He did the same thing with Charmander and Pikachu and after that he went downstairs and gave Ciel both Froslass and Ralts and Issei gave the 2 Pokéball to Ciel for Froslass and Ralts to in
And after that Issei started grinding and in this 2 days he managed to Level Up
