Academy: Repercussions

During the first phase, Violeth's POV:

Slam

Violeth slammed open the office door of Stark Steelheart, a capable professor and her work friend.

Stark, feet propped on his desk, reclined in his chair, casually reading documents with his left hand while writing with his right.

He didn't flinch or show any surprise at the intrusion, continuing his work as if nothing happened.

As Violeth stood silently for a few moments, perhaps thinking she had angered him, Stark started talking, breaking the silence.

"What's the matter?" he said.

"Professor Stark, I need your help. I've detected some strange signals from a building, and I doubt it might be a serious case, so I want you to come with me to check it together."

"Hmm... let's go then. I was feeling bored anyway," he said, putting the documents down and locking eyes with Vioelth. "Lead the way."
