in his room, Martin woke up out of bed an walked out of his room into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, he had black messy hair, a average build, and tired eyes that had circles under them, he brushed his teeth and went to put on some clothes, he putted on a red t shirt with blue cargo pants and black shoes, when he left his place a car slammed into him a ramming speed.

Martin was floating in a empty void, A teenager then appeared across from him, he had black hair and green eyes and was wearing a business suit despite his apparent age, "Hey you, wake up!" He clapped his hands in front of Martins face and it woke him up perfectly, "Where am I and who are you." Martin said "As I expected, your surprisingly calm about this like your ancestors always have before you" the teen said "to answer your first question, This is the Void of Reincarnation, a place where the dead go for 88 reincarnations, after that they go to either the Afterlife or Hell depending on the actions they did during their 89 lives, To answer the second question, I am your personal guide, Anris, every person has their own guide, You humans usually call us Guardian angels personally, I don't really like the term, I'm not exactly an angel as my peers call me 'Childish' for the pranks I pulled on them." Anris said.

"Peers? I thought everyone only has one guide?" Martin asked "Oh they do, but every guide goes through academic training lead by higher beings during the lifespan of the person their supposed to guide, I even see guides who literally have to start guiding the moment their created." Anris said "So how does this reincarnation thing work?" Martin asked "Well for 87 reincarnations I choose where you'll reincarnate and what you'll reincarnate as, the last one is for you to decide." Anris said "Oh and before you ask 'What do you mean I won't be human' or something like that, the human body is more like a blank canvas for Guides to paint on." He added.

"Do you have a idea where I'll reincarnate?" Martin asked "Man you ask a lot of questions, but yeah I got one." Anris said, a illusion of a large Earth-like planet appeared in between them "Caldona, a nice place to live in, it even has magic and other Fantasy elements that you humans would gorge on, but in the past few hundred years someone that went by the title of 'Demon Emperor' started to take over and destroy kingdoms, it's been prophesied that a hero would come and save them all, This was a place I thought you might like since on Earth, your greatest feat involved World of Warcraft." Anris said "So I'm that hero of prophecy I assume." Martin questioned "Yeah actually, but unfortunately you won't have enough power to take on the Demon Emperor's army just yet." Anris said.

"So when do we start?" Martin asked "Well you have to chose the first type of magic you want to acquire, Then we'll start." Anris answered, he then snapped his fingers and six symbols appeared in a rotating circle "now we have the basics like fire, water, air, and earth but we also have light and dark magics." Anris said "For what I'm thinking for your first reincarnation, it's best to choose Dark magic, It's great for a lot of stuff, most of its uses are similar in the game series 'Tales of' and it wouldn't seem suspicious to the Demon Emperor." Anris explained, Martin thought about it and he felt like Anris has a point, plus he could mimic moves from his favorite series "Alright then, I'll chose dark magic." He said "Alright, one more piece of info, I'll be advising you at all times, and you'll have my name as it fits in the world better then Martin." Anris said, Martins body begun to glow white and he disappeared from the void "He'll be so surprised when he gets there." Anris said as he smirked and walked away.

next to a small river, a large, fat ratman was unconscious, it had black fur covering its fat body except for a white spot that covered it's left eye, it also had some tattered clothing that were a tiny bit small exposing its bellybutton area and had a small pouch tied to the waist of its pants, This was Martins new body.

Martin woke up and looked at his surroundings, he then noticed the river and decided to take a look at his new body, he was shocked at his new appaerance, 'How do you like the new body.' Anris's voice echoed through Martins head "What's with this body, it's too big and hairy for my liking!" Martin complained 'oh come on, I said this earlier that I choose the body, your going to have to deal with it' Anris said jokingly "but that doesn't mean my first reincarnation has to be a fat rat!" Martin growled 'Well to be honest it was either this or a regular slug and I thought that you would die way to early if you were a slug, so be grateful' Anris said with sass, Martin growled a little "Fine, where's the nearest town?" Martin asked 'There's a road beyond the trees behind you and if you follow it away from the mountains for half a mile you'll find a town with a guild' Anris said.
