"Derek, should we really be doing this? What if we get caught?"

Melaisia gasped as she saw such a beautiful sight behind the seaweed covering on the cave.

Melaisia has liked Derek ever since she could remember. He was the first to pick her up whenever she fell and the last to hurt her. Well, he WAS the last when he told her he had a girlfriend. That didn't hurt as much as it did when she found out that it was her best friend that had her finger wrapped around Derek's neck.
Derek loved his little Mela. She was the apple of his eye and the only one meant for him. But that kind got messed up when he got drunk and told Mela's best friend he'll date her. When he told her, she seemed okay with it so he dated her, unknowingly hurt her beyond repair.
Five years later, they meet again. Derek's married and Mela's dating someone. The one thing that can connect them back together is their singing abilities.
Join me on my journey to telling, possibly, the most cringe story ever. You may laugh, you may get angry, you may cry, IDK. Hope you enjoy the story.
