It has been two weeks since the whole Slytherin table debacle, and since then, no one has questioned Dora even if she sat with Agustus on the Slytherin table.

Dora had thoroughly scolded Agustus for beating someone, but after that, Agustus and Dora became closer, Dora is a strong girl se doesn't need anyone's protection but if someone is willingly standing up for you, it feels good.

Severus Snape also had a talk with Agustus this is how it went:

"Mr. Peverell, I don't know how you convinced the Headmaster to not expel you, but let me remind you that if something like this happens again, you would be out of Hogwarts," said Professor Snape sternly.

Snape didn't care about Ash, what he was curious about was the curse. Snape had made few healing potions for Ash but they didn't work.

Hearing Professor Snape's warning, Agustus smiled and replied, "It won't happen again, Professor. I made sure of it."

Snape knew what that means. No one in Slytherin will question Agustus dicision after that debacle, they are racists not idiots.

Snape was silent for a minute, lost in thought, before dismissing Agustus.

Agustus also made friends with the twins as they asked him how he performed wandless magic. He told them that it comes to him instinctively, and they started hanging out together in the library searching about pranking spells or the Great Hall.

The twins were genius. If they were interested in any other thing than pranking they would be the best in that field. Their creativity with magic was fabulous.

Cedric was the one affected by the violence, and he told Agustus that what he did was wrong and was the most vocal about that.

Cedric considered Agustus his friend so he made sure Agustus knew that what he did was wrong.

Agustus shrugged at him and said, "I know bro, I overdid it, and I should have called a professor to handle the situation, but that would have changed nothing. But I was angry, and I got my punishment. I had to make an example of him so anyone doesn't hurt Dora or even you." Hearing this, Cedric just asked him to keep calm and not use violence, and they were good.

Professor McGonagall penalized Agustus with a loss of 100 points, but he regained 50 through his exceptional talent in Charms, Transfiguration, and Potions. Despite an incompetent DADA professor, Agustus earned praise, even from McGonagall.

DADA class was in shambles with the professor being incompetent. (A/N not gonna name the prof cause gonna be replaced next year).The only subject he was second in was Herbology. He was behind Cedric in Herbology.

Flying class was the most interesting one for Agustus. He had found out he loved flying and wanted to create a skill with POD that allowed him to fly.

Time was passing quickly, and after the students returned to their rooms, Agustus got out of his room to visit the Room of Requirement.

The room is located on the seventh floor in the left corridor of the Hogwarts castle and has a hidden entrance opposite the tapestry depicting the attempt of Barnabas the Barmy to teach trolls ballet.

Agustus requested a room with a high ceiling so he could learn to fly. After entering the room, he began to theorize how he would be able to fly and came up with a plan.

He got ready and used the Power of Destruction to negate gravity so he could float and used magic to move forward and backward.

This was the first time Agustus used both his powers together, and perfect control helped him a lot. Agustus began to fly in his first try, but it didn't last long, and he fell facedown. He didn't get injured because the Power of Destruction protected him. Agustus had perfect control but there was mistake in the output equation.

He had to properly calculate the amount of Power of Destruction and magic used. He succeeded on his sixth try, and all that work was worth it.

Agustus can also use this technique during combat to dodge curses, so he began practicing. Agustus felt accomplished to create such a good technique.

After a few hours of dodging and maneuvering in the air, Agustus decided to request the room for a bed and slept in the Room of Requirement.

Two months later, Agustus received an invitation letter to attend the Christmas ball organized by the Ministry of Magic in England.

He accepted the invitation and agreed to go to the ball. One day Agustus was late but due to this Dora found out about Agustus's late-night practice and asked him to train her with him.

Agustus was more than happy to train her and When Agustus asked her why she wanted to train with him, she said, "I want to be strong like you. And when I become an Auror, I will protect you," while blushing.

Agustus wanted to hug her forever; she was too cute. After that, they began practicing together in the Room of Requirement only on free days, as Dora had roommates.

He taught Dora how to duel and a few lethal spells so she could protect herself. Dora was a natural at dueling and was really good at attacking spells.

Dora didn't like using lethal spells but understood that they are also an important spells to have in one's Arsenal.

He also began teaching her Occlumency, though that was hard due to her expressive bubbly personality.

Days passed on like this.

Percy Weasley tried to impart a moral lesson, but Agustus responded with a defiant gesture(🖕), earning laughter from the twins.

Pranking became a common pastime for Agustus, Dora, Cedric, and the twins, fostering a close friendship that transcended house boundaries. They helped each other with studies and enjoyed harmless pranks, breaking the house segregation and easing Dumbledore's PTSD a little.

As time passed, Christmas arrived, marking a festive conclusion to their evolving relationships and shared adventures at Hogwarts.
