Royal coins

In a throne room, the king of the Howell kingdom had a very terrified face, sweats were dripping from his face like never before, although he had been sweating much recently 'no it can't be true, he can't be dead, I mean he is a demon general from the demon race and there is no one in my kingdom who could even get close to him except my holy knights and the only one around wouldn't even bother so how?' the king thought as he was troubled a guard then rushed into the throne room "your majesty" the guard said as he knelt facing the ground.

"you...." the king spoke in an angry tone but stopped, he seemed to be the guard who had run out on him before after giving him bad news, he took deep breaths as he then spoke in a calm tone "what is it" although he seemed calm he couldn't hide the anger in his voice as the guard then proceeds "the magical energy that was felt from the one of the stronger magical energy has suddenly vanished but..... the other magical energy seemed to suddenly increase in power" when the guard said the last part his voice was a little shaky, only one of the holy knights was in the kingdom now and he was not sure if he would even bother to show up.

Jonete who was the king's sword was not in the kingdom now because of the mission he sent her on and he knew that she would have already found out that he had already tried to kill her.

Meanwhile, Jagger had gone to his home to change but he found out that he didn't have any clothes apart from the one he was wearing so he decided to go buy some clothes.

Jagger had searched round and he could find some cloth shops but they didn't have what he was looking for he was attending a noble party so he had to look like a noble.

When he finally saw one he looked at the name pasted there 'Layla's clothes' although the name was simple it looked nice outside so he went ahead inside.

When Jagger entered he was receiving a lot of stares from some customers, it seemed to be a popular cloth shop as he guessed as he could see the designs of the clothes the customers were wearing and as the place was well arranged but even though the costumer's cloth was costly they held no candle to nobles so he could guess that they were nobles but this thought was immediately cut off as one of the employees at the counter he had not seen called out to him.

"hey who are you," the female employee asked in disgust.

Jagger could understand her anger because people from the kingdom were supposed to be accustomed to where the lines were drawn for the rich and poor as he was currently wearing tattered clothes.

Jagger walked to the counter a dropped a pouch.

Cling.

Cling.

The sound of coins in the pouch hitting each other could be heard.

The employee then looked at him suspiciously as she opens the pouch with a face of shock, "r-royal coins!" she said while stammering as she looked at Jagger again 'is he a noble? if so why is he dressed like that did he go on a mission or something or did he steal the coins' the lady thought but she knew that he couldn't steal these coins that even nobles wouldn't dare to give their children freely as they sometimes rarely this currency.

She looked at the big coins in the pouch and then looked at him she didn't know what to do as she just said "w-wait here" Jagger understood her shock because no one at his age should be able to get it but with the help of his system, he could buy the coins, a pouch for 10SP (shop points) not long after she left she came back with three other people.

Jagger was currently sitting on a chair while he held a cookie in his hand, he had already selected the clothes he wanted and some other commoner clothes as it seem they sell them.

Jagger wants to try something stupid like eating the cookie in his hand although through knowledge of light novels vampires don't eat food he wanted to see if it was possible as he took a tiny bite.

Jagger watched as his health decreased little by little he didn't know what to do but he immediately felt like throwing up as he then put his hand on his mouth surprisingly he only coughed a few times but what he could see on his palms was blood and the piece of cookie.

Meanwhile, at the owner of Layla's hair, a fat man could be seen talking to the girl who had rudely insulted him at the counter "you fool can't you just do something good for once" the fat man said angrily but he then lewdly smiled "you will have to pay with your body tonight" the girl shivered "go and prepare yourself" the fat man said as he then went into deep thought 'why a woulda kid like him have royal coins and according to her he was dressed like a peasant.

'This boy will be fun to play with thought the fat man "Rollan" the man called out but no one was there immediately from the shadows appeared a man in black clothes with a large scar across his face, "I want you to give me details on that boy by tomorrow" the fat man said as the scared man acknowledged what he said before entering the shadows again as his presence had vanished 'this should be fun' the fat man thought.
