then kissed her forehead: nothing behave I will be back.
Seo-bi face flushed
Beom-pal asked: what should I do?
Sung-woo: stand there and look pretty. We don't need anyone governing right now. I have a question though. Which direction is to the barracks from here?
Beom-pal point a certain direction which leads into the forest
Sung-woo patted Seo-bi head and ran towards where Beom-pal point. He heard Seo-bi yelling from behind: be safe. Sung-woo nodded. As he jumped over the wall he saw Yeong-shin throw his sword at him. Sung-woo caught it and looked at Yeong-shin.
Yeong-shin: I knew you were going to head out. You were going to need that sword more than me.
Sung-woo smiled, strapped the sword to his waist and ran into the forest.
In the forest Sung-woo saw a burly man riding a horse heading toward the direction of Lee Seung-hui's clinic knowingly was Moo-young
Sung chose to follow him.
