"Is that so, let's go to the training room then... Let's see how much those cubs had grown", said Julia as she walked towards the training room.
And everyone seemed to follow along including me.

We reached out to the training room and saw Corey and Chase fighting each other.

'[Absolute Concentration mana circuit:God's eyes]', I said in my mind

Corey called out 2 fire illusions of himself and muttered'[replace me with fire for thy presence is my blessing: Exchange]' silently and exchanged with the left illusion.
Then the three illusions ran towards Chase

meanwhile, Chase simply enhanced himself with aura and reduced the heat escaping from his body and reduced any unnecessary movement with the help of aura.

Corey spread out with his 2 clones and surrounded
Chases.
Chase muttered'[Aura arts:Flash steps],

Chase ran towards the rightmost illusion and kicked it.
'Gamble failed, uh', I thought
His foot burnt a little.

Chase ran towards Middle 'Corey' and kicked again.
His foot burnt again.

Before Chase could move any more the middle 'Corey' exploded causing a blast that pushed Chase away from Corey in opposite direction.
Corey cast invisibility on himself and created another illusion that just stood there while the real Corey ran towards Chase.

Chase gained his footing and prepared for another round.
Meanwhile, Corey who somehow lucked out by his brothers previous failed gamble moved towards his brothers back, used a fire sphere and attacked Chase at neck point.
-BANG
Chase strengthened his back by instinct but looks like it wasn't enough.

Corey won

clap, clap, clap
everyone started clapping, especially the guests who looked surprised including the young b- miss.
"So you both have grown a bit. Keep at it, the Eros house doesn't have any weaklings", she said as she looked at them.
"Light", she called me.
"Yes, mother", I answered
"Did you see what happened", she asked
"Somehow", I answered nonchalantly

"Is this how you answer your mother..be a bit more enthusiastic and answer confidently. Man up a little", she said
Not asking the relation between Manning up and answering my mother, I said, "yes mother", with a stiff smile on my face.

She glared at me for a bit then sighed and asked, "what are their mistakes?"
"Chase should have taken left than right. He shouldn't have let Corey corner him and He should have not relaxed after the first explosion", I said pointing at Chase
"Corey didn't have any mistakes except he should have not included himself in the illusion and kept himself invisible or else it could have been an easy win for Chase and excluding himself from the illusion would have opened up more options for him to attack as well as defend", I said
.
Light was pathetic and weak as a mana user and magicules user.
He was physically weak.
But he was hardworking, his observation and analysis ability is scary.
His surroundings made him mature earlier than his age group.
His silence and less talking habit made him more observant and smart in that area.
He was mentally strong.
And those qualities are why mother and father started treating him equally as Corey and Chase.

"Excellent observation for your age", said Julia and turned towards Chase and Corey
"Cubs, your mana usage is pathetic, the amount of mana you waste is incredible. The mana which could lift this entire mansion is changed to something that can only lift a chair at best. All due to mana leakage. Work on your foundation first before asking for any new spells. And Chase although gambling at critical points is necessary, you are forbidden from gambling at any training or real-life fights unless someone's life depends on it. Prioritise your life above others and retreat if you don't have any options." she said and turned around, "Light, although you are smart, if you don't do anything new or better, the gap between you and your brothers will only increase. I will give you a year. Do something that shows hope for your future."
Then she turned to our guests and said, "Marie, Mike, Sophie, August and children. You guys just came from a long travel. Take a rest for now. We will continue our conversation later.", she then turned to Robert, "show them the guest room in the left-wing and take care of there needs, when Albert comes to ask him to take your place".
Then she left for Stephan's office.

The guests observed us for a while then moved towards the guest room.
Except for Young b***h of course..., "I am Anna Brown, daughter of count Marie Brown and Mike Brown. I apologize for my previous conduct", she said with a slight bow and then moved towards the left-wing
"I am benevolent so, I'll forgive you", I said with a 'humble' smile.
I think her nerves twitched a little but she continued walking feigning ignorance.
I then turned to see my brothers looking at me a bit confused at our interaction.
I ignored them and moved towards my room to have a rough plan of my future.

in Eros mansion's office
"Dear, you look a bit tired," said Stephan
"Those bastard Devils and Demons are joining again behind our backs. An insider provided information that they are making moves to capture all the talented young children and use them in their force.", said Julia with a serious face
"What are you going to do with Corey and Chase?", Stephan asked in a concerned tone.
"I'll be staying here along with Marie and Sophie until they reach the ceremony age", she said looking at Stephan
"4 years, uh? Can you stay at one place for that long?", said Stephan with a bit awkward smile.
Julia glared at him and threw a fireball at him which Stephan dispelled with a similar water sphere.
"I'll be coming and going and so will be Marie and Sophie but at least 2 Supreme Mage will always be present with them.", she said shrugging her shoulders, "Any more than that would be overdoing it".
"All right, you should rest too. Take a break for now dear. You worked hard", Stephan said kissing Julia a bit then moving back as Julia moved towards the door.

"Are you sure there are 4 talented kids in Eros mansion right now", bad person A said
"yeah ", bad person B replied
"Are you sure there will be no problem, I heard there is Red maniac mage and Azure Mage present there with another supreme mage there?" bad person C asked a bit frightened
"yeah", bad person B replied
"How many do we have on our side?", bad person A asked
"40Assasins to assess the situation and 40 more to complete the work.20 Elite Assasins for backup if things go wrong.", bad person B paused a little then spoke, "we have 5lesser demons,3mid demons and 2high devils to handle the supreme mages and a supreme Devil summoning contract if things go to extreme worse", He said an in a low voice.
"It's going to be a massacre then." bad person C said
"It's all for the glory of Laplace", said person B

Laplace is the country of demons and devils that are generally against each other but still find some stability.
Demon King resides at the top with 4 Royal demons below them, followed by supreme demons, high demons, mid demons and lesser demons.
Devils have the same system except that instead of Royal devils there are 7 devils each of one sin.
