Unlocking the Power Within: The KI Revelation.

"KI? What is that? Is it tasty?" asked Luffy.

"Ki is a special kind of energy that every living being in my world has, but for humans, it was very difficult to use," said Gohan and continued, "People from some special races can use KI way better than humans, and Saiyans are one of them," said Gohan.

"So that's why you are so powerful, because of that KI," said Zoro.

"Yes," said Gohan.

"Can you show us that KI thing?" asked Usopp.

"Yes! There's a way to visualize KI. It's called a ki blast. KI allows us to protect our bodies. For example, Luffy hit me with a punch," said Gohan.

"Ok! Gum gum... rocket!" called out Luffy and attacked, but when Luffy's fist hit Gohan's body, he didn't budge.

"Ow... it hurts!!" shouted Luffy in pain. Everyone looked shocked.

"How did Luffy get hurt? Isn't he made of rubber?" asked Nami.

"That's because I was covering my body with KI, and it looks like I can hurt Devil Fruit users by using KI," said Gohan with a smile.

"That's not all; it makes me fast and strong," said Gohan.

"How strong?" asked Sanji.

"You mean how strong I am?" asked Gohan, and Sanji nodded.

"Well, if I want to, I can destroy this world right now!" said Gohan with a smile.

"What??" everyone shouted in horror.

"Stop making those faces. If I destroy this world, I would die too. And why would I destroy this world? I love being here. My world was boring, but this is such an exciting place," Gohan thought with a smile.

Everyone sighed in relief.

"And that takes us to the KI blast!" said Gohan. "Ki blast is the reason I am confident of destroying this world. For ki fighters, ki blasts are their main weapons. The more powerful a person is, the more destructive their ki blast will be," explained Gohan.

"That's where you get your answer, Usopp!" said Gohan while looking at Usopp. "Visualization of the ki is the first step to learn the ki blast," said Gohan.

"Let me show you. Look at my palm," said Gohan.

Suddenly, a small sphere of light started levitating over his palm.

"Do you guys see this? This is ki," said Gohan as everyone looked in awe.

"Now, let me up the power a little," said Gohan as the sphere started to get bigger, and the wind started to blow around him.

Once the size of the sphere reached the size of a tennis ball, Gohan asked, "Looks beautiful, right?" with a smile as everyone looked mesmerized by the sphere. Nami got close to it to have a better look.

"Be careful; if you touch it, then it will be the end of this world," said Gohan while looking at Nami.

"What???" Nami jumped back. "Put it away!!! NOW!!!" she yelled at Gohan as everyone else was also terrified.

"Ok... ok! stop shouting," said Gohan as he put away the sphere. Nami and Usopp slumped down to the ground.

"YOU!!! You are not allowed to use that ki blast thing, especially when you are close to us," ordered Nami.

"Luffy! Tell him not to use it. What if he killed us all by accident? Then how would you become the Pirate King?" said Nami.

"What??? Please don't use it!" said Luffy, even though he wanted to see it.

"Don't worry; I will only use it if there's no other choice. And if I want to use it, I can make low-power ones like this," said Gohan as he walked towards the railing and shot a ki blast from his index finger.

Around two to three kilometers away from the Merry, a blinding light could be seen, then "BOOM..." a blast rang out as Nami covered her ears. A big shockwave spread out, which resulted in big waves in the ocean, but that didn't affect the Going Merry, because Gohan protected it with his ki.

"Low-power ones, he says?" muttered Usopp. 'You really are a monster, Gohan!' thought Sanji.

"Ok! you are very powerful, but why are you showing this to us?" asked Zoro. Suddenly, Nami had the look of realization. "Do we also have that ki thing?" asked Nami.

"Really! I can shoot lasers too?" asked Luffy in excitement.

"No! you guys don't have it. In fact, nobody other than me has it in this world," thought Gohan. Everyone looked disappointed after hearing that.

"But you guys have different energy inside you. In fact, every living thing in this world has it," said Gohan with a smile.

"Really? What is it?" asked Sanji.

"I don't know (of course, he knows), but it feels like ki but not at the same time," said Gohan.

"So, I have a proposal for you guys. I want to conduct an experiment. I will infuse my ki into your body and try to combine it with the energy you guys possess," said Gohan. But they were not convinced by it, except for Luffy, but Nami stopped him.

"Don't worry; I have already done it once but by accident," said Gohan. "Do you mean Mika?" asked Sanji.

"Yes, when I was holding her that time, I unconsciously infused my ki into her body. And there were no side effects. That energy swallowed my ki, and together they became something different. She became a lot stronger," said Gohan.

"I couldn't observe for long, but because of ki, that energy was recovering 10 times faster, and it was also increasing at the same rate. And the most important part, the healing process also became faster," said Gohan while looking at them.

"How about it? Does anyone want to try?" asked Gohan. Everyone started thinking, and Luffy was smiling. Just as he was about to go towards Gohan, "I will do it!" said Zoro while looking at Wado Ichimonji as he approached Gohan.

Gohan told him to sit down. After Zoro sat down, Gohan placed his palm on Zoro's back and started channeling the KI in his body. He guided his ki towards where haki is located. Just as the ki got near to haki, it swallowed the ki and became dark red with a dark greenish tint.

Suddenly, Zoro's body started creating shockwaves, but before things could get out of hand, Gohan stopped it with his ki. Zoro's skin became red with a greenish tint, and he felt the power coursing through his body. 'Hm? So it allows them to awaken their haki!' Gohan thought. "Now concentrate! I want you to feel that energy. It's right in the center of your chest. Try to move it in a circular motion," instructed Gohan.

Zoro did what he was told, and the size of the energy started getting bigger. 'That

's way bigger than Mika's,' thought Gohan. "Ok! you can go and continue to practice somewhere else," said Gohan.

"Oh yes! Let me see your wounds," asked Gohan. Just then, Zoro realized that his wounds were hurting a lot less. "At the speed these wounds are healing, it will take about two to three hours for you to fully heal," said Gohan while inspecting the wounds.

Zoro looked at his hands and asked, "Why did my skin turn red? And I felt like I could see guys even when my eyes were closed."

"I don't know; that power should be related to this world. I will try to find information about it on the next island. But I have an idea; why don't you try to cover your sword with that energy? It will help you in fighting with Devil Fruit users," said Gohan. 'Then I will not have to pretend not knowing anything,' Gohan thought.

"Ok! who's next?" asked Gohan. "ME!!!" shouted Luffy as he sat before Gohan with anticipation. "Ok! now listen, Luffy, close your eyes," said Gohan as he started the process. But he could sense that Luffy's haki was bigger than Zoro's. Just when his haki swallowed the ki, his haki became the same as Zoro's but with a white tint and with a rubbery surface. 'Hm? Is it because of his fruit?' thought Gohan with a doubtful expression. But suddenly a powerful aura burst out from Luffy. 'Oh! what power! Is it Conqueror Haki?' thought Gohan. When he looked around, he saw everyone except Zoro was on their knees and trembling. "Wow, I can feel so many fish around us! Oh! there's a big one! Let's catch it for lunch," said Luffy with a grin.

"Concentrate, Luffy, or you will hurt your friends," said Gohan. Luffy frowned after hearing that and started to control his haki. Surprisingly, Luffy was a fast learner. After Luffy was done, Gohan helped everyone else with the process. Nami and Usopp's haki was of the same color as Zoro and Luffy's, except there was no tint. But Sanji's had a blue tint.

Gohan looked at everyone and said, "You guys have unlocked your power, but how strong you can become depends on your efforts. I will teach you guys some fighting techniques according to your fighting style," said Gohan with a smile.

"Does anyone have any questions?" asked Gohan. "How strong are we compared to you?" asked Zoro.

"Well, look at it this way! If I am at level one hundred, then Luffy, you are at thirty, Zoro and Sanji at twenty, Nami at ten, and Usopp at eight," said Gohan with a smile.

But Usopp and Nami looked disappointed. They looked at each other and thought, 'We are still the weakest.' Gohan looked at them and said, "Nami! Catch it," he tossed a stick towards Nami. She caught the stick and looked at Gohan in confusion.

"Hit Usopp with it and hit him with all of your strength," said Gohan.

Nami looked at the stick while Usopp looked panicked. "Sorry, Usopp, but I am pretty frustrated right now, so please let me release my frustration on you," said Nami as she whacked Usopp with the stick.

Usopp closed his eyes in fear and waited for the pain. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and said to Nami, "I knew you would hit me lightly," said Usopp. But Nami had a surprised look on her face. Usopp realized that something was wrong. He looked at Nami's hands and saw that the stick looked a lot smaller than before.

"What's wrong?" asked Usopp. "I hit you with my full strength. Didn't you feel anything?" asked Nami in shock.

"Hm? But I only felt a light tap, and it didn't hurt at all," said Usopp.

"Do you guys see it now? You have become a lot stronger and also faster. So, all you guys have to do is train, and you will become stronger every day," said Gohan with a smile.

"You two come here! Nami, I want you to learn to control that energy and cover your staff with it, and Usopp, I want you to learn the ki visualization. I want to see if it is possible or not. Do you guys get it?" asked Gohan. Usopp and Nami nodded.

But suddenly Luffy's voice rang out, "SANJI!! FOOD!!!" he shouted.

"Looks like it's time to eat," Gohan said with anticipation. But Gohan stopped and asked, "Nami! How much time will it take us to reach the next island?"

"Around one week," answered Nami after thinking for a bit.

"I want everyone to make progress in this one week. Whoever makes the least progress will have the honor of having a sparring session with me," said Gohan while Sanji trembled.

'One week, huh? You better be prepared for a storm, SMOKER!' Gohan thought and started smiling.

NOTE: Hey everyone! I have tried to make sense of why Gohan would not want to use big guns in one piece world.

many people had said that DBZ characters are too op and I agree with them, but it's mostly because of ki blast. I started watching DBZ in 2003 and till now I have not seen a DBZ characters destroying a planet by punching and kicking it.
