Low ranking demon

In the town where Jagger lived was a woman with a man and they seemed to be fighting someone as red flames seemed surrounded the place.

"Jonete are you sure we shouldn't retreat I mean we have moved the people to safety haven't we," the man fighting alongside jonete asked but in her eyes was a crazed look as though she was addicted to the person she was fighting against.

Noticing that he got no reply he just sighed removing the bow on his back "freeze arrows" the same man said as arrows starts forming out of thin air going to meet their target, upon seeing the arrows the man leaped back continuously until no arrows were left if Jagger were there he would have said that this man backed flipped continuously.

"yeah he is a lower ranking demon alright," the man said upon seeing the way the demon did its best to avoid the simple magic he used, although demons were stronger and superior to some humans like every other creature they have a weakness mad their weakness is only based on three affinities water, ice, and light magic.

Due to them being creatures from hell they are natural enemies with water, there are also some cold places in hell but he would guess that this one was not from the cold part of hell.

Jonete muttered as a faint gold aura formed on her sword as she slashes it vertically towards her target the gold aura left the sword and enlarged a little, this was a skill that was taught to the well-trained knight but compared to the holy knights they would have overpowered her.

The truth was that jonete was supposed to be a holy knight but unfortunately she didn't meet the requirements as she had dark affinity which was not favored by the church, she was even supposed to be killed but the king took her in but instead of as a child she was a weapon for killing, she always followed what the king said not asking any questions.

She was then sent on this mission that was meant to be impossible for her but still she did not disobey the king, he had planned for her death during the mission but when she brought the mysterious boy whom he didn't know he decided that it would be good too if he were to die during the training for the young knights before they were to attend the academy.

The demon saw this attack coming and with his sword that he just pulled off his sheath he stroked at the faint gold with his magical aura which was a faint purple aura but sadly both auras didn't get to clash as the demons own had entirely dispersed

"hmm what would I expect from someone at the second stage of gold rank" the archer who had been fighting alongside her muttered out.

"Noooo!"

The demon screamed as it was slashed in half, blood splurts out from the cut body but the blood was dark red.

"well that was easier than expected," the archer said relaxed.

"that's because it isn't Issac," Jonete said talking to the archer she called Issac.

Then a faint purple aura was used to disperse his former attack, the faint purple aura sticks to the part of the body that detached immediately after it was rejoined.

"What?"

"I've been waiting for this a long time."

Issac expressed his shock while jonete expressed her excitement.

Then the body enlarged as it starts to turn, black his clothes were ripped off, wings sprouted out of his back as his horn grows from both sides of his head as he looked like a new species of disease infections

His eye lens turns into a slit-like snake, very commendable making me fight you in this form" The demon said as its voice was really deep.

After the demon said this he expected them both to cower in fear but to his surprise, they were standing still and proud.

"you disgust me you freak," Jonete said with a face full of disgust" me? are you talking to me?" The demon asked with anger on its face, "who else has horns here?" she questioned, just then something like smoke could be seen coming out of his head as it was red, he was really angry now.

"haaaa" the demon shouts as it smashes its hand on the archer but it doesn't even make a scratch on Issac as he was not even there anymore.

"ok then guess it's time for that skill" Jonete said as she then dropped Issac who thought he had died for sure.

"Sword technique Level 1"

"FIfth mastery"

"Demon hits"

She mutters with a smile as she could not wait to test these skills.
