1 Chapter 1. Prologue

Around 5 am in a military camp, a young man sit on the ground with a wet shirt and rushed breath.

"hah..hah..hah.. damn i guess i overdid it. well i'm too exited because today is my payday!?"the young man yelled with an idiotic grin on his face.

He was doing his routine work out this morning but because of excitement he overdid it by running around 5 km and in the last 100m he running with a full speed that cause his rushed breath.

His name is Ray age 28 with height 178 and well builds body, not too buff but not too skinny either. His face is typical average asian face with a little tanned skin. he worked as a soldier for his country, and today is his 5th year he served in military so he will be given a yearly vacation beside his salary.

After jogging Ray walk to his room while mumbling

" hmm... which one i should buy? STB?DXD?SAO? Log Horizon or shingeki no kyojin? or... aaaahhh there is soo much anime i missed during my duty!!" he screamed.

"sssshaaaahhh~"

after he scream, he take a breath to calm down.

"well fuck it, i'll buy them all!! and specially HDxD, 3 years ago before i got deployed to battlefield i call my brother and he said that they release 2nd season after 2 years!"

The truth is Ray was an otaku. He like watching anime, reading novel, playing games and collecting anime goods. In fact he work as a soldier was for the sake of financing his otaku hobby. But his social life is normal despite being an otaku. He has many aquintance, he even had a girlfriend but she dump him because he too caught up with his otaku hobby so he has very little time for her.

After walking for a while he reached his room. He saw few of his squad member taking a bath on the public shower and he greet them

"morning guys"

"morning Ray"

Then he open his door.

siiuuuuuuuu~ (sfx)

But before he got in he suddenly heard a sound. He and few others look up and he saw few black dot and its come to their direction.

"hm? what is that?"

"!!? fuck! a missile?? enemy attack!! take cover!!"

he yelled and he take a cover by jump in to the building.

"incoming!!"

BOOOM

BOOOM

BOOOM

BOOOOM

BZZZZ

the missile landing near the building he is on and blew up. The sound last for a while.

crack..crack.. BANG

Ray get out from the ruin of his building and he cursed.

"damn that's hurt, and my head is still buzzing"

he looked his surrounding and he shout.

"is everybody alright?? J, Snake, Lee, Harry, Ron you guys ok?"

"harry is dead! Lee's arm are injured, Snake, Ron and me is ok!" J said.

"fuck! Harry!!"

Ray shout then after calming down he look to the distance and he saw a lot of enemy soldier, tanks, helicopter, and many other vehicles coming to their camp.

He look to his team and ordered "Lee you go to medic room! J, Snake and Ron take your equipment and come with me, we will go to commander Alex, i hope he is okay. Ok guys we'll make those bastard paid for Harry!!"

---12 hours later---

Ray was on his last breath. They manage to hold the enemy force for 10 hours. The commander said that reinforcement will come in 7 hours but they didn't. When they lost more tan half of their force Commander Alex give out retreat order.

Ray and his squad are hit by the enemy missile. The missile landed on the middle of their formation when they retreating. J, Snake and Ron died instantly, Ray is alive but he is in his last breath. He look at the sky and thinking.

"am i dying? haa~h i want to watch the 2nd, 3rd and 4th season of DxD. Did Issei manage to bang the girls?!" he lamenting in his mind.

Ray speak on his last breath "ahh.. at least we managed to avenge harry. We killed about 60 of those bastards!! hahaha-cough..cough.. damn!! well i guess it is my time, goodbye my dear anime, i will miss you all~... goddess in heaven papa is coming!!!" with that shout died with a big grin on his face.

Not long after Ray dead, an old man suddenly appear beside his corpse. He look at Ray's body for a while the he put his hand above the body. The old man sighed as he collected a white orb from Ray's body. The orb is Ray's soul. The old man then disappear with the orb into the void.
