Training!

Corenergy The following morning, Akari woke up with a renewed sense of determination. The sun's rays filtered through her window, and she could feel the warmth on her face. Akari then got up, changed into her normal attire which is a casual black knee-length dress, and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

As Akari made her way to the kitchen, she found Lyra already preparing breakfast. Lyra looked up with a knowing smile. "Ready for our training today, Akari?"

Akari nodded, her excitement palpable. "Absolutely! But I have a question to ask you."

"Hmm?" Lyra hummed in curiosity, waiting for Akari to continue.

"How do you know so much about elemental spirits?" Akari asked.

"I used to be an essential channeler when I was younger" Lyra instantaneously replied without hesitation.

Lyra wasn't surprised that her daughter asked that question. Instead, she was surprised that it took her so long for her to ask.

'… I never expected that my mother in this world would be an essential channeler, but it makes sense, she does seem to know a lot about elemental spirits.' Akari thought, almost slapping herself for her stupidity in not realizing it.

"Breakfast is ready," Lyra said before Akari could reply to her.

Akari and Lyra quickly started to eat breakfast, enjoying every bite.

After Akari and Lyra ate breakfast, they went outside and began training.

"Alright Akari, Since you already started manifesting your light elemental spirit's power, I guess we should start with manifesting your fire elemental spirit's power!" Lyra said.

Akari almost jumped in shock, and then asked: "How did you know I was using my light elemental spirit yesterday?!"

"Did you really think I wouldn't notice? There was a sudden burst of light and energy emitting from your room, and I know you're smart enough to not play with fire inside the house." Lyra said while smiling warmly.

"Anyway, let's start with your training with the elemental spirit of fire. It should be relatively simple since the basics of these elemental spirits are quite similar, but they do differ quite quickly." Lyra said.

Akari was speechless but did as she was told and used the same steps she read to use the light element but instead imagined fire.

Back in, Akari was planning to major in chemistry. She had done a ton of remeasuring since she didn't have anything else to do in her free time since she didn't have any friends and was not invited to many family events.

So, Akari was quickly able to make a very detailed depiction step by step from the beginning to the end.

As Akari opened her eyes, she saw a small flame.

"I did it!" Akari said, smiling, absorbed in her accomplished means.

But the second she got up to celebrate, the flame was outed due to Akari's laps in focus. Lyra giggled at Akari's childishness.

"You need to stay forced when you use your elemental spirit's power or-else it is going to fade away." Lyra quickly reminded Akari.

"You must be tired after you created that flame, it was quite hot due to how detailed you imagined the flame, which means you used a lot of QI," Lyra said.

"Oh, 'QI'? Is that the name of the energy that I have been using? The book hasn't mentioned it so far." Asked Akari.

Lyra nodded her head, "Ten minutes break then we will go back to our training"
