Flight

As Gelior soared through the sky above dragonstone I had never felt so free in my previous or present it was a rush my blood was burning and I found it to be the best feeling ever.

As I brought Gelior in to land I looked in the saddle bags and what I found was a set of Valyrian gold armour, a Valyrian gold and steel sword and a Valyrian steel shield with Valyrian gold highlights.(pictures in comments).

There was also a few books and scrolls but only the cassings remained the paper turned to dust. Happy with my findings I dismounted with my new armour, my shield at my back and sword at my side.

Kepa was the first to reach me he walked over smiling and chuckled gave us quite the fright there son we all thought you were a gonner when you entered that cave anyway how was it did your blood burn like us all.

Once I was done talking with my father the king approached and started asking me about the flight and claiming but quickly the attention turned to my new armour and arms.

My father was the only one who really considered me keeping it the king wanted aemon to have them while aemon wanted it as I started to hand it over Gelior rushed over and attempted to eat aemon he only lived because caraxes was there to slow down Gelior i tried again to give them away but Gelior would have none of it.

Baelon found it hilarious while jaehaeys merely chuckled at the face of terror aemon made, aemon himself was furious about the embarrassment.

When we got to the keep rhaenys came out screaming and telling that Gelior was hers and that I stole him. What everyone failed to notice was the letter opener she had hidden in her hand, so when no one stopped her as most believed her harmless she attempted to cleave out my eye but luckily she missed her mark and all I had was a scar going down my face.

Rhaenys was banned from ever claiming a dragon as a punishment, a punishment which I don't think will stick but it was an adequate punishment nonetheless.

When I got back to the red keep and my mother saw the state of me well let's say baelon was sleeping on the couch for a long time before they continued their pursuit of children. The break giving mother enough time to recover from the weakness she'd been feeling.
