Chapter 028- Chu Yuechan's Decision

At first, chu yuechan was very much against the idea of marrying Ling yun. But when Ling Yun took her to the garden, she decided to ask him the reason for forcing her to marry him.

As she listened to his answer, she began to let go of her hatred that he had for Ling Yun. Even though she still doesn't like the idea of marrying him, her resistance towards it loosened a lot compared to before.

When she heard the last sentence of Ling Yun, she started thinking of what would be the best choice for her.

'It's not like I will loose much if I really decide to become a proper wife to him. Since the sect already decided to be under him, I don't have any other choice either.'

'Although he said that he wouldn't mind me being his subordinate as long as I am loyal to him. But is it really the case? He will surely not spend as much as time and resources behind me if I am his subordinate, not his wife.'

Chu Yuechan looked at Ling yun as she delivered her thoughts with a determined voice.

Ling Yun let out a big smile as he heard Chu Yuechan's words. He took her hands in his own hands as he felt a slight tremor but there was no real resistance from Chu Yuechan.

So, he looked at Chu Yuechan and said, "It seems you are really serious in your decision. I promise to not let you regret this decision that you made today."

After finishing their conversation, both stayed quiet as they enjoyed the scenery in front them while holding each other's hands.

Few Hours Later-

Ling Yun and Chu Yuechan both returned to the main hall while holding their hands. As they entered the Main hall, everyone looked at them and got totally shocked.

Nobody there imagined that Chu Yuechan would open up to Ling Yun that quickly and even let him held her hands. Not to mention, Chu Yuechan doesn't seem to have any negative reaction towards it either. That means Ling yun isn't forcing her to do this, it is her own choice.

After they recovered from their shocks, they quickly greeted Ling Yun with respect and asked him to take a seat. After Ling Yun did so, Gong Yuxian looked at him and said, "We have already decided what kind of request we would like to make."

"As you already know, all of us here is quite accustomed to living in places without any males. So, Our request is that you create a female only section under 'Imperial Cultivation Center'. I don't know if this is possible?" Gong Yuxian asked in a careful tone fearing her words might offend Ling Yun in some way.

Ling Yun listened to their request as he nodded and said, "I see no problem with your request. I will inform Ling Wan about this."

"Thank you, your majesty for your generosity." All of the females present there bowed down to him as sign of respect. Quite frankly, Ling Yun is quite proud at this moment. After all, it's not everyday such a world class beauties show you this kind of respect.

"Since there is nothing more to discuss, I will be taking my leave. Chu Yuechan is also be going with him."

After Ling Yun reached the imperial palace, he went to his temporary office with Chu Yuechan. Ling Yun is creating a new Imperial Palace for him which will be much more bigger and majestic than this one.

He even did the design by himself. As for the current Imperial Palace, it will be turned into the official building for 'Imperial Cultivation Center'.

Anyway, after taking Chu Yuechan to his office he took out the the cultivation art that she will be practising from now on along with her existing cultivation art.

Even though, there are some problems with the 'Frozen Cloud Art', she has no choice but to keep practising it as well since the art is the core foundation of her cultivation.

If she stops now, it would do more damage than good. So, Ling Yun is planning to improve the art and make it at least on the same level as 'Frozen End Divine Art' which would be practicable by anyone without needing any divine blood.

For that, he would need to have full understanding of the 'Water Law' of this universe which would have to wait until he meets the Ice phoenix and get some bloods from her.

For now, the only thing he can do is to get rid of the faults that the cultivation art have like taking the half of the age of the user and so on.

It's not like that the only way to get full understanding of the Water Law is to get the blood of Ice Phoenix, he could do that by other means as well.

Like for example, he can get the blood of 100 divine master realm beasts that has water related attributes and get the full understanding of the water law as well. But the problem is that quantity of the beasts increases the lower their realm gets.

In this planet, the highest realm beast is Sovereign profound Realm and they are very scarce in number. So, if Ling Yun plans to learn Water Law by devouring their bloods, he would need hundreds of thousand beasts which is practically impossible.

Anyway, Ling Yun send Chu Yuechan off to her bedroom after giving her some advice regarding cultivation along with a bottle of his blood that will help her to increase her cultivation quickly.

After Ling Yun send Chu Yuechan off, he called Ling Wan to his office to discuss something. As Ling Wan came into his office and took a seat, Ling Yun said to him, "There will be some changes in 'Imeprial Cultivation Center.' The teaching system will remain the same as it used to be in 'Heavenly Sword Villa.' But there is going to be some changes in the structure."

"Unlike before, the 'Imperial Cultivation Center' will be divided into four halls. First one will be for newbies that just joined the cultivation center. It will be called 'Probationer Hall'."

"The second and third hall will be called 'Hall of fairies' and 'Hall of Heroes' respectively. Second one is for females only and third one is for males only. Only those from the 'Probationer Hall' that has managed to reach a satisfactory realm and has some real talent would be able to get into the 'Hall of Fairies' and 'Hall of Heroes'.

"The last hall will be named 'Hall of legends'. Only those that can be considered as a powerhouse would be allowed to enter this hall. There could be no more than thousand people in this hall. The only way of entry to this hall is by defeating one of the powerhouses in the hall."
