1 Reincarnated!

Hello! My name is Sakuya Toia and i'm your average shut in NEET otaku. I spend all day sitting inside playing MMORPG's or watching popular shonen anime! I do occasionally leave the house though, to go to the library. You see, I'm a huge nerd for history! My favorite era to learn about is World War 2. I love to read all sorts of books about WW2, especially about the Nazi Regime!

It was a very warm and breezy summer day, I figured a walk to the library would be nice. I walked outside that morning and hissed like a vampire when I entered the sun. I took a nice walk down to the library, it took about 10 minutes. When I finally got there, I went to history section.

Oh man, that librarian is hot as fuck! I wish I knew how to talk to people, I'd ask for her number!

Anyway, I wondered what kind of book to get today. After browsing for awhile, I found a book on Heinrich Himmler, one of the highest ranking Nazi's of the Nazi Party. I wanted to learn more about him, so I grabbed the book. I took it over the hot librarian, checked it out, then left. I was so intrigued by it, I started reading it as I walked home. I started to walk across the crosswalk, when I heard a loud car horn. I looked up from my book, only to see that I had walked into traffic because I was distracted by the book. A large truck was staring me down as I looked up.

I then died.

Except for some reason, my story didn't end there.

I woke up and looked around, where was I? I think I'm in a hospital, but a very strange one. I've never seen a hospital like this in Tokyo. I then looked down and saw the rest of my body. I was a baby. Yes! This is what I've been waiting for my whole life! I've been reincarnated in another world! My time has finally come, I'll learn magic, get super strong, and have a harem of elf girls in this fantasy world! Two people then looked down upon me, these would be my parents.

"Willkommen in der Welt, Kleiner!" my mother said.

Oh, that's right, this is fantasy world, of course I don't speak the language. Well no matter, as a baby my learning skills will be increased, so it'll be easy to pick up a new language.

"Nennen wir ihn Heinrich!" my father said.

"Hallo Heinrich!" my mother then said.

Ah, that must be my new name, Heinrich. A bit of an odd name, but it's a fantasy world, so it's to be expected. Good bye Sakuya Toia, hello Heinrich!

Apparently my mother had a very smooth birth, so we were allowed to leave after a few hours. As my mother carried me out of the hospital, I couldn't wait to get to ride a horse home! We got outside and we're standing on the side of the street. This place looked.... a lot more modern than I expected from a fantasy world. But no matter, they must just have amazing builders!

"Taxi!" my father yelled while waving his arm.

Hey wait a minute... that's a word I understand...

Oh no, did I reincarnate back on Earth and not a fantasy world?! A taxi cab then came screeching to a halt on the side of the road, we loaded in and started our ride home.

Well fuck, this isn't a fantasy world after all, we're still stuck on the damn Earth. So wait... where am I then? This definitely isn't Japan. Maybe I'll be to tell from the language. If I cry, the taxi driver will hopefully turn the radio up to tune me out!

"WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

It worked. The taxi driver turned the radio right up.

"Cipriano Castro, der Präsident von Venezuela, hob ein Dekret von 1883 auf und erlaubte die freie Schifffahrt zu allen Nationen des Orinoco."

German. I'm in Germany. Well I suppose a brand new life in Germany isn't so bad. I believe the current president is Frank Steinmeier, and he's a good guy. Well this is exciting, time to start fresh!

After awhile in the car we finally arrived back home, and my parents held me for awhile. Wow, this place is old fashioned, I wonder if my parents are one of those antique people that love older style interiors. We don't even have a TV, but there is a radio. For now I'll enjoy my life as a baby.

It's been about a week now and i've started to pick up on some basic German. It's almost nighttime which means we get to listen to the radio.

"Hallo Zuhörer! Heute ist Sonntag, der 14. Oktober 1900!"

Wait.... huh.... I can't speak much German but, there's something there I did understand.

"Der 14 Oktober 1900"

It can't be, that's not possible. I reincarnated back in time?! I mean, if reincarnation is possible this definitely is but, it's starting to all make sense now!

Shit.

Wait another minute.

It's been exactly one week which means I was born on October 7th, 1900. My name is Heinrich. There's no way right...? Did I really reincarnate as Heinrich Himmler?! I was reading about him as I died, or else I wouldn't know his birthdate.

Someone knocked on the door, father answered it.

"Hallo Herr Himmler, können Sie morgen früh in die Schule kommen?"

Himmler. I was right then.

I reincarnated as Heinrich Himmler, one of the most powerful and high ranking people in the Nazi Party. Now wait a minute, does this mean I can prevent the Holocaust from happening? Can I change history forever?
