I countinued to do several laps around the park and sweating alot by the end of it.I need to be fast to get the relic and have the strength to kill the enemy that's guarding it.
I figured it'd be best if i get used to using mana to have a higher chance winning that battle.I used some of my mana to run faster and it worked! I was amazed by how fast i was able to go with mana.This should be helpful to accelerate my training.
I also managed to add mana to my arms to increase the amount pushups i'm able to do and increase my strength but this came with a slight drawback i would be extremely tired after using my mana while doing pushups at the same time.I had to rest alot now that i was exhausting myself even faster than before and to let my muscles rest.
After training for some time, i went on to explored the city to look if there was anything worth buying there.I went to several magic shops,potion shops, armor shops but nothing seemed to intrigued me.Until i saw this peculiar small shop called "Sammy's Unorthodox" i came in the shop and saw a tall blue haired man with glasses looking back at me.
"Welcome sir is there anything you're interested in purchasing we have a variety of mana potions,armors and weapons? " he said.
"well are you guys selling any unorthdox things like the shop's called?" i asked.
"Oh yes we do,we have a secret shop for only the few curious customers that asks that question" he said while smilling.
He then opened the curtains behind the counter and invited me to join him behind the curtains.Once inside i saw a variety of items in the room ranging from ancient looking items to weird looking potions that doesn't look safe to drink.
Among the collection of items i saw something that surpirised me.It was a watch and it is one of the relics that was one of the most op relics the mc had and it was right in front of me.
I was surprised to suddenly see it here since the mc originally got it from the demon lord's castle.It would temporarily enhance all the user's stats alongside giving them the ability to see another person's status.
How much for the watch pointing at it i asked.
"that would be about 1500 Rorr".Rorr was the currency in this world and that much would cost me most of my money.
I started bargaining with the shop owner"Is it possible for you to sell it to me for 1000 Rorr?"i asked since no one knows the true value of this item yet.
We kept talking to eachother until he said" best i could do for you is 1100 Rorr"
"I'll take it" i said. I happily got out of the shop happily and satisfied i no longer had to train anymore since I'll just be using this relic.
I checked my status to see how much progress I've made from all the training i did.

I was making decent progress with my ability growth spurt that helps me grow stronger faster.Although the mc grows ALOT faster than i am i'm not planning to fight him any time soon.I just want to live in peace in this new world.
But unfortunately i can't because currently there's a demon lord on the loose that plans to conquer the earth or whatever.I think I'll plan on helping the main cast in the background since i'm not really interested in fighting tough and life threatening battles.
I'm just getting stronger so that i can defend myself in the future.
