13 13 - Messing Around at Peace Treaty

The peace treaty was made at Kuoh Academy. Attended by the higher-ups of the three factions.
From the Devil, the faction is Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan, from the Fallen Angels faction there is Azazel the leader of the fallen angels, and his cadre Barakiel, from the Heaven Faction, attended by one of the Seraph Michael.

Irina and Xenovia also didn't miss them as they immediately dove toward the Magicians.
After Issei and Rias saved Gasper and Koneko by letting Gasper drink Issei's blood, the time that had stopped continued to move.
They then joined with their other friends to fight the magicians.
The higher-ups who were watching the battle sensed, the magic power of someone trying to teleport into this dimension looking at the new magic circle that had just appeared.

"Oya...I feel flattered to be praised by you. Michael, Sarzechs can you just leave her to me as a recompense for Kokabiel's actions, " said Azazel to Michael and Sarzechs.
"Hmm...! Don't worry, Serafall. Today, I'll kill you at this place and take the title of Maou Leviathan for myself. Then, Ophis will become the god of the new world. It's fine if he's just a symbol. We will construct the system, the laws. Michael, Azazel, and Lucifer—Sirzechs, your era is over"
After saying that Katerea's magic energy soaring, Katerea's current magic energy is on par with the original Leviathan. Azazel narrowed his eyes after seeing Katerea's increase in magic power.

After the light dimmed, Azazel is seen wearing the Golden Dragon Armor "[Down Fall Dragon Another Armor] Balance Break"
When she saw Azazel who was wearing the Golden Dragon Armor Katerea opened her eyes wide and asked "What is that?!"
"This is something I researched, after researching Sacred Gears I managed to make what I call an artificial Sacred Gear"

The two of them continued their fight, but it could be seen that the fight was more favorable for Azazel. No matter how many tentacles or bullets of darkness Katerea let out, she couldn't injure Azazel.
Feeling she will lose Katerea plans to blow herself up with Azazel, but Azazel cuts off his own arm to avoid Katerea's plan. After seeing that Katerea was dead Azazel release his Balance Breaker and wanted to return to the meeting room, but suddenly he was attacked from behind and fell heavily towards the meeting room.
Stand up again, Azazel looked up at the sky and asked the person who attacked him
"So you decided to betray me Vali?"
"Sorry Azazel, but being on this side looks more interesting" Vali replied
After that Vali revealed his identity and challenged Issei to a fight. Yukari who saw all this happening from the Gap decided to act as well.
"Fufufu...can I join this game too?" Yukari emerged from the Gap behind Serafall and hugged her whispering this into Serafall's ear.
"Wh.. what.. who are you?!" Serafall said in shock and wanted to free herself from Yukari's embrace, but she couldn't move at all. Azazel, Michael, and Sarzechs were also surprised that someone could get this close to them but they didn't realize it.
They all immediately went into battle mode, ignoring their actions. Yukari bite Serafall's ear
"Hyaa.." shouted Serafall and she felt embarrassed with a red face.
"Ara~ara! I didn't think you could make such a cute voice" Yukari chuckled when she heard Serafall's voice
"You..what do you want?" While holding back her embarrassment Serafall asked Yukari
"Hmm...I came just to see an interesting scene fufufu" Still hugging Serafall, Yukari replied. 'Fufufu as I thought she's really cute' Yukari thought. When she was still Akira, Yukari really liked Serafall's character.
"Hou...you just came to observe?" ask Azazel
"Long time no see Azazel, and yeah I originally came just to be an observer" Yukari replied to Azazel
"Originally? is it different now?"
"Fufufu...after seeing your fight, I also want to fight you see"
From this, we can see that Akari's character differs from Yukari's, because Yukari usually prefers to manipulate events indirectly while Akari prefers to be directly involved.
Hearing that they prepared to attack Yukari but since Yukari was still hugging Serafall, They couldn't move carelessly.

"You don't look sad to me," Serafall said, though the blush could still be seen on her face.
"Fufufu....so who wants to be my opponent?" Yukari asked while tilting her head.
"I will be your opponent" Grayfia replied as she stepped forward. Grayfia said that because she couldn't let the higher-ups fight.
"Fufu..if it's just you then this wouldn't be a warm-up"
"Then I will also fight with Fia-chan," said Serafall
"Ara~ against the two strongest women in the underworld, I'm flattered" Yukari chuckled opened the hand fan, she took it out of nowhere, and covered her mouth.
The three of them exited the meeting room and prepared to fight. The three Faction leaders also strengthened the barrier because Satan-class beings were about to fight. Even though they didn't know Yukari's strength, seeing her being able to approach them without realizing she couldn't be weak. Moreover, she doesn't seem to care about 2 people who are in Satan-class power who are about to fight her.
Wasting no time Grayfia directly attacks Yukari with her magic
"[Deadly Blizzard]"
The blizzard released by Grayfia froze everything within a 100-meter area, but Yukari didn't seem affected at all
"[Frozen Slumber]"
Seeing Yukari unaffected by Grayfia's attack, Serafall also attacked Yukari. Six magic circles appeared around Yukari and released Ice Chains that wanted to restrain Yukari.
Yukari just smiled at their attack

Yukari opened the Gap and a lot of light came out destroying Serafall's chains and magic circle. Yukari then Enter Gap and disappeared from their view.
"Where she?!" Ask Grayfia while scanning the surrounding area. Within the Blizzard, Grayfia can feel all the presence.
"I don't know!" answer Serafall
"Fufufu...I'm here you know" they hear a voice in their back, Grayfia then turns around want to launch magic at Yukari but faster than Grayfia Yukari's hand fan hit Grayfia's chin
"Wh..what?" didn't expect to be hit by Hand Fan to be heavy Grayfia was caught off guard and thrown to the ground.
Responding to Yukari, Serafall launched another magic
"[Borealis Lance]"
Large Trident appeared above Yukari, Seeing the Trident Yukari only let out a little smile
"Border sign [Flash Dismantler]"
Yukari moves her Fan horizontally and opens a Gap above her. When Trident of Ice touches the Gap it causes an explosion reaction. without seeing the result of her action Yukari move to the next move
"Border Sign [Death/Life - Bewitching Butterfly of Death]" From Gap Yukari opens many butterflies. All Butterflies fly in Serafall's direction.
Serafall brings out an Ice wall to block the butterfly, but when the butterfly is about to touch the Ice wall it penetrates the wall without difficulty.
"What?!?" Didn't expect the result, Serafall was caught off guard and one of the Butterflies touch her right hand. Serafall lost all control of her right hand
"?!??"
"Fufufu...surprised? this child only touches all living things and when it touches them, they will 'Kill' it"
"Kill it?"
"Yeah, an example is your right hand now. You lost control over it, right? it's because the butterfly 'Kill' your right hand"
Heard Yukari's explanation, Serafall knew that her right hand is over without minding it she launched another magic
"[Ice Drake Feast]"
Hundred Ice drake Appeared and attacked Yukari, from ground Grayfia launch an attack too
"[Ice Blade]"
many Ice sword attack Yukari, Seeing their attack Yukari respond with her own
"Border [Quadruple Barrier] and [Aimmless Journey]"
All Drake and Sword enter a Gap Yukari open and Appeared from the new Gap open around Serafall and Grayfia. Grayfia and Serafall get attacked by their own magic and thrown to ground
"It's over?" Yukari ask with a mischiveous smile.
Grayfia and Serafall try to stand up, but they're seriously Injured so cannot get up. 'She too strong...I don't want to use it now, but I don't have a choice' Serafall who thinks they cannot win, thinks about using her trump card the reason she didn't use her trump card until now, is because it will be dangerous to other people around her.
"Oya...it seems that our fun time is over" Serafall who was prepared to use her trump card heard Yukari's voice and look toward Yukari's gaze. There she finds that Issei and Vali's fight is about to end.
"Fufufu...it fun to fight you two" after saying that Yukari disappear from her position and appeared in front of Serafall
"Wh..what..what?!?" Serafall was surprised and feel soft touch on her lips
"Fufufu....let's meet another time" Yukari licks her lips seductively and enter her Gap leaving Serafall with her mind shut down.
appears near Vali who is preparing to chant [Juggernaut Drive]
"Fufufu...Vali it's time for us to go we have achieved our goal" Seeing Yukari coming Vali didn't intend to stop his Chant.
Seeing that Vali had no intention of stopping, Yukari let out a sigh and knocked out Vali
"Well, let's meet again everyone" Smiles at people around Her Yukari disappears with her Gap.
