Power rankings in the story

Hey you guys the power rankings are going to be on an 1-10 scale and anything beyond that like Shinra's lightspeed movement are going to be rated as EX.

Physical ranks:(these ranks are borders that must be overpowered with time )

0-dead

1-highly physically debilitated

2- mildly physically debilitated

3- lightly physically disabled

4- a lazy person that don't do a lot of physical activities

5- a person who works out a few times a week

6- a person who lifts a fairly large amount but isn't professional

7- a professional weight lifter

8- one of the weaker people in the olympics

9- a fairly strong person in the olympics

10- peak of human physical ability

EX- a person that can complete beyond human feats (Shinra's light-speed or Captain Burns fire mode )

Mental ranks:(these ranks add on to each other)

0-dead

1- brain-dead

2- barely any cognitive function that isn't necessary for life

3- the level of cognitive function for a baby

4- limited ability to adapt and interact with others(pre-k/ kindergarten)

5- ability to process a bit more and higher ability to adapt and interact with imagination(grades 1-5)

6- more logical processing and even higher capacity to adapt and interact with the world around you(grades 6-7)

7- able to solve fairly complex equations and make more expansive connections between subjects(7-9)

8- higher cognitive thinking(like a low level mental palace/ 10-12 grade)

9- able to easily process hundreds of factors in a environment and properly simulate it in your mind(mid level mental palace/ prodigy)

10-Albert Einstein/ Isaac Newton level genius(high level mental palace/ able to unravel to inner machinations of the universe and beyond)

EX- Able to use brain at maximum speed without dying(like the movie Lucy)

Pyrokinetic rank:

0-dead or no pyrokinetic ability

1- can barely control or create a fire the size of a candle

2- can stably control or create a candle sized fire

3- can barely control or create a hand sized fire

4- can stably control or create a hand sized fire

5- can barely control or create a bonfire sized flame and has a very small chance to take control of it keep control over their flame

6- can stably control or create a bonfire sized flame. Has a higher chance to keep or rest control of your flame. Can start condensing flame a bit.

7- has enough power to to propel yourself a few feet of the ground and move slowly. Can rest control or keep control of a flame most of the time. Can highly condense the flame.

8- can start to do complex uses of flame(healing or the fire to sound to ice thing). Has a fairly high propulsion or creation of flame. Can almost always keep or rest control of a flame. Can condense flames to the level of endeavor from bnha.

9-flames or control of flames are practically unmatched. Could light a town on fire or control a town of flame. Can condense past blue flames.

10-Only adolla burst can surpass these people. On the level of Captian Burns, princess hibana, and Benimaru Shinmon

EX-Adolla burst (requires divine protection, demonic protection, or other abnormal circumstances

EX- The Evangalist , £<'$:&/@, The Card Dealer, and Lucifer

S- Devil infernal (this is my own addition because infernals and the evangelist come from hell in fire force, but the difference between the evangelist and the infernals are two much so I made a middle ground.)

A- Demon Infernal

B- Infernal with conscious

C- Normal infernal

P.S. The four top people are really the three top and the one above but because of inaction they are rated the same.
