"Ok can you make Izuku finish cleaning 5 months early and when he gets one for all fire and a green aura bursts out of me and I pass out that would explain the additional powers I will have besides OFA can you influence All might to take me to recovery girl so she can explain what happened." Says the now named Izuku Midoriya.
"Yes I can you actually thought this out unlike some people I reincarnated they didn't think this out and got killed early on. Hey can I ask you something important to me and can affect you positively with some negative."asks the golden orb getting excited.
"Sure go ahead you are the one reincarnating me." Says Izuku.

Says Izuku while happy with his wishes.

When he was gone Lucy sighs.
