Each page have a formation ,2 mantras, 12 teachings in 900 pleasant words on each page.

Story:
Great dynasty Tsang was first to place their hand of one of the most advance martial arts also known as heaven-sealing art. The heaven sealing art was 2nd most powerful technique under Tsang dynasty. It had a place for 40 years of 2nd strongest technique in dynasty, well in world it was ranked 8th strongest. It was cherished until Long Xiam was born. Long Xiam was last heir of Long family also brother of Long hawk.
Long hawk inherited the technique but Long Gu didn't. So he made his way killing his 2nd brother and obtain technique, however he thought clever of himself. But fate licked his luck, his father exiled him though not killing him. His father doesn't knew he has done a long-suffered mistake which will kill several people in future.
After 5 years, Long hawk gained Sage title and beacme 9th master of Mount Huan. The Mount Hua, Mount huan and Mount Wongdu were 3 immortal mountains in land of murim. They always interfered in politics of murim federal. And of course murim federal also known as murim alliance had recognised as a part of celestial world government. Well bloody warfare prolonged in world for several hundred years.
It was time for 4th war between the devil alliance with murim federal. Inwhich the fate revealed Long hawk as ambitious yet ruthless leader of Mount huan, a part of murim federal and Long Gu as leader of whole devil alliance.
Long gu practiced the heaven sealing art for 5 years and make it to reach max. After max he made it mix up with his evil chi that came from darkest pit of underworld.
His draconic powers soared surpassing a sage reaching Divine Sage powers. No longer that his body evolved into of a heavenly demon, his soul made him rooted evil lord.
After 4 month of fight ,murim alliance collapsed and got dispatched from murim. For next 30 years none matched the might of devil alliance until Immortal Bhuddha sect and 100's of Immortal tribes of ancient era of Storm dragon shaman .
It ended their rule under 50 years of development . It looked like the devil alliance had already broke several time after the end of murim federal nonetheless why would they perish from them and let them grow so easily.
Story end

Chants - Immortal consong Heng Luo, Devil comsong Bong Huo, Cunfucay Yang yin luo, Luo Huo Bong Hemg
Teachings - make your body resistable,release chi, resist chi, this will increase your body stamina, held chi in your private part, blow it, release essence of sweat, make your shoulds slam your body, Soul it...]
There were more teachingsless formations and chants. He felt a yang essence has been condensed in his body remarking his dantians were barely opened.
He sat in a state of lotus, he enjoyed it a quite. He was excited and time flew by 17 minutes later his body looked more toned and powerful.
