Reincarnated as a Mikaelson with wishes

Raziel died, met God was given wishes then reincarnated in TVD/TO/Legacies. Oh please read the 'Important Please Read' chapter, I'll leave it up for about a day before I take it down and actually start the story. Its their because I can't decide on a couple things.
