1 Chapter 1

Chapter 1

Lee Gongyun is the embodiment of a perfect man. He is intelligent, athletic, and very narcissistic. He's confident in everything he does and proud of his accomplishments.

To be honest, he is enjoying his life to the fullest. He likes to live a healthy life and enjoy the attention he receives fully. The admiration of the people makes his heart flutter. He loves that his family and friends take care of him and pamper him. He's the younger child, which is why Gongyun is spoiled by everyone. He grows up having everything without receiving rejections. People like to take care of him, and even his most snobbish friend, Yujin had a soft spot for him.

Gongyun is like a ray of sunshine. His personality makes people like him for no reason, adding to his ethereal beauty with doe eyes that look like stars hanging in there. Long lashes that could fan his cheeks, flawless skin, and pink lips. Gongyun is like the son of Aphrodite. He sometimes uses this privilege to have his way, and many times it saves him from disappointment.

Not far from being the center of attention. Gongyun also has many hobbies. One of them is cooking and playing games. He sometimes spends his day off doing things at home and having a very cozy movie marathon by himself and his pet cat, Dabi. His sweet and very affectionate cat. Dabi is a rescue cat that Gongyun fell in love with at first sight. He named him after his favorite anime character and likes the idea of having Dabi snuggle beside him.

Gongyun's parents love him so much, and so does his older sister. They provided for him and spoiled him so much, even though he was already 26 years old. However, Gongyun likes challenges. He created his legacy, and now he owns a successful game company. He likes playing games (he's a nerd). Thankfully, Gongyun has the confidence and support of his loved ones and pursues them. Gongyun is a successful game master who creates a virtual Al game that anyone can play without age discrimination. The games are also available on Android, iPhones, and any electronic device. The game became a hot topic, and its success skyrocketed. Sometimes, Gongyun held a competition with very kind prices and had the objective that people needed time to enjoy themselves, and the game he created provided great entertainment. He is beyond proud of it.

Gongyun is very athletic and always hits the gym to check his figures. He also likes sports and other activities such as shooting, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu, judo, and many more. He is also active in horseback riding, golf, basketball, swimming, and many more sports. Gongyun has a hectic and fulfilling schedule while living his dream life.

The only thing Gongyun lacks is a lover. He doesn't know how to distinguish between romantic and platonic love. Admiration and obsession. Gongyun has zero experience with romantic love, but he wasn't bothered by it. He's not rushed and continues to be oblivious to people's bad intentions.

Maybe it was his fault that he doesn't pay much attention to people who love him indifferently. The feelings he received and unintentionally received from the heart of the wrong man

Gongyun has a stalker.

It was a mistake that he thought he was only a die-hard fan who liked to be close to his idol.

The night that he thought he would spend quietly with his lovely cat became the most terrifying moment of his life.

He was there watching, confessing his love, which Gongyun couldn't perceive. The undying love he speaks of sends a shivering fear through his bones. The knife that stabbed him multiple times while he was being confessed to paralyzing his brain.

Gongyun died bleeding from multiple stab wounds on his body using a sharp knife that had his name engraved on the holder.

The floor was so frigid and smelly—a metallic scent of his own blood lurked in his nose, aggravating him more from the near-death knocking off before him. Nothing but the vicious and apathetic gazes of a man who proposed to love him till death.

Gongyun died.

(He is thankful his cat survived, or he likes to think of that.)

Nothing mattered when the pain of being stabbed, which abuses his body, was the only thing he could feel.

The redness of blood and the sharpness that cut his flesh.

The words "I love you" kept repeating while he felt the sharp edge of the knife against his skin. The pain is excruciating, and the noise that cuts flesh is restrained in his memory.

Gongyun falls into the abyss.
