19 BONUS CHAPTER:- Attack!
The wait was very exhausting, they had to keep a huge difference from each other in worry of being getting caught.
And the orcs were literally only taking about 10 steps in a minute, because of their size and great numbers.
Pumpkin had drool coming out of his mouth while looking at the orcs. He had never seen such big lumps of flesh in his life.
Time passed and about 30 minutes later, the commotion was on the roll. Amil could hear the sound of shouts, and blasting of the flora and fauna. The orcs stopped trying to look ahead at what was happening. The time had come for the sneak attack.
"NOW!!!" Pyro shouted as he sprinted towards the orcs, Elena just behind him with her sword out.
Gaghan looked at the battlefield and then at Amil various times before saying.
"Don't die"
Amil gave her a nod and got off fluffy to attack. He had learned a valuable lesson to never go on a battlefield with fluffy as a mount.
He ran at full speed, behind him Zach running at a slow pace with his great sword out.
Amil reached a level 4 with his claws out. It looked at Amil and grunted before swinging a wooden baseball bat-looking weapon but a lot bigger.
Amil found that the orc was slow as the bat was moving slowly probably due to its weight. He jumped, activated iron nails, and just swung the claw at its neck. The claws didn't really go that deep as he could only see a scratch on the neck. Taking the orc's shoulder as a support, he pushed back with the leg making some distance.
The orc scratched at the scratch a little as if was tickled by it, it chuckled seeing Amil's low damage.
"This fucking bitch!" Amil cussed as he went for another attack, this time using the sword, he made a scratch at the orc's feet. Its skin was too tough to break.
Just when Amil was going to attack again, Zach came running swinging his great sword at the orc's attacking hand. The hand shook a little from the attack but the grip remained firm. The orc used his other hand and punched Zach right in the gut. He went flying towards a tree hitting it with a bang.
"Are you alright!?"
Zach nodded a little as he got back up not minding the pain. One of his fingers broke but he just snapped it back not caring about the pain.
Pumpkin was hanging on Amil's tail finding the opportunity to attack. The orc hit the ground with the bat very loudly, Amil got on the back and jumped again this time attacking the orc's eye. The eyes of the orc was the smallest part of the face.
Amil just pierced the eye mercilessly making the orc grunt loudly, looking at his mouth open, pumpkin sprayed the poison in it. The orc with his tongue out and one of the eyes popped lost its will to fight for a while touching the wound many times.
Zach jumped and cut the tongue making a vertical slash on it. The tongue was not that tough spilling red blood out of it.
Fluffy came running from behind and tackled one of its legs, making it lose balance. The orc fell down with a thump, Amil and Zack went to its neck. With Zack slashing the neck, it made a cut and Amil put his nail inside the wound making it wide.
"GHrughhhf..!"
The orc started vomiting blood from its mouth. Amil looked at it die till he and his subordinate got the notification.
[EXP +52, +1 Mana, +1 Stamina]
He sighed in relief and saw the others. Gaghan was having a hard time killing the orc in front of her. He sprinted to the orcs and pierced both its eyes with no problem. Gaghan looked at him and gave a satisfied nod.
He then saw his sister cut an orc's arm without any problem, he got an idea as he sprinted to her, the orc was a level 7 one, if he could damage it a little before her sister kill it, he will have good EXP.
The orc was a little bigger, Emil saw Amil moving towards her, he went to the shoulder of the orc with no arm and directly put his hand inside its flesh. The orc wasn't damaged much but the pointy hand didn't feel much good inside his skin.
Emil didn't give it time, piercing the eyes which went directly in the brain.
[ EXP +76, +1 strength, +1 stamina]
"You little scoundrel" Emil said approaching Amil with a frown.
"I am your sister so I don't mind you piggybacking and getting EXP but if you do it to someone else, he will attack you firsthand as you kind of stole the EXP."
Amil chuckled awkwardly and saying sorry, went ahead. He saw pumpkin trying to eat the hand of the level 4 corpse in the midst of war.
"Dumb glutton! Stay focused in the fight, you will get food afterwards!"
Pumpkin just shrugged and wiggled to Amil's tail. Amil moved to another Orc and just like that the killing went on.
In the frontlines, the leader of the orcs was sweating furiously, looking up in the sky. The kobold leader was flapping his wings in the air looking down at the 10 feet tall orc.
Kamil was slashing her sword in a frenzy not giving a big orc anytime to defend. There were thousands of cuts on its body.
Within minutes, it died due to blood loss. Drax on the other hand was swinging his mace at the same pace as the orc meeting its every attack. He was enjoying his fight with the orc but alas the fight had to get over.
He swung the mace again at the bat overpowering it and the orc stumbled a little behind. Drax jumped and hit the mace vertically at the skull. The orc's head burst making all the bones and brain matter fall everywhere.
"Ughh…not again Drax," someone said from the sidelines. It was clear that Drax always made a mess whenever he fought anywhere.
The fight overall was going very well with only 1 casualty till now. One was a level 6 kobold who got hit by another orc on the head while fighting another.
