Chapter 133

Three weeks come in a flash and Jamie is healed. He feels better now and his doctor also congratulates him for successfully enduring the healing process. Euno is also present at his checkout. Jamie had his card on his fingers to pay his bills when the cashier told him it was already paid. Jamie frowned, confused and bewildered while Euno looked so happy for him which was so uncharacteristically of him.

"You paid my bills?" Jamie asked, crossing his arms to his chest. Euno shrugged and continued to walk. Jamie follows him though.

"I will pay you." He insists.

"Nah, let's say it was a gift from Santa." Jamie chuckles and punches him on the arm.

"At least give me a receipt. So I would know how much the cost of my grand vacation is." Euno sighs but still gives it to him since he senses that Jamie is a stubborn cookie to crack.
