Chapter 16 Slaughtering Root

"Fine." I said as I looked at Danzo.

"Haha, good kid. Here." He reached out his hand to me.

"Hmph." I ignored his hand and walked towards him and I took out a coin from my pouch attached to my hip.

"What's that for?" He asked looking suspicious.

"If it lands on Heads you release Naruto, if it lands on tails I'll join you." I said while looking at him.

"Haha, fine." He said while looking amused.

'Even if it lands on tails there's no way I'm giving away a Jinchūriki.' He thought.

I flicked up the coin and it went pretty high everyone's gaze was on the coin.

I activated my stand which using the reflection of the coin slashed towards Danzo and because he was so focused on the coin he reacted late.

"Shit." He cursed as he moved away a little sensing something come near him but it was too late.

"Thud" His bandaged arm was cut off from his body as I picked it up.

"Hikari! What are you doi-" Before he could finish I cut him off.

"Shut up. Look at his arm." I said before unwrapping the bandages on the severed arm.

"What!" He shouted as he saw all the implanted Sharingans in the arm.

"That's not even the worst of it. He's been scheming with Orochimaru and he also continued the experiments trying to recreate the first Hokages cells."

"WHAT! Danzo is this true." Hiruzen shouted while staring at him with a glare.

"Why are you surprised? I need to protect this village even if it's this way." Danzo said while gripping his shoulder.

"GET OUT!" Hiruzen shouted.

"I'm only trying to protect this village." Danzo protested.

[Mission-Complete]

[Task: Inform Hiruzen about what Danzo has been doing]

[Reward: Naruto's location]

I received this quest just before I entered he office and I was setting up for that moment by making it seem like I've given up after fighting with Danzo for a while.

"It would have been better if he didn't dodge." I said while jumping from different rooftops.

"System, where is naruto?"

[Naruto is currently in the headquarters of Root with medical Shinobi preparing to place the cursed seal in him]

As soon as the system said this a map icon appeared in the top left of my vision showing a red dot which I'm guessing is naruto.

"Shit." I said while taking out some kunai I got from the system that are made with a reflective blade.

[Task: Rescue Naruto and slaughter any Root Shinobi you come across]

[Reward: Quirk-Brainwashing]

I reached the entrance of the Root headquarters but before entering I rested to regain my chakra that I lost while fighting Danzo.

After a few minutes I regained a decent amount of chakra and teleported past the door using abra.

I made it towards the closest Root Shinobi and threw my reflective kunai at him.

He quickly dodged the kunai and before he could call for back up his head fell to the floor.

I continued forward like this killing any Root Shinobi I saw until I was near the room they were keeping naruto.

Using abra I teleported into the room again and when I entered I saw several Shinobi and several medical Shinobi gathered around a small sleeping child.

I wanted to test something so I used shadow clone jutsu and made dozens of clones of myself. I threw my kunai then activated my stand and everyone in the room dropped dead instantly.

I walked towards naruto and picked him up to make sure he wasn't injured I then ordered all my clones to kill every Root Shinobi here.

After a few minutes of running my clones managed to take care of any Root members that are currently in the head quarters.

I stopped for a few minutes to rest before leaving naruto in my parents home.

"I might as well test this." I said as I entered the Hokages building through the front door.

I passed through everyone making my way towards his office when his secretary stopped me.

"I'm sorry but the Hokage isn't accepting anyone now." She said while blocking me.

"You're the Hokages secretary right?" I asked while activating my quirk.

"Yes, why?" She asked me.

"Please move away and let me continue towards his office." I asked in a respectful tone.

"...okay..." she said as if she was in a daze while moving away.

I continued forwarding until I reached the office doors.

"Lord Third, can I come in?" I asked while activating my quirk again.

"Hmm, come in." He said after a second.

"Hello lord Third."

"It's you. Hello Hikari." He said while letting out a sigh.

"Sir where's Danzo?" I asked while looking around not seeing him anywhere.

"He said he would leave the village...unless I gave you and your brother to him...so I had to exile him...Hiruzen said this with a sad tone.

'Why the fu*k are you sad, did you not hear what he done and why did you only exile him he literally committed treason and went against your order so much' I thought but continued on.

"Sir, if Danzo's not here me and my brother can stay here right?" I asked activating my quirk again just to be sure.

"Hmmm, I'm not sure...but it would be bad if the nine tails goes to another village and your Minatos children. Fine but you'll be under supervision by my Anbu." He said while looking out the window.

'It seems on people a lot stronger than me my quirk instead on brain washing them it's more like a suggestion.'

"Hikari?" He asked me seeing i was in a daze.

"Oh yes, thank you sir." I said before leaving the building and going back home to see naruto.
