"What a great nap I had! The wind that envelops my body in a soft and relaxing way makes me not want to wake up. But why do I feel like I forgot something? Oh, yes, that human woman interrupted my relaxing life as a wild Pokémon. Although I must admit that the experience of seeing a place like this, flying in the sky, feeling the wind, and without the view restricted by an airplane window, is incredible.

When we were finally quite close to the city, we could see different Pokémon flying with people on them. In the end, we landed on a landing platform for flying-type Pokémon on the outskirts of the walls that served as mounts. Many Pokémon and humans were gathered in this place.

You could hear the hustle and bustle of many people greeting each other and many Pokémon talking among themselves. Despite that, it doesn't seem like humans understand them too much because I couldn't see any humans understanding their Pokémon's words exactly. Also, something I noticed is that most are common flying-type Pokémon, and there are no Pokémon that stand out like a Charizard, Altaria, Dragonite, Salamence, and other flashy Pokémon species.

"This is the west landing platform of Harmony City," Liza commented as she carried me in her arms. It feels strange that she's so attached to me since I woke up.

She put me down and took out a Poké Ball and a Great Ball and said "Return," before putting the two Pokémon that brought us here back into their respective Poké Balls.

Mom approached us and told my sister, Swadloon, and me, "Don't go too far from me," before we distanced ourselves from the large number of people and Pokémon at this landing platform.

Both my sister and Swadloon were quite excited to see so many humans and Pokémon of different species gathered in one place.

We went down some stairs that connected to a path where the entrance to the great wall was, guarded by some people wearing police uniforms and accompanied by canine Pokémon.

"Can't we enter the city directly by flying?" I was curious about why only Pokémon were seen flying or landing on platforms instead of moving freely within the city.

"Lopu-Lopunny (It's mainly because it's very dangerous to allow large Pokémon to fly freely through the city since they can crash into cables, cause accidents, collide with each other, or sometimes start aerial Pokémon battles on top of buildings. All of that presents a great danger to other humans and Pokémon."

"Lopu-Lopunny (Although small and medium-sized Pokémon or those that haven't evolved, like Pidgeys and Pidgeotos, are allowed to fly. But if one of them uses moves and tries to harm a human or another Pokémon, they will be forcefully caught by the police. In case they manage to kill a human or a Pokémon with an owner, they will be sacrificed unless it's in self-defense.)"

Our mother started telling us about these basic but crucial things about what we can and cannot do as we entered the city.

When we managed to enter, the city was full of humans and Pokémon of various species and was not very different from a modern city, aside from the Pokémon. Some humans were in cars and motorcycles there were clothing stores for humans and Pokémon, which seemed strange to me because most Pokémon don't wear clothes, and only some wear a few accessories.

There were also Pokémon toy stores, food stalls, restaurants, home decorations, and many other types of buildings, like houses inhabited by people and Pokémon. I saw buildings like supermarkets, and the first thing that came to mind was the typical blue store in any Pokémon city.

We continued walking on a pedestrian crossing, avoiding being in the middle of the roads and vehicles. There was also a part of the road exclusive for very large Pokémon and another for Pokémon being used as mounts, but there didn't seem to be many large Pokémon.

My sister and Swadloon kept asking questions like, "What are cars? Why do all humans cover their entire bodies with strange things? Why can't we go to certain areas?" and our mother began explaining patiently.

Swadloon was interested in the clothing of humans and the accessories some Pokémon wore, and my sister seemed quite curious about all the things she saw.

"Bune-Buneary (Mom, what is that human eating?)" I looked in the direction she pointed with her hand, and it was a little boy eating ice cream with his parents.

"It's ice cream, do you want one? You can ask for whatever you want, and I'll buy it for you," said Liza, grabbing my sister before lifting her onto her shoulders.

"What does 'buy' mean?" Liza began to explain the use of money and that you needed money to be able to buy the things you wanted. She ended up buying a small ice cream cone for my sister at an ice cream stand.
