Awake CH3

"Where the hell am I?"I said waking up as it seem that I had a massive hangover.

Then I looked around and saw that I was in a small roomed shared with three other kids. I instinctively knew where I was.

I was in the orphanage and if I was correct this was the day I awakened as a player. Currently I was 12 years old, and lived in a orphanage.

One must wonder if it was normal of one awakened at such a young age and truth be told I was one of the youngest awakeners.

In this world, once you reach the age of 18 and you haven't awaken as a player, you can never awaken. So if you awakened at a young age you are considered lucky as most awaken at 17.

Now I was one of the few anomalies in this world as I awaken at 12. From what I remember I didn't tell anyone until 15 as I didn't know what it was til that age.

I looked around and it seems that everyone is asleep, this made sense as it was 5:00 in the morning.

But I couldn't go back to sleep as I had lots to think about, like what I was going to do in the future. So, I wrote down some interesting things.

First I wanted to attend the Player Academy, as this place would provide me resources to grow faster. In my past life, I didn't go as my skill took to much out of me to use.

I also didn't work out or anything, so I was just a skinny boy that awakened as a player. The Academy denied me, and I couldn't become a official player until I was 18.

At age 18, if you are a player and want to clear dungeons and challenge a tower, you have to register with the government.

Now I did this but at the time there was a private feature, this allowed for all information to be private but you have to put in a name.

So I put my name in, but I didn't fill out all the information like if I had a title or skill. Then I became a player, and quickly raise my position.

Then a few years later, there was a job called hero. This was a government position for players that kept the order and did some work for the government.

I was a hero, but soon I was killing lots of people. It was weird as I felt that they were innocent, so I stopped being a hero.

It seems that the government made a file to make me look like a villain. That's when the hero Ace was officially cancelled and revealed as a villain.

I just went into hiding and met my girlfriend, and went on with my life. Then I killed the government higher ups and led to my death.

Of course there was more stuff that happened in between but I was in hiding, so I couldn't really know all the details.

Then the system notified me of a its awakening.

I was a little surprised to see my new status. I mean I expect my level to reset and for me to go back to F rank but I never expected for my talent to be blank.

I also got a new skill, which is unheard of for a person to have more then one skill. I mean usually having one makes you extremely strong but someone with 2 might raise your powers to a new level.

Currently the system is saying the things that I expect it to say, my name is the same, my level has restarted, and my class is the same.

A magical swordsman is a class that allows you to uses both types of magic at the same time with no problem.

For magicians, they can uses external magic with no problem but they can barely uses internal spells like strengthening and they usually feel massive drawbacks when using those type of spells.

Swordsmen or close range fighters, they can uses internal magic like strengthening with no drawbacks, but using external spells like fireball cost them multiple times the mana then a magician and is usually weaker. They uses there magic to create aura which strengthens there defenses and attacks but there aura cost both magic and stamina. Close range fighters usually train there body's so they can produce more aura while using less magic because they usually lack it.

There are also other classes like magic engineer, alchemist, healers, ect. but those are unique classes that have certain strengths and weaknesses.

But in the world, the best class know and accept worldwide is Magical Swordsmen. We can uses both types of magic at the same time or separate with no drawbacks and have a extremely strong body.

The only weakness to a magical swordsmen is that our magic spells aren't as strong as magician and we can't use aura like close range fighters.

Well magical swordsmen don't fight with spells and we usually uses pure magic power to strengthen us, so those weaknesses didn't really affect us much.

{The universe has rules that create limits to those that inhabit it. User is immune to the rules that place limits on users magical and physical abilities. It also allows users to break certain rules without consequences. For example, going back in time would break the rules and mean immediate erasure from the universe but the title prevented it. It also make sure that user can never be limited again by making user immune to seals. Continue or explain more?}

I was surprised by my title, it was basically a upgrade of my last title. It let me past EX rank, which I didn't even reach in my last life. It also gave me gave me some immune against the universe it self.

My old title just gave me immunity to seals and EX rank talent but since it was upgraded now I wasn't affected by effect of time but I was sure that there was a limit to that.

I mean traveling back in time is probably going to be a one time thing, for the rest of humanity, maybe in the whole universe.

I was still in thought, apparently my skill description was still the same. I thought it would change as I just travel back in time but my skill never said it could do that.

Now I was wondering if skills had more than what was being told and if we had to find it on our own. Well I still have time to think about it.

I was surprised at my skill because wouldn't this make me a god. I mean I could literally be immune to anything, but the more I thought about it, the more I saw is cons.

Say if I got poison, then with my [Paradox] I can make it as it never existed, right? Well that is wrong, as it not impossible for me to get poisoned so my [Paradox] can't do anything in that situation.

But say if I was facing an enemy and he creates a unescapable attack and I was going to get by it 100% of the times, then I can use my [Paradox] skill to escape as it.

It was basically an insurance card, but I could be used as support as well. Like using my [Paradox] skill to hit an unreachable target by making it reachable or bypass people's immunity's.

It was basically a god level back up plan, which is always nice to have. It's also probably the reason I can have 2 skills, I mean my skill probably made it where the system said it was impossible to have 2 skills, my skill [Paradox] made it possible.

It seems that I am really in the past, and there the old man Greg on rank number 4. Well he is not old right now but in the future he is. The rest of the guys either die or officially retire from the scenes and get weaker because of age.

Well anyways now it time for me to create my plans, I already know that I want to go to Player Academy when I am 15.

Player Academy is where all the early awakeners go if they have enough talent or money. The talented ones get scholarships and sponsors, and basically get paid to finish the course and do there best.

In the Player Academy, they are divide into 3 groups. The talented, where they are supported by sponsors and scholarships and even get lots of experience.

Then the rich ones, they are players from rich families. They might have talent or no talent, it didn't matter as long as the Academy was getting money from them.

Then there was the average ones, they were players that have minimum talent and minimum money, it was just enough to enter Player Academy. They were usually from normal families and got little support from scholarship or sponsors. Most would end up in guilds and go in low end dungeons to make money.

Now the Player Academy is a place of equal opportunity but not of equal morals. You can use the same equipment as the rich or talented people but if they take it from you, the school won't do anything about it. It basically the rules of the jungle.

Anyways it's going to be easy for me. I just need to train for these three years and the school won't know what hit them.

So far that was the only thing on my list, I mean besides of meeting Amy again. I missed her but I am in the past now. She won't remember me or be the same person.

Amy to my shock was the mysterious rank number 2. I also wonder who was ranked number 2 but I would have never believed it, if you told me she was my girlfriend.

I mean it made no sense, Amy was a ranker for a long time, I should have noticed. I think I heard a rumor that Amy was also an early awakener but there was no proof as she was very private.

Of all the importance information she told me in the past, she never mentioned she was a player. She also said she lived with the elves during all her teenage years.

Now this was pretty normal for a rich family to be living with other races. Like most people that owned a production company lived near the dwarfs.

The elves were no different, they produced lots of fruits and vegetables. Amy's parents were extremely successful marketing company. They bought lots of fruit from the elves and sold it around the world for profit. It was a genius idea if I had to say so.

So the current Amy should be 13, maybe less and living in the elven region. Then she moves over here to the human region when she turns 20 or so. Then she becomes an official player and starts her career.

That was all I could get from my past memories, well I just hope that's right. This also means that I won't be able to see here for about 7 to 8 years.

Well there's nothing I can do until then except for getting stronger. Then I look at the time again it was 8:00 in the morning and people are starting to wake up.

Well it seems that this is going to be the start of my new life. Well let's hope that this time I won't become a wanted villain.
