Chapter 19 - Training

Back at the academy Shallot had made it back to the dorm and had placed his bag on the desk and pulled out his notebook and turned past the first few pages with the events written down. He started writing about possible ways to force his semblance to activate.

Shallot: 'I should head back out to do some more training.'

Shallot headed back out taking his notebook and a small bag with a change of clothes with him to head back to the forest he was at previously. After flying for 15 minutes he arrived back at the place he was previously and noticed where he was last time had slightly caved in.

Shallot: 'Maybe my semblance did activate last time I just didn't notice. From the impression that's on the ground. I'm assuming that my semblance is related to gravity, but if it was gravity why is it so small.'

Shallot sat back down in the same spot and tried to concentrate again and stayed like that for 3 hours. As he was sitting there he was thinking about how after unlocking his aura he felt light which he could attribute to his semblance being related to gravity but why did he feel that he wasn't shackled down anymore. It gave him a feeling of freedom. Why did he end up in this world that wasn't anywhere in the Universe of Dragon Ball?

Shallot: 'Was this all a coincidence? Maybe my semblance has something to do with it. Maybe my semblance isn't gravity but space and I'm simply affecting the gravity around me.'

With that single thought, his aura that had previously shown had its colors of black and olive green merging to make a murky black with a shade of green mixed into it. Before continuing he put his book and change of clothes to the side away from him just in case then got back to his spot and felt for that feeling he just had.

Shallot stood up and focused on trying to use his semblance with the concept of a force pushing down on him by manipulating space at the bottom of the ground beneath him at the soles of his feet.

The results were unexpected. The gravity increased around him and he was dropped to the ground in his stomach.

Shallot: "Uhh ... shit."

Shallot wasn't expecting more than twice the amount of gravity to push down on him. He wanted to limit it so that he could slowly acclimate and adjust but he wasn't used to activating it yet. It felt like 3 times gravity currently but he could also feel that his body is adjusting.

Shallot kept his semblance active and trying to stand up and it took him 2 minutes before he could stand. He was only trying to increase the gravity a little bit and work his way up but was happy that he wasn't squashed into paste at least.

Shallot stayed under this gravity for 30 minutes with it sometimes fluctuating and then he could feel his aura emptying and he had to stop. When he had finally stopped he noticed that his clothes were filled with sweat and slightly torn.

Shallot: 'Great now my outfit is ruined. I should change my style up a bit though and also my tail feels like crap. I need to work out with it more. I have had it under my shirt for too long. t's starting to feel stiff.'

Shallot lifted his shirt slightly to free his tail and waved it around and walked towards a tree and slapped it into the trunk leaving a whip mark 10 inches deep on it.

Shallot: 'My tail isn't as strong as my legs and fist. I think I've been neglecting it a bit too much.'

Shallot wrapped his tail around his waist and started flying back to the school. It was already night and the broken moon was high in the sky.

Shallot: 'I still need to find someone that can create a visor that can enhance the blutz waves that come from this moon. Hopefully, by then I will be able to try to train my Oozaru state. I still have the prototype I made while traveling but I feel like it's missing something. Maybe getting some information from atlas could help. I think they are the most advanced when it comes to machines.'

Shallot arrived at the school but instead of heading back to his room with the girls, he headed to take a shower since he was slightly sweety, but he was happy because he finally found a way to keep improving and won't be stagnating anymore.

When Shallot made it to the showers he had headed in unfurled his tail and started showering he wanted to use the showers that everyone had used when they had first made it here since it wasn't used at this time due to everyone else having a shower in their room.

He was also sure that Blake was taking her night time soak before bed at this time and didn't want to wait that long. He didn't mind going in with her but everyone else in the room (mainly Weiss) may have a problem with it. After 15 minutes Shallot was finished and changed into his other clothes and walked out while shaking his tail off. He was enjoying his shower and hadn't noticed that someone else was there also.

Ren: "Shallot?"

Shallot stopped and so did his tail that was swinging behind him. Shallot eyes were wide open.

Shallot: 'And here I wanted to play along with Blake until everyone found out she was a Faunus and then bang I reveal I'm a Faunus and shock everyone, but now this entire time of me being meticulous has gone down the drain because I just wanted to enjoy my shower. Wait a minute ... how did I not sense him ... oh his semblance ... crap.'

Shallot: "*exhale* Hey Ren. What are you doing here?"

Ren: "So you were a Faunus? I always thought that was a belt around your waist. I never really thought it would be a tail considering how you never moved it. It only moved with your waist movement. I was thinking it might be a tail from the last time you changed in here."

Shallot: "Yeah, can you not tell anyone. Especially Nora."

Ren: "I can understand your reasons for not have Nora find out. She might blurt it out on accident while talking. You don't have to worry *yawn* I won't be telling anyone. Anyway, good night Shallot. I'm going to take a shower before heading back since Nora is taking her bubble bath."

Ren while yawning walked towards the showers on the side closing the curtains behind him turning on the nob.

Shallot wrapped his waist with his tail and went back to his room and tossed worn clothes into his duffle bag thinking that he can use them as rags later after washing them. He walked over to his hammock with his book and laid down trying not to wake anyone else up in the room since they were all sleeping. Ruby was sleeping with her books sprawled across her bed, Yang was hanging halfway off hers, Blake was curled into a ball like a cat, and Weiss was snuggled under her covers with a prideful smile on her face.

Shallot then started drifting off looking at his notebook with the events that are going to happen.

List Of Events For RWBY

1. Ruby Rose stops a robbery at a Dust shop and, during a fight with Roman Torchwick, she is saved by Glynda Goodwitch. Goodwitch introduces her to the headmaster of Beacon Academy, Professor Ozpin. Impressed, Ozpin allows her to enroll in Beacon Academy despite her age (I haven't seen Ruby and Yang since I looked over them as kids so I'm going to have to look for the resemblance between her and Summer).

2. On her first day of school, Ruby gets off to a bad start with Weiss Schnee, after knocking over her luggage and causing an explosion with dust. Among others, she also meets Blake Belladonna and Jaune Arc (I should try to curb Weiss's princess mentality early on so I don't have to deal with this annoying phase).

3. Ruby becomes concerned about making new friends during the initiation the next day, while Yang tries to help her befriend Blake (I shouldn't mess with too many things until I'm positive nothing bad will happen with my interference. Don't want to make someone become a mortal enemy on accident).

4. The next morning, the students prepare for their initiation and are tasked to return with a relic found in the forest (The best time to unlock my aura with Pyrrha and Ren. Maybe I can test out that ki move with the scythe I've been trying to do normally. I don't think my ki control is enough to do it without a medium yet).

5. During initiation, the students choose their partners. Ruby and Weiss are paired together, as with Jaune with Pyrrha. (I wonder if I can find an abandoned dust mine to try to get my hands on some lightning dust so I can make some shock grenades).

6. As the initiation continues, Pyrrha teaches Jaune about Aura and Ren fights a King Taijitu, a snake-type Grimm. Yang and Blake are paired together, as with Nora and Ren (I wonder how much stronger Ren can get if I teach him how to use Ki).

7. Ruby and Weiss get into an argument, while Yang and Blake have found the relics. Jaune and Pyrrha are attacked by a Deathstalker, a scorpion type Grimm, which chases them into the temple. (I should let them fight as much as they can so they can have experience. I don't want to coddle them. I'm no one's baby sitter, but Blake could probably handle things just fine if they go poorly).

8. As the eight students reunite at the temple, they are all attacked by Grimm. Jaune, Nora, Pyrrha, and Ren team up to take down the Deathstalker, while Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang combine to kill the Nevermore. Back at Beacon, Ozpin forms the new teams, including Team CRDL, JNPR (with Jaune as the leader), and RWBY (with Ruby as the leader) (I wonder what team I'm going to be placed on?).

9. The morning after the initiation, Team RWBY decorate their room and attend their first classes. Weiss becomes infuriated when she sees Ruby goofing around in class, feeling that she is not serious about being a Huntress (Best time to tell Blake any questions she has and finally move forward with our relationship.

10. Weiss defeats a Boarbatusk, a boar-type Grimm, for Port's class demonstration, with the help of Ruby's advice. After class, the two argue over Ruby's qualifications as a leader. Ozpin advises Ruby to be more responsible, while Port tells Weiss to be more humble. Under their advice, Ruby and Weiss put aside their differences (I could interfere but they should get their differences aside as soon as possible).

11. As the Vytal Festival Tournament draws near, Jaune becomes bullied by Team CRDL's leader, Cardin (Need to work on getting Jaune real confidence and not let Pyrrha give him fake confidence).

12. Cardin continues to bully Jaune as the class discusses racism towards Faunus and the White Fang. Jaune admits to Pyrrha that he enrolled in Beacon Academy using fake transcripts, which Cardin overhears (Should make sure he doesn't get close to Blake. She is still sensitive to people bad mouthing Faunus).

13. During the class' field trip to Forever Fall Forest, Cardin blackmails Jaune into doing Team CRDL's assignment and forces him to execute revenge on Pyrrha for retaliating against him in class. Having had enough, Jaune stands up to him (I'm pretty sure he has it out for me at this point after all the threats).

14. While beating up Jaune, Team CRDL is attacked by an Ursa. Jaune helps Cardin by defeating the Ursa, aided by Pyrrha's Semblance, and tells him to leave him alone from now on. He makes amends with Pyrrha (Should have Jaune deal with it on his own or just deal with the Ursa myself and just help Jaune become stronger so he's not a liability).

15. As they prepare for the Vytal Festival Tournament, Team RWBY meets a strange girl named Penny. Weiss and Blake get into a heated argument over the Faunus and the White Fang. When Blake accidentally reveals that she is a cat Faunus, she runs away with Sun, a monkey Faunus she encountered earlier at the docks, in fear of rejection. (My best chance to see if the person I saw when I first got here was Sun or an illusion done by that Grimm).

16. Blake reveals her past as a former White Fang member to Sun, and they discover that the White Fang works for Torchwick during a stakeout. Ruby and Penny arrive and defeat the White Fang as Torchwick escapes. After the fight, Weiss and Blake make amends.

Penny, without anyone noticing, is taken by someone working for her father. Ozpin gets an alarming text message from Qrow, who warns him of impending danger (Kick Sun's ass if he tries to make a move on Blake).

In another location, Torchwick is visited by his superior, Cinder, and two of her associates. (I'm not sure where this happens since I haven't fully explored the place yet).

17. Emerald and Mercury, Cinder's associates, assassinate Tucson for leaving the White Fang. Meanwhile, Sun prepares to introduce his teammate Neptune to Team RWBY. In the dining hall, Nora accidentally starts a large-scale food fight between Teams RWBY and JNPR, which Ruby wins for her team. Ozpin stops Glynda from reprimanding them and says that they might not be able to enjoy themselves for long.

(I just got my semblance working. I wonder if I can store food also. My semblance is so broad that it's going to take me forever to figure out how to do anything with it. Since it's space I could create an inventory or maybe try figuring out teleporting. Basics start with just getting the hang of messing with gravity. Once I figure it out completely I can have Blake do gravity training with me).

18. General James Ironwood, head of the Atlas military and Academy, arrives at Beacon with several military airships in tow, which Ozpin fears will alarm the citizens. Meanwhile, Blake begins to open up to her teammates, concerned about the enemies, and admitting that they are not ready to stop them. Ruby decides that their team should investigate for any leads on possible future attacks.

At the same time, Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury have infiltrated Beacon as students from Haven Academy (I'm going to enjoy messing with them the entire time they are here. I wonder if I can get Cinder to blow their cover).

19. To find clues on the enemies' next move, Ruby and Weiss investigate the Schnee Dust Company files for robberies; Blake and Sun spy on a White Fang recruitment rally; and Yang and Neptune broker with Junior for information.

During Ruby and Weiss' investigation, Ruby follows Penny, who is hiding from Ironwood and the Atlas soldiers. After the soldiers give chase, Penny saves Ruby from getting hit by a truck, revealing that she is a robot.

20. Penny reveals herself to be the first synthetic person capable of generating an Aura, and Ruby accepts this. Meanwhile, Blake and Sun discover that Torchwick is at the White Fang rally, encouraging the Faunus to work with him. He unveils a stolen Paladin and uses it to pursue Blake and Sun after recognizing them. Team RWBY is able to destroy the Paladin, but Torchwick escapes with his accomplice, Neopolitan.

21. Team RWBY compiles information from their investigation and deduces that the White Fang is carrying out their activities in Vale's southeast territory. In between this, the students are also preparing for the Vytal Tournament Festival Ball, but Blake is focused on their mission and Weiss rejects Jaune's invitation. In the dorms, Mercury reveals he used the practice match to analyze Pyrrha's fighting abilities, and Cinder decides to include her as a pawn in her plan.

22. Blake exhausts herself in her research for Torchwick and the White Fang, worrying her teammates. Yang confronts Blake about her obsession by confiding in her an incident in her childhood where she nearly causes Ruby and herself to get killed over a dangerous journey to look for her missing mother. Blake heeds Yang's advice and attends the tournament ball.

23. During the Vytal Tournament Festival Ball, Jaune reconciles his friendship with Pyrrha and gets over his insecurities. Meanwhile, a disguised Cinder infiltrates the CCT tower and plants a virus in the central computer. She flees before Ruby and Ironwood uncover her identity, her mission successful.

24. Ruby is questioned about the intruder in Ozpin's office and links her to Torchwick and the White Fang. Afterward, the first-year students gather for their first mission: shadowing a professional Huntsmen or Huntress on an assignment. Team RWBY volunteers for an assignment southeast that is off-limits for first years, but Ozpin allows them to accept it. Outside, Team RWBY discovers that the Huntsman they are shadowing is Professor Oobleck.

25. Oobleck takes Team RWBY to Mountain Glenn for their mission and questions each of them why they decided to become Huntresses.

26. As Team RWBY mulls over their motives of becoming Huntresses, Ruby discovers White Fang members patrolling the area. She falls into an underground city with secret tunnels to Vale, where she is subdued by the Faunus and brought before Torchwick.

27. Ruby's teammates and Oobleck rescue her, but Torchwick's train begins to take off to the city, using bombs to destroy the cave and allowing the Grimm to follow them. As Team RWBY threads through the train to stop it, they are unsuccessful. The train crashes into the city, where the Grimm emerges and begins to attack.

28. Team RWBY successfully fights off hordes of Grimm with their friends, classmates, and teachers. Torchwick is arrested, but Adam arrives, ready to continue Cinder's plans.

Some more information that I'm not sure about but I know that at the end of this beacon and Ozpin falls. Thanks to my no good spoiling little brother saying that someone important in Vale dies.

Weaknesses: Continual use of her Aura will cause it to decay to the point where she can be left open to more significant damage. Aura's durability is cumulative; it will deplete with each attack she takes and can be brought down by characters of similar strength. Semblances drain aura by a small amount and without aura they cannot be used until the user's aura is recharged.
