49 War of the nine realms pt1

War, war is an interesting thing, war is closely tied to the concepts of life and death, conquering and defeat, ruling and serving. War is something most wish to never face in their lives. Alas, Gods have a different mindset, they thrive in war, and relish in the thought of having war, war to them is as fun as soccer. But, a war of the nine realms hasn't happened in ages, this war, this dance of death, this blood-filled Battle of Gods will be one of the most brutal wars to come.

Norman Osborn before he died would have laughed in the face of anyone who would claim he would actively participate in war. But now? Now Norman Osborn is strong, and hungry to get stronger, to be something other than someone who becomes content where they stand.

He can practically do anything he wants on earth, no one can stop him, and no one would date to stop him.

The avengers? Laughable what can they do against someone like Norman. The X-Men? Even more so of a joke, the X-men haven't been the same after Jean left whisking away their stronger metahumans.

Norman does not seek to win this war for glory but for power. His original goal was to become stronger than anyone else has ever been, and that goal is approaching.

To start with his goals for this war Norman is attempting to do something no other has truly dared to, fuse with the mind and space stone without the help of the infinity gauntlet.

--- Norman Osborne pov ---

I have a theory a crazy insane out of this world theory. When peter quill grabbed the power stone his body was fueled with so much power and the only way he lived was because he is a half celestial thanks to his father. So what if I try to absorb both the mind and space stone at the same time, the mind stone will probably open up my mind so much that my thoughts will process everything so fast that my body can't keep up it would be basically a type of torture, but, what if I also try to absorb the space stone at the same time, my mind will be able to process the complexity of space which is no easy feat so both stones will balance out.

I want to try it so bad, I need to try it. It's a rash decision but every instinct every bone every nerve in my body is telling me to do it.

As insurance, I can do it on an abandoned planet and drain its energy at the same time. Last time with Hela and Odin I was able to absorb a whole planet this time I can as well.

If I feel something going wrong I could always drop the stones too.

But, before I do this I want to spend more time with Felicia and Harry just in case.

"Hey dad, mom, can I take you guys somewhere?" Harry asked

"Of course," I replied

"Where are we going kiddo?" Felicia asked

"Somewhere I like to relax and see the sunrise." Harry replied

Soon the three of us were on top of the empire state building, with a blanket and snacks in the center of where we sat.

As we sat eating our food, we began to talk.

"So harry I never really asked how did you like living with monks?" Felicia asked

"It was enlightening, they live a totally different lifestyle than the rest of us. Although I missed living here I still love the temple." Harry replied with a smile

"I'm glad you liked it harry you definitely matured," Felicia said with a motherly smile

"I agree are definitely more mature now," I added

"Thanks I love you guys." harry said with a warm smile

""we love you more kiddo."" Felicia and I said at the same time

We sat in a comfortable silence until the sun began rise, the glow it gave off was beautiful, it was like the city was bathed in light.

[Next day]

I took the Tesseract in both of my hands, and pictured a planet, a barren planet the Tesseract shot a beam out and opened a portal. On the other side of the portal wherever it led looked to be scorched and cracked ground but it was weird I could feel the vitality of the ground. Maybe the planet was naturally like this?

I stepped through the portal, it closed behind me instantly. As soon as I got through the portal I turned into my true Jinn form. It was weird being so tall now.

I grabbed the scepter and Tesseract from my shadow, one in each hand I broke both of them at the same time. Both stones are now in my hands, I could feel the stone's influence. I could feel space turning around me and my mind was being opened like my mind was becoming an endless abyss constantly processing information.

Space, all around me space itself was folding, my body was trying hard to keep up. I instantly used all of my power to cover the planet in darkness draining the life force it holds dear.

Power was nothing new to me these days but the power I am feeling now is different. I feel more free my mind feels u burdened and the space around me feels like a soft hug.

Eventually, the stones started to shrink into my body, merging with my very being. Luckily I didn't destroy the whole planet finding a good planet is hard.

-? Pov -

Someone is actually attempting to fuse two of the infinity stones into their body, what a brave man.

Oh, it's him? I recognize him.

Hahaha, I knew he would bring surprises!

--pov narrator---

After Norman finished absorbing the stones into his body, he looked off into the distant starry skies, the planets near his own were a beautiful sight to behold. Slowly he lifted his giant arm and sung it down in a slashing motion. A tear appeared and on the other side was Svartalfheim another known Name was the dark world.

After he stepped through the portal the darkness moved frantically, like it was welcoming home a long-lost lover.

'I feel so peaceful and relaxed here, maybe this will help me convince the Dark elves of joining me.' Norman thought a smile showing on his Jinn face

After the space tear closed behind him, norman felt a pull withing the Darkness was trying to lead him somewhere.

--Norman pov --

As I followed the pull to where it was leading me, I began to look around the planet honestly, I thought it was beautiful some might call it ugly or destroyed but I like it, the darkness always has been beautiful to me this planet is no exception.

I eventually found myself in a space full of spaceships and technology I could see some Dark elves wearily looking at me and I don't blame them.

Eventually, their leader came out he looked up at me and shouted, "I am Malekith the Accursed leader of the dark elves why have you come here!"

I shrunk into my smaller 10 ft size, looking down on him I replied, "I go by many names some call me a monster others the Harbinger of death."

I honestly just made that up, doctor of death isn't suitable in this form and everyone usually just calls me a monster. How am I supposed to compare to Malekith the Accursed?

"Very well but I think you should be called The Lord of Darkness after all I can feel the darkness surrounding you. What are you here for?" he asked

"A war is brewing in the nine realms, I want you to ally with me in this war, I was the one who slew Odin for his crimes, join me and your race may prosper once more," I said smoothly my telepathy planting suggestions to trust me in their heads, the mind stone is a powerful artifact.

"I see, I Malekith the Accursed swear my loyalty to your cause may darkness reign free once more." He replied bowing down to me

I feel that my connection to be Darkness helped me out a lot I probably didn't even need the mind stone.

Soon the rest followed, they all bowed at my feet like I was some type of sovereign.

"The war will start soon and I will come out on top my allies shall be rewarded and my enemies slane their blood shall coat our weapons, their bones to feed our pets! We shall not bow or surrender for victory is the only option." I announced to the elves before my

"ALL HAIL THE LORD OF DARKNESS!" they all shouted in glee and passion

"My first gift to you is the power to control shadows train and use it well!" I yelled my voice booming over the entire crowed

Stunned faces followed my announcement, the Elves began to practice with their shadow control.

"Thank you so much my lord." Malekith said to me sincerely

I didn't reply just smiled.

--Narrator--

In Olympus, a similar speech was happening.

"In the last war, Asgard hid like cowards from the Jinn, we have waited for the chance of revenge for a long time! I will lead us to glory to honor and rule the realms! Olympus will rise! We will conquer and we will slay our enemies." Zeus shouted Infront of his fellow Olympians even hades was there

Much like the what's happening with Norman and Olympus battle crys are being heard across the realms soon battle will ensue.
