28 Not a chapter

I am planning an arc that will show how things changed with others in east blue. This arc is not close, there should at least be 15 chapters until we got there but this arc might kinda be long(around 5 chapters) and won't include Abel in it. There will be a big event happening about celestial dragons and there will be war and chaos in east blue. Main characters will be Alvida, Usopp, Nami, Ace, Zoro. Will you be interested in such an arc or do you want me to skip it and just show you the changed versions of these characters. I kinda want to write about it but I might skip it if you are not interested in it.
