6 chapter 6: meeting the vermillion family part 2/2

Arata pov:

I was sitting in a foyer with the head guard keeping me company until Merleona's brother came In to greet me,at which the head guards made a salute that reminded me of a boy scout salute,he left the estate to go back to his duties.

The man who came in was tall,with long wavy hair,"you must be Arata,the head butler told me of your arrival,stating you had a letter for me from my sister?",to that question I handed him the letter in question and he silently read the contents.

"Hmm…so you met my sister in the ultime volcano trail at the age of seven,and on her offer you trained with her…my condolences on what you had to deal with.",with that statement I saw him shudder as if reminiscing about some bad memories of his childhood.

"Yes sir,I trained under your sister until she said I was at her level,and after five years of sparring and training in magic regions,she sent me here to receive an education on the world and other subjects,all in preparation to join the magic knights." I assured the man before me at which I heard the door behind me open and 5 people showed up,two of them, a brother and sister looking like fuegoleon,and the other 3 were different,the two silver haired behind the man in front exuded a deep deep arrogance,while the one in front was calm and composed,the five saw me talking with fuegoleon,the silver haired man at the front looked at me before turning to Fuegoleon,"I heard your sister sent you an orphan that was trained by her,so I came to see the boy.," at the statement the male behind the man in the front laughed,"oh come now brother there is no way this commoner could ever be special,he will forever be worthless under our supreme power!,"

Fuegoleon upon hearing what was said glared daggers at the arrogant youth,"you should really learn how to keep your brother's arrogance in line Nozelle Silva,my sister trained him herself,but even before they met he was in my sisters eyes a prodigy.", the little brother of the vermillion bunch looked at me in shock,"wait! You were trained by my older sister?! How did you not die or feel tortured?!"

Arata glanced at the man fuegoleon mentioned was his little brother Leopold,and with some thought he said to Leopold,"actually I enjoyed her training,she took her time with me making sure I didn't kick the bucket,but not only that but she taught me how to control mana so well I could teach anyone,of course I came up with a method to teach others."

Nozelle after hearing how I can teach mana control,turns to me,"oh? You can teach mana control,well if you could,can you prove it by teaching my youngest sister Noelle? I'll make sure you are compensated for your time.", after some thought I nodded letting him know I'll take the job.

While all this was happening mero was watching the two girls blushing like they had a guy accidentally see them naked she started chirping.

*chirp**chirp**chirp* (you two better stay away from my Arata!! He is mine you hussies!!!)

Fuegoleon and Nozelle notice mero perched on my head,"is that an anti magic bird?? A pet perhaps?", to which I responded,"oh yeah during my training this bird and I met and we we inseparable ever since.",*chirp*(that's right,I had his first.)

Soon after the silva's left the estate of vermillion,fuegoleon turns to me with a warm smile,"well considering it's late and my sister is asking to let you stay with us,I'll have the head maid take you to your room to wash yourself and mero as you call your pet and we'll get started tomorrow."

And this is where my time in the clover kingdom capital begins
