1 Chapter 1 Prologue
I awake slowly and see a beach stretching out in front of me. "Where am I? I thought I had drowned myself in the ocean." From what I remember I had tied a cinder block to my ankle and jumped from a bridge. I know I had done it. I committed suicide. I was always bullied in school and was kicked out of the house once I reached my 13th birthday. I was told that I was a failure and got kicked out. I didn't want to tell on them mostly because it was beaten into me, not to tell others no matter what, quite literally abused by my parents. I feared getting beaten again. If you think about it, it was a pretty sad life, but then again if I was supposed to die, why am I here on this beach?
"Welcome to my domain. I am a goddess of reincarnation. It is so sad what happened to a little girl like yourself. So I'll give you as many wishes as you like, to start anew, but I will take away a function of your body."
"I get as many wishes as I like?"
"Yes, you do."
"Alright, I have only two wishes then. One, I would like to be liked by and be able to communicate with all animals, and two, I would like to have the power to protect them."
"Granted.

I start thinking about my martial arts. I want to be able to dodge anything that comes my way, and if I need to, then be able to redirect the attacks. I also need to be able to reinforce my body so I can go faster depending what I take as my power.
