(Kage P. O. V)

After the whole party was over and I with my family went home. My father seems to be sad about something which left me and my mother worried about him. He reasured that nothing is wrong with him but we have our own doubts.

Today's a holiday which means I have free time today and I can train with this free time. I rememberd I still haven't use the new equipments that I have achieved back then.

Mostly because I had to attend that party so I couldn't use them back then. But now I should try them out in a match right now.

"System" I called the system

[Yes host]

"I am ready for another match"

[Very well host, don't forget that now you have new modes unlocked the tournament and survival]

Wait what!?

[With tournaments you can win new items and weapons and level up and in survival you can earn money and dimonds and also level up and develop your skills]

I knew exactly what those two where in Shadow Fight 2. In tournament they have to fight random opponents to win rewards and in Survival they have to fight 10 rounds against Ninjas for money each round gets harder than the previous one.

I immediately said "I want to play in tournament"

[Very well host]

And just like that I got reported into the arena and my opponent was also bare handed. I remembered this guy from the original games. His name is monkey I believe.

He immediately summoned his armor, helm, and knife and prepared for battle. Both of us charged at each other with the intent to kill.

(Few hours later)

I was left panting for air as I tried catch my breath. I have completed my fifth round against different kinds of opponents. Consecutively fighting against different opponents have taken at all on me as I am completely out of stamina.

I was planning to fight against Ninjas in the survival mode but considering I don't have the staminate to continue further I decided that I will do it on later time maybe in the evening. It doesn't matter anyways I have already won multiple rewards by fighting continuously.

With this rewards I can now maybe challenge another one of lynxs bodyguards.

My current new items are knuckles, Sai, and steel batons. In terms of armor I got old leather jacket and kendo breastplate and helm I only got kendo helm.

Knuckles, Sai and steel batons have no extra ability of anything to be honest they just have more damage than my knife. Sai have better range, while knuckles have a better percentage to deliver critical hits and lastly steel batons are very heavy and are good for shock effects.

Similarly kendo breastplate have better defense while old leather jacket have better speed. And kendo helm is just a defensive helm to be honest.

None of these weapons have anything interesting about them. They are not some enchanted weapons not they are special in that regards to be honest.

However what got my attention is the items that will come after them.

Up next in weapons I will get a enchanted Nina sword. This ninja sword has the ability to deliver a guaranteed critical strike that can be fatal to the opponent.

Next in armor section I will be getting fury of carapace, this armor is also enchanted aswell. The special ability this armor has that the more angry the user gets the armor increase the users power by 2% depending upon for how long the user have been angry.

This takes effect every minute so let's say I stay angry for 2 minutes so the armor will increase my power by 2%+2%=4%. That's the basic maths behind this armor.af.

While this ability isn't something to extraordinary to be honest but considering the fact that I don't have any better equipments yet this armor can be a life saver.

Not to mention this armors design is absolutely badass.

I am pretty sure once he wear this armor all of his opponents will shake in fear of me. Then again I shouldn't get too cocky yet I still have a long way to go.

Right now in DxD power hierarchy I am still at the bottom of the barrel to be honest. Last time i was a barely a mid class being but now I am at least twice as strong as before. Not to mention the new items I have got.

And combine that with my skills which gives me an great advantages against any type of foe in hand to hand combat. But that is primarily just hand to hand combat, I still have no ranged weapons or any destructive magic or ability yet.

DxD world is filled with beings that can cause huge as explosions. Even in the anime it has been stated that someone like serafall can destroy Japan many times over.

This means I need good magical ability like energy ball or dark explosion or maybe torturers rage. But I can only unlock magic when I get past lynx....

That guy even in game was a pain in the ass but now I can't imagine what kind of monster he could truly be. But now I come to think about it I can get the blood reaper in this level. That weapon will help me a lot to feel get against that man.

I just needs patience now... Back then he didn't have any patience at all but now he has a clear motivation to do what I have to. I will use this as a fuel to push past my limits.

I Only need patience...

(General P. O. V)

Kage went down stairs to eat something there he saw his mother was still working on the kitchen. She was already ready to leave for her hospital duty, but he couldn't see father any where.

"Mom did dada left already for work? "

Kuroi looked at her son and shrugged her shoulders.

"I don't know son... He left saying he has some important work early in the morning. I don't know what he is doing right now... "

Kuroi said in a little worried tone, ever since that party his mood is somewhat down. As if he is not telling them something and keeping a secret from them.

Kage also thought the same thing that there father is trying to hide something from them but the question is what?

Both mother son dou just hoped that he isn't doing something illegal or something.

(Somewhere else)

"So, you got the information I asked about?"

A voice of a man said to the other occupant in the room with him. The other man who was kneeling down in front of the first man who was sitting behind his expensive desk.

"Yes, sir I have got all the details which are right here in this file"

He said as he handed that file to his master and boss. After receiving the file the man just hummed and then he said

"Very well you may go now... "

As he said that the other man most likely his servant bowed and disappeared With a magical circle. Leaving the first man alone in the empty office all by himself.

His attention then went to the file in his hand as he decided to open it to look at the comment within it. At first there was no response or reaction from that man but after reading the file for a while he decided to close it.

"Interesting... So my suspicions where somewhat true... But that raises the question what can you exactly do... " he asked to no one in particular as he looked outside his window and looked at the beautifully city outside.

"I wonder just how powerful can you become... " the figure said.
